I contacted Chris on the morning of Feb 22 after the snow storm left at least 8 inches of snow and deeper drifts on our driveway. I had not used him before. He said he could do the snow removal in the afternoon. He was professional, arrived on time and did a great job. I will definitely use him again. This was a good experience and will contact Chris for yard work.

I contacted Premier Lawns and Properties to perform my final year end leaf removal based on the other reviews here on Angie's list. I called in the morning and left a message, and received a return phone call within 4 hours. Chris was able to give me a ball park estimate on the phone without coming out which was great. The price seemed reasonable, and I went ahead and schedule the job. They were able to get to it very quickly which was great since I was worried about it raining before getting the leaves picked up. The crew of three arrived when they said they would, worked hard and finished quickly. The estimate that Chris provided was right on the money. The yard looked great!

It was easy to set up the appointment and get the work done. The price came in within my budget.

I was in a bind and needed help the week of Thanksgiving. Called on a Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail but the owner answered and was so polite and helpful. Despite the short notice, he committed to doing the work within 2 days and explained a relatively simple, no-nonsense fee plan that was reasonable and less than other companies I'd contacted. Just as promised, they did the work 2 days later and I was stunned at the transformation when I saw my yard that night. In addition to leaf removal, they trimmed overgrowth, and mowed the lawn too. The billing invoice came in the mail a few days later, price was along the lines of what I was expecting, and their on-line payment option was convenient. I intend to use this company for my ongoing lawn care needs and will definitely recommend their services to family and friends.

This is the second time I have engaged Premier Lawns for help with leaf removal, and I highly recommend the company - I would not hesitate to call for general landscaping issues as well. I called and left Chris a message on Sunday, he returned my call on Monday and reported that they would be in my area on Thursday of the same week, and when I returned home from work that Thursday evening the front yard was immaculate. The price is completely reasonable, the quality of work is exceptional, billing is quick, and the invoice is available for online payment. Thank you, Chris and Premier Lawns!

Chris, the owner, from Premier Lawns was very easy to work with. I called him on a Thursday, he returned my call that afternoon, and he had availability to do my leaf removal the very next day (Friday). His crew was already going to be close to my area on Friday. Chris walked me through the process of what his price structure is for leaf removal, and how they would remove the leaves. They use a crew of guys with leaf blowers, and blow them all to the curb, and then they have a vaccum on their trailer to suck them up. They also mow the yard to help clean up any left over leaves they missed with blowers. They will clean any beds as well. He does not require estimates for leaf removal since it's pretty straight forward. He charges a $35 flat fee, and then $35/per man hourly rate, and also small disposal fee ($10 or $20 depending on amount). I came home from work on Friday, and my yard looked excellent! I could actually see my grass again (freshly mowed), and all the leaves were gone! I have a large yard, and the total was $123.75 to clean up both the front and back yards. I would highly recommend Chris and Premier Lawns, and I plan to use them again. This was money well spent that saved me many hours of raking and bagging myself.

I was very impressed with the way things went. First, although I hadn't used his service before, Chris set my yard up as the first one in the morning as I had conflicting appointments later. My Prairie Village yard has 7 mature trees, so there were a lot of leaves to pick up. Because my yard only has grass pathways through a series of landscaped beds, mulching wasn't an option, so I was delighted to have the leaves picked up. Chris and his two workers worked quickly and were very thorough, not wasting a minute. Very professional.

Chris and his helper came out early and promptly started working on my yard. They quickly started mowing, then aerating, verticutting, reseeding and fertilizing. The lawn took approximately 2- 2.5 hours and they were finished. The yard was cleaned up and looked great when they were done. I had several large unshaded areas that burned out this summer which were in very bad shape. Today, a month later, all of the grass has come up and is looking great! The whole yard is back to beautiful green color and getting thicker every day! Chris and his team did an excellent job. I will definitely use their services again. They have mowed my lawn every week for the last year. They have done lawn maintenance - seeding, aerating, fertilizing, weed control, etc. I am very happy with the work they do. They are consistent, do a thorough job - and are very reasonable. Since we did not have any measurable snow last winter, they have not yet plowed snow for me. I am certain they will do a good job when the time comes.

Terrible. Hate that Chris laughed and said he could mow it at 4 inches. My husband cannot mow right now because he is out of town with his job. My husband's 21 inch Toro that mows it 4.5 inches and we expected at least 4inches. Bad bad experience especially with this heat wave. Ruined our lawn.

Chris and the Premier team have helped me out on several occasions with various lawn care needs. In addition to the mow / trim / edging package I cite above, I have used Premier previously for lawn aeration. Quite simply, they do a great job. Chris is prompt, professional and it is obvious he prides himself on quality of work.

Today was the first day they came to mow our lawn and they did a fantastic job. Last week Premier lawns treated the yard into spring and it just looks great. Chris is wonderful to work with and very responsive. You can tell that he cares about his customers and is very meticulous. We are very pleased. We would highly recommend Premier Lawns and Properties.

Premier Lawns was able to get to my lawn within days of me calling them to do fall cleanup. They did a great job and billed me as promised.

We have used them a few times and they are excellent. I do not have to manage them. They manage their time very well. They do what they say they are going to do. They are very fair and the price is reasonable.

I have only used Chris's business for a short time. I was initially impressed with his prompt response to my inquiry and then the timeliness of the work. They did leaf removal 2 times and each time the lawn was immaculate. We had planned on also having him handle snow removal, but with this warm winter that has not been necessary. I plan to have Chris handle mowing this next year. I am so happy to have a reliable company with which to do business.

I called Premier and asked for an estimate to remove the leaves on my property. They came out and looked at the lawn, and then called me with an estimate. It was the best bid that I had received. They scheduled the work to be done in a couple of weeks as this was their busy season. That was fine with me as I wasn't in any hurry to have the work done. I came home from work one day and found that they had been out and found that they had removed and hauled away the leaves.

I saw the high rating for Premier Lawns and Properties on this website, but I must admit was more than a little embarassed to ask anyone for help; the leaves in my back yard were still on the ground from last fall! However, I decided I desperately needed some support with this overwhelming (to me) task so I emailed the company on Sunday evening to ask for more information. I got a response from Chris the following morning (Monday), and the job is now COMPLETE and TERRIFIC and today is only Wednesday noonish! I completely appreciate and respect the professionalism and high standard of quality Chris showed in his work and in every interaction we had. I will absolutely recommend Chris and Premier Lawns and Properties to anyone who mentions the words "lawn maintenance", and he will be the first person I call when I need additional work/help! We have a rather large yard. When I contacted the company, they did the work what they said they would. They answered my questions which I liked. They also came by and looked at the yard before they gave me a bid. I think that is probably why it was so close. They didn’t make a mess while they were here. They cleaned it up. I will be using them this year. The price seemed right. They were here when they said they would be.

So far, everything has been fine. I do think their prices are high though.

They come out when they say they are going to. They come when there is over 2 inches of snow. They are always prompt. Any issue we have they are willing to come out and help us.

They are fantastic. For mowing he charges $45. He does a nice job and always talks to me before he does anything special. His pricing is always very good and he is a very good guy to work with.

When we got home on Friday, our lawn looked AMAZING! There was not a leaf in site. He even removed the leaves on our concrete steps that had piled up from the wind. His prices are also reasonable (as we have spent 250 for the same service)

They charged about $30 or $35 for mowing the lawn. I recommend them since they have done a good job. They are very neat. They clean up things. They also respond if I want them to do any fertilizing or other lawn care. They come in and do that too and all I have to do is call. I would use their services in the future too.
