Scheduling was fine. I didn't have any issues with the scheduling. Chris was responsive and easy to work with.

What clearly differientiates Chris from the other lawn care companies I've worked with is his timely communication and attention to detail. Chris has come out to the house on three different occasions and every time it's evident to me he's concerned with ensuring I'm happy. Today, Chris came out to aerate and overseed the lawn, and what impressed me is watching him take extra time on all of my bare spots. After aerating the lawn, he came back to each and every bare spot to aerate by hand and apply extra seed. I couldn't be happier with everything Chris has done for me thus far and look forward to working with him in the future. I'm very confident you'll be happy working with Chris...

The company came out in the spring and did one of the fertilization treatments. I contacted them about the Aeration, and they stated that they would be doing it sometime before the 2nd Fertilization Treatment. I have to date, not received the Aeration. They seemed very good and my lawn looks good, but I purchased the Aeration along Fertilizations Treatments and am a bit disappointed that I've not heard back from them regarding this matter. As far as if I would use them again.....It would depend on the outcome of this matter. I am answering this question with a "Yes" for now in hopes that this issue gets resolved.... soon.

Chris and Drew are wonderful to work with and do a fantastic job. They have helped us get settled into our new house and keep our lawn (and landscaping) looking great. This is our first home with a lawn and they always take the time to answer our questions and help us make the best decision for our lawn while understanding our budget. They are honest, responsive and punctual which is greatly appreciated. We reached out to them today because our lawn needed to be tamed in between routine cuts and they came right out and took care of it for us. Fantastic customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their lawns!!

It ended up fine they guy is as nice as he can be, really nice guy to deal with, very conscientious of doing a good job. The first time he came was in May, he was fine, there was a question with the size of my lawn because apparently the maximum lawn amount was not put into the ad and might have been a little larger that he wouldn't have stocked to the price, very competitive price, I v'e got a lot of spot that is bear grass so its kind of more to measure how effective, the grass that I have looks nice and clean but I have a lot of bear spots, the fertilization importantly doesn't make grass grow. On quality, I want to give him a good grade on that, he took the time to talk to me on the phone, for the first application, discussed the size of the lawn, he was aware that I didn't want to pay more than the price and he adhere with that so he's someone that I can talk to and when he came out, he took the time to go through what my lawn needed to get it back to they way I'd like to have it, he's good about working with you and giving recommendations.

Our yard is challenging because we have fescue growing in the back yard with some new sod, too, and we have zoysia in the front. Premium was very good at recognizing this problem and timing the aeration for mid-spring when the zoysia was up!!

They have done three applications of six. So far they fertilized once and applied weed killer twice. The weeds are still in the lawn and I believe they are not covering one section of the yard. I have called them a couple of times but get emails telling me how I don't know what I am talking about.

I am happy with the service and have signed up for the entire year of lawn care.

I purchased a big deal for this provider on Angie's list. I have a VERY large yard, and expected there to be an additional charge, but was happy it was only an additional $25. Given the wet winter we had, it took a while to get out for the first treatment, but all went well. I suspect I will get a quoite from them in the near future to continue lawn service.

We had so many leaves on all sides of our yards and they had them cleaned up and the lawn mowed very quickly. Best of all they took all the leaves away so we did not have to dispose of them. Very professional. We have a difficult gate and they always make sure it is closed properly. This review is for this one specific service provided in December however we have also started using them for lawn mowing services this spring 2014 and they do a great job.

Reliably good work performed in a timely manner. All contact and communications with Chris and his crew have been courteous and professional. He does what he said he would do.

It went fine. I would have preferred that he apply the pre-emergent AFTER the aeration. Hopefully applying the pre-emergent after aeration will not make much difference. Chris B. seemed to know a lot about the biology of plants and weedkillers. For example pre-emergent will not prevent broad leaf weeds such as dandelions. He is very personable. He did upsell me and I agreed to have him do a broad leaf weed treatment for and extra $30. But it was a good deal. So I bought it and the dandelions are wilting.

very happy with their professionalism and working with us on our messed up lawn to get it looking much better. Because our yard was torn up from installing a sprinkler system, they worked w us from the Angie List fertilization that we didn't need and improvised to meet our needs. They thatched, put seed down and later we bought sod for a part of the lawn that was all dirt. Very pleasant gentlemen, very hard workers, very good price. Highly recommend.

Really responsive and pleasant to work with. And I really appreciate the willingness to consider my accessibility restrictions and come up with ways to make things work better for me. They'll continue to be my "go-to" lawn care guys!

Premier Lawns showed up when scheduled and did great work. In fact, I have switched to Premier Lawns to do my weekly mowing for 2014.

Called and set appt. Showed up and did what was promised, Waiting for grass to grow!

He is personable, knowledgeable and he did a good job. I would have preferred to have had him contact me prior to coming.

So far, so good. I talked to Chris about other lawn care his company does and am thinking of using him for additional services. He seems quite knowledgeable and trustworthy. Because of that, I extended the applications from 2 to the whole lawn program for additional money. I'm looking forward to working with him and his team.
