I'm getting too old to do some of my yard work. These guys are friendly, fast and through, and I can afford them. I hire them twice a year for the leaves now, because I have too many trees to handle myself. They come in, create a lot of noise because they're all geared-up and working hard, and before I know it, the yard is clean and they're gone! This year I had a sprinkler leak. They fixed it and winterized the system. Next year they're doing my mulching and lawn chems. I still need some exercise, but soon I won't be able to mow by myself, so I'll turn that over to Chris and his gang, as well.

They arrived when they said and did an incredible job.

We originally scheduled for the week before Christmas, but there was still snow on the ground. The Premier team kept us on the schedule and promptly took care of our leaves after the snow was gone. They even surprised us and gave our lawn a quick mowing after finishing with the leaves. We were very please with the Premier service!

Chris came by bright and early a few days later, with two helpers. In short order, they had mowed, edged, removed a ton of leaves and dead branches from my six large trees, and cut down several wild trees in the back yard. I'll be using these guys from now on, routinely.

Chris returned my call first thing this morning and set an appointment for around noon. He called me in advance to let me know they were on their way; showing up right on time. Chris discussed all my options and cost including mowing weekly, fertilizing, weed control and mulching. I explained that I have dogs and needed a set day for weekly work. Chris put me on a set schedule so I can plan ahead and make sure my pets and his crew are safe. I appreciate that very much. While here, he offered to mow immediately which with early spring and grass growth, my back yard needed it badly. Such a pleasant surprise!! They were in and out within the hour taking care to clean up the street and driveway of clippings. Both Chris and Drew were highly professional and I look forward to working with them through this 2016 spring/summer season. Under their care, I have a feeling my yard will have never looked better.

I cannot tell you how pleased with the service and professionalism of this company and staff. I will use them again and have recommended them to our friends. The price was very much acceptable for the amount of work that was completed. ALL I CAN SAY IS WHAT A GREAT COMPANY. THE BEST SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED SINCE MOVING TO KANSAS IN 2006.

Provider was prompt with initial contact after I purchased the deal. As it was purchased in early February, I did not expect immediate service, as there was a foot of snow on the lawn. However, service was performed in the spring. The only thing that prevented this provider from getting A's across the board was the fact that I contacted them twice after all services were performed, wanting to get a price on continued service (year-round fertilization, weed treatment, etc.). Neither time was my call returned. It was like they performed the service then fell off the face of the earth.

This was the most prompt and responsible quote we received. Chris was very friendly and attentive. We are pleased with how the mowing and trimming looks for our yard. Will definitely be a regular customer for a long time.

We never need to call Chris he comes to do leaf removal multiple times throughout the season. No complaints

Crew is very courteous and attentive. They were careful to avoid the areas we wanted to leave uncleared to provide habitat for beneficial insects. We have used Premier more than once for leaf removal, and expect to continue using them in the future.

I contacted Premier Lawns and Properties on Monday 12/29 and left a message for Chris. He called me back and let me know that he would be able to get a crew out to my house by Friday, which was fine by me. A few hours later, his crew pulled up to my house. They were able to clean up all the leaves, mow the yard, and remove some branches that had fallen from surrounding trees. They were done in less than an hour, and I was very pleased with my service. I had a question about my bill, and Chris was able to explain the costs to me without any issues. I would definitely use Premier Lawns and Properties again. Thanks!

Went very well. They came within a few days after I called and contracted for the service. They used leaf blowers and other equipment to pick up the fallen leaves. They cleaned leaves from the flower beds and along the fence. They did a very nice job.

For the $99 it is a very good price to get two treatments and an aeration. I didn't really notice any impact of the weed prevention treatment--still had a lot of crabgrass and other weeds in the lawn.

They arrived on time and the work was completed in about 45 min. When the Invoice arrived it was lower than the estimate I will be contacting them in the future for all my Lawn ser.

Everything went fine. They were done in less than 45 minutes.

Great! Very professional and thorough

Chris and his team are very professional and fast. I emailed Chris and they happened to be in the area and so they stopped by and were able to do my yard the same day I contacted them. weve had Premier Lawns and Properties mow and remove leaves several times and we have always been pleased with ther service.

I called Premier Lawns on a Monday, they were courteous and very prompt and promised to clean up the leaves by Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon they sent a team of 4 workers and cleaned up all the leaves, even blowing them out of the flowerbeds in the front of the house. They did a beautiful job, and look forward to using them again in the future.

Could not have asked for better service. Created my AL account today, saw good reviews, gave Chris a call for leaf removal (I have a couple of pretty good sized trees). Original ETA on cleanup was a couple days out however once I gave him my address, he said he was in my neighborhood and could stop by in 15 minutes with his crew. About 90 minuets later, my yard looks like a million bucks! Easy to do business with, highly recommend these guys and will definitely use in the future.

This is a fantastic company! So professional and customer focused. They treat your lawn like it was their own. If the weather was hot and the grass didn't grow a lot, they will skip mowing a week to let the grass rebound. Just wonderful guys and Chris, the owner, treats his customers like gold. Overall the service was very good. They had a couple to times of scalping the ground and coming later in the week than other weeks. They were great in pointing out when a sprinkler head was broken and were very good in responding to questions by email and over the phone.

I have used Premier Lawns and Properties for a long time and can honestly say that ALL the services provided by Chris and his team represent absolutely GREAT VALUE. Most people in today's world are conscious of the overall cost of anything - that can never be all about just the price tag! After all, I'm sure I could find a provider of lawn services that would do the kind of job I would do myself and charge me more :) Coming from the world of business to business selling, I know a professional organization when I experience it - Premier Lawns and Properties is just such an organization. Overall, the approach and professionalism given by Chris and his team I have found to be beyond reproach. I will be continuing to use their services for the foreseeable future and would highly recommend their attitude, service and quality of work.

They took care of the weekly yard maintenance during spring and summer, mowing, weed-eating, and edging along sidewalks and driveway. Yard looked great every week - no issues. I was very pleasantly surprised when the leaves started really falling, to see them bagging the leaves and hauling away, not just once but several times. I've had several other companies over the years and no other company has ever done that. The other companies would just stop coming in the fall and I'd have to find someone else to clean up the leaves. Premiere just took care of it for me and did not charge anymore than my normal weekly rate, despite the extra labor. Very happy with them and will continue to use.

Excellent--what I like is the quick response from Chris whenever there is a question. If you call or email Chris, he will respond quickly and with details if you leave a question. Plus, the work is done quite well.
