Description of Work: Message left for Chris Bullard, which he returned on 5/1. Said he would come by on 5/3 to survey the situation and give an estimate for mowing, shrub trimming, aerating, etc. He didn't show, so we tried to call him on 5/4, but were unable to leave a message on his phone. Have not heard from him since. We found a very reliable lawn care service through "Best Times Magazine" who showed up half hour early for the appointment, and the three man team did a superior job of getting the lawn and landscaping in top notch shape. The company is "MisterGreen Landscaping and Lawn Care in Johnson County, Kansas. We highly recommend them and would give Premier thumbs down. Maybe there is an unfortunate happening that prevented Chris from getting back in touch. Who knows?

Description of Work: The first application went fine. But, I don't know if they even did the 2nd application--they left no notification. I called them about the aeration. Thought it was to be done in spring--they finally did it in the fall. I think I will spread fertilizer myself from now on. At least then I will know when and if it is done.

Description of Work: I bought an offer on-line then was later told that I would be charged more, due to the size of my yard. They said it was Angie's List' fault, because there exclusion was omitted from the ad. The service desk for Angie's List wasn't very helpful either and after MANY phone calls, they emailed me and told me I could have my money back. A pretty bad experience with Premier Lawns and with Angie's List.

Description of Work: Only issue is that a pre-emergent was used on a large area of lawn that was recently dug up to service the main water line. I had seeded the area and the pre-emergent fertilizer prevented any grass from germinating.

As a senior citizen who is not able to perform this work, I have been extremely pleased with Premier and knowing I can count on them.
Description of Work: For two seasons Premier has moved my lawn. They perform this on a timely basis. They will do other work such as trimming bushes. Last winter they also shoveled snow. They are very accommodating. The price is $32 per week for mowing.

Chris does a great job for an extremely fair price. He never misses a service and is always punctual. He also does a great job being responsive to e-mails, which is really convenient. We had a period where several billing cycles got mixed up, but Chris corrected things promptly and there hasn't been a problem since. My only wish is that he would provide an organic treatment service for lawn care, as I have a vegetable garden and pets playing around in the yard.
Description of Work: Chris mows my lawn on a regular basis, applies fertilizer/herbicide as necessary, and sometimes does leaf removal in the fall. I've been using his services for several years.
