 + 2 moreWe've been using Premier Lawns for two years now. Chris Bullard and his crew are excellent . . . all times of the year! We have been so pleased with the maintenance of our lawn (truly the greenest on our street) and with the timely snow removal. And boy, have we needed it this year. We even added my mom's house to be on his route. Once, we were going to be gone a week in the hottest of weather (days over 100 degrees). We don't have an irrigation system as of yet pending a remodel. Chris and his crew set up a temporary system on timers and made sure our potted plants and lawn were watered properly. Can't say enough about their dedication to service . . . the fact that Chris and his crew are just plain all around nice guys!
Description of Work: Lawn, cutting, maintenance (fertilization) and snow removal.

 + -1 moreI was pleased with the results and asked to be put on the schedule for future clearings. It's very convenient and saves me time and effort because they are so efficient.
Description of Work: Last year, I called Premier to clear my walk and driveway of snow after we had gotten about six inches.They automatically come out and clear the snow after it snows 2 inches or more and send me a bill.

 + -1 moreCalled re: Snow Removal and they only do that for "Full Maintenance" customers. That is not mentioned in the Angie's list info or reviews. The company's website link on Angie's list does not work. The company's facebook page does not give details like that. In this circumstance it is tough to give an overall rating, but it is required, so I put a C since I wasted my time trying to investigate them further and calling them only to find out I would not be 'eligible' for the service. I want others to know and not waste their time considering this company for new snow removal needs.

 + 0 moreI called on Tuesday afternoon and Chris returned my call in a couple of hours. He gave me their leaf removal rates and said they had a job in my area the next morning so they could coordinate with that. Chris and two helpers showed up at 9 the next morning and were done in close to 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with the work and the price paid. I would definitely use them again.

 + 0 moreHad to make 2 calls to connect, but once that happened the job was scheduled a few days in advance. Premier's crew showed up and by the time I returned home from work the yard was clean. The only minor problem was that one of the crew left their rake out near our sidewalk - I called and left them a message to that effect. Today, I still have their rake.

I will definitely be calling him back. Also, I like that he is willing to communicate with me via text.  + -1 moreWe were out of town and came back home to find that all of our trees had drop all of their leaves while we were away. I contacted Chris on 11/12/13 to get a quote and arrange a date for the service. Chris called back in a timely manner and set the date for 11/15/13. On the morning of 11/15/13, Chris's crew showed up and within 15 minutes all of the leaves we're gone from the entire yard, driveway and patio. The yard looked pristine when they were finished. I would highly recommend Premier Lawns in the future.
Description of Work: Premier Lawns mowed and removed all the leaves in the yard. The leaves in the back yard were 3 inches thick.

 + 1 moreI got bids from three contractors on Angie?s list and chose Premier Lawns because of the positive ratings plus owner Chris Bullard?s solution for my lawn. I needed a solution to a lawn problem and was impressed when he said he was a turf guy not a landscaper. Then he suggested an above ground system for a nominal fee. Can you imagine the hours I saved moving the normal type sprinklers to properly water 4150 sq. ft. of sod and new grass seeding. The sprinkler system was like icing on the cake I would highly recommend Premier Lawns for anyone needing this type of lawn service and care.
Description of Work: Backyard lawn renovation - done in two stages. Stage 1 Aug. 5 - kill off weeds and unwanted grass. Second application Aug.22 Stage 2 Sep. 14 - Plan involved sodding 2500 sq. ft. and over seeding terrace, 1650 sq. ft.. A second seeding was later required due to heavy rain washout of seed. Lawn preparation began with Chris and crew of 4 helpers as follows: Scalp mowed existing lawn, aerated, verticut, debris removal, seeding, sodding and fertilizing. An above ground sprinkler system was also installed consisting of 3 stations with 3 sprinkler heads per station which watered 3 times a day. This was all accomplished in 6 hours starting at 9 am and finishing at 3 pm. Chris has made several followup visits to see how things were progressing and to make adjustments to the sprinkler system. Today, 5 weeks later the sod looks fantastic and the grass on the terrace is filling in real well! THANK YOU CHRIS ..... GREAT JOB ..... GREAT CREW

We have recommended him to numerous other people who have also been more than satisfied. I've used Premier Lawns & Properties for a couple of years for various lawn services and they continue to impress. They have flexible scheduling, simple billing process after services are rendered and most of all, they do a great a job and have attention to detail. I'm picky about how my yard is mowed.  + -1 moreI usually have Chris rake my leaves for me each year so this was the first time I contacted him for snow removal. He was already booked up for the day but came out the next morning and cleared the snow from my driveway and sidewalk. I had tried to do the job myself but the snow was too deep. He performed the work quickly and even moved my car for me so he could plow right up to the garage door. The time and effort he saved me was well worth it. He even offered to put me on his route so I wouldn't have to call each time and would be assured of having the work done in a timely manner.
