Overall it went very well. He also gave me some good advice on how to fix an issue with my lower level bathroom. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful.

Called three other plumbers. He was the lowest priced plumber of them all. Super nice guy, and really knew what he was doing. He even showed me how to use all the neat features of my new faucet, almost like he had been the salesman and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Couldn't ask for a better expierence!

The disposer suddenly quit working. Made noise but we couldn't get it to turn. I called Randy & left a message. He called back within about an hour, as he was completing a job that just happened to be nearby. So within 5 minutes he was at the doorstep and working on the disposal. After another 5 minutes he found the culprit...a corn on the cob holder that wedged very solidly and which he removed. Oops. He talked about the condition of the appliance and approximate cost of replacing in case our current one quit working. Very pleasant, very responsive.

My husband and I have known Randy for years now and we wouldn't use any other plumber but Randy. He is an experienced master plumber and the owner of his company (he worked for many years with one of the big plumbing firms in town before he formed his own business.) He actually comes and does the work himself. He told us that, as a small business-man, he wants to be on the job to control the quality of the work. He keeps his business small so he can assure customers that he will do the work. And he does good work for a reasonable price. Before we stumbled upon Randy, years ago, we went through a series of plumbers that created more problems than they solved. Then we found Randy and we've used him ever since. He's also very good about explaining how plumbing works, what fixtures (we need a new set of wide-spread faucets) you can go out and buy, quality and price range, etc. Randy really is a walking-encyclopedia of anything plumbing. Highly recommend him.

He came in, removed the old valve and replaced it with a new valve. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. He showed me the install and it was clean and dry, just the way I would expect it to be.

Randy was very responsive. I called him and he returned my call that morning and came over that afternoon. He is a very friendly person. He quickly made the repair. He also looked at the leaning powder room toilet and discovered that the toilet was connected securely and working fine, the leaning was due to an unlevel floor, not the toilet installation. Also, when he walked out the also spotted that I had left a dual faucet connector onto my outside faucet. He cautioned me to remove the dual faucet so the faucet wouldn't freeze and cause a huge leak (it was early December). Randy charges $96.00 for a service call and that's what I paid. I will definitely call him again.

Randy was very empathic with my situation, courteous, knowledgeable,and efficient. He made sure it was done to my satisfaction before he left. He really seemed to take pride in his work. I was very happy with his work and I would highly recommend him.

Randy actually did not service my area but provided me with another plumber's name and number. I thought that was very professional.

I will be using Randy again! Such a nice individual, very professional, but at the same time friendly. Randy had originally only quoted for the gas line and the day he came out I was having trouble with the valve on my water line for the ice maker, he fixed it without hesitation.

He came the very same day that we called him. We thought we were going to have a lot more work done but he did it very quickly. He is very honest and I would recommend him to others.

He is very prompt and very courteous. I also appreciate how neat he is, keeping his work area clean especially after the fact. His rates are reasonable and he provides a good service.

Randy came promptly the morning after we called, at the arranged time. He was pleasant and professional. He had to pick up some of the parts from a supplier, which he did quickly. He left all of the work areas completely clean.

Really appreciated Randy's honest assessment and quick response.

Timely on calling back and giving me an estimate. Showed up at appointment time and completed the job quickly.

Randy came on time, replaced air conditioner water pipe. Attached another 1" PVC pipe which is now going to basement drain. He dropped water pipe in this PVC pipe...removed basement drain cover and put this PVC pipe and the pipe coming from sink above it in the drain. He did work fast, too, just within 20 - 25 min..

Randy did very good work, was efficient, cleaned up during and after the job, and is always very good about keeping apt. times, etc. 5 stars out of five for Farris Plumbing!

We had a whistling sound in the pipes when the water was turned on. Randy diagnosed it over the phone (nothing serious) and came two days later to replace the pressure regulator. He was right on time, worked quickly and explained just about everything he was doing. After the installed it, he went around to the various faucets to get all of the air out of the pipes so no one was surprised when they turned the water on and a burst of air came out instead of water. He discovered a drain that was draining very slowly and fixed that. No extra charge! I have since called Randy when my hot water heater wasn't working. He helped me get it started over the phone. He's a great plumber!

Randy was very knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, and professional. After trying a number of ''big-name'' plumbers, we are now using Randy for future needs!

Would certainly use Randy Farris Plumbing again if necessary.

Randy did a wonderful job replacing the water heater, and he even cleaned out the mess in the bottom of the closet from where the old one leaked. He also installed a pan underneath the new water heater so that if it ever leaked (like the last one did), it wouldn't spill out into the hallway and ruin the carpet. He was very pleasant to work with, and I would definitely call him again.

RANDY WAS ON TIME, VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE DID THE WORK QUICKLY, NEATLY AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

RANDY IS HONEST, POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED. HE MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN AS HE IS WORKING. HE HAS ALSO HAS TAKEN THE TIME OVER THE YEARS TO NOT ONLY ALLOW MY DAUGHTER TO JUST HANG OUT AND WATCH HIM BUT SHOW MY HUSBAND HOW TO DO SIMPLE THINGS.

RANDY WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. WOULD CALL HIM BACK IN A HEART BEAT. I THOUGHT HIS PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE.

RANDY HAS BEEN OUR PLUMBER FOR OVER FIVE YEARS; HE IS A MASTER LICENSED PLUMBER, OWNS HIS OWN BUSINESS, AND DOES THE WORK HIMSELF. I WOULDN'T TRUST ANY OTHER PLUMBER BUT RANDY IN OUR HOME. HE HAS DONE SOME VERY TRICKY PLUMBING JOBS FOR US AND ALWAYS DOES EXCELLENT WORK. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS VERY GOOD WITH EXPLAINING WHAT HE IS DOING AND WHY. HE IS ALWAYS PROMPT AND KEEPS APPOINTMENTS. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE JUST SO THRILLED TO HAVE FOUND RANDY LONG AGO. HE TRULY RANKS AN A+++.
