Technicians are friendly and professional. I have been using polestar for years now and would reccomend them to any one!

I called Polestar because we were having problems with our sink. They were on time and everything was complete within a timely manner. I will definitely be calling Polestar again if I am having trouble with anything else.

Amazing job. We are finishing our basement and got their name from a family member. They came out and walked me through how we could set up the plumbing and HVAC in the most cost efficient manor. They re routed some plumbing, installed some new pipes and worked directly with our contractor on where to run the HVAC ducts. Will definitely be calling for all future needs.

The crew at Polestar did inspections for me when purchasing. They did a full mechanical inspection finding things the other inspector missed saving me thousands in future repairs. It would have been a nightmare. Naturally when I went to sell and the prosepective buyers found a collapsed sewer line I called Polestar again to give me an estimate. They were significantly more price effective than my other bids. They did an excellent job and even communicated with the new buyers putting their minds at ease. The quality work they performed was above and beyond and they stood behind it in writing, which made everyone comfortable. Would give six stars if I could. I am a customer for life.

I have used Polestar for all my heating, a/c and plumbing needs since I moved to the area in 2008 and it has always been a great experience; very professional.

Happy with the company's responsiveness, expertise and professionalism. I decided to give Polestar a try because they install and service my brand of furnace and my usual service company has failed to make my heating system reliable. The technician arrived within two hours and quickly got the system running. He identified several modifications by the manufacturer that had not been installed on my furnace. They ordered the parts under the warranty and installed them two days later. I paid labor only.

They did a great job. They were professional, punctual and polite. They worked efficiently and they were affordable. Nathan was great in helping us review all of our options and coming up with an affordable solution. I definitely would use them again and recommend them highly.

I am extremely flabbergasted at the service that was NOT performed at my son's home. He contacted Polestar because his furnace quit working. This was in the end of August 2017. Polestar finally came and provided a quote for him. Since my daughter still owns the home and my son is buying it from her, Polestar was leaving him out of all the decisions. Polestar asked my daughter to sign the paperwork, however she wouldn't since the work they quoted was not completed. It was approximately 2 weeks before they actually tried to seal the crawl space where the new furnace had to be installed. This furnace is a Lenox furnace and supposedly comes with a 1 year warranty. My son tried to turn the furnace on with this last cold weather snap about a week ago and it would not work. My daughter contacted Polestar to let them know they needed to service the furnace. Polestar finally showed up and said the crawl space was flooded. My son went into the crawl space because we have not had enough rain recently that would flood the crawl space area. My son took pictures the same day Polestar came to the house and there was NO flooding at all. He contacted Polestar and let them know he had just come from the crawl space and had pictures to back up the fact there had not been any flooding. After that Polestar told him he would need to install a new sump pump before they would make the warranty good. My son installed a new sump pump and let them know it was done. They now demanded that my son tell my daughter to take down the negative post she made about Polestar horrible service and added if she would take it down they might be able to help him with some of the labor costs, but the job would be labor intensive and take several hours. He let them know he did not take kindly to threats and wanted them to warranty the furnace that is not working. Their next response was that they were ending the relationship with him. He has a 10 year old daughter in the home and now he has no way for heat. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY ... DO NOT DO IT!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They could not get my information correct on their application. They quoted 6.99% but then charged 7.99%, they said they'd waive the $89 estimate if we went with them and they still charged it. I was supposed to be a co-signer for my brother, they said we'd get the applications separately and yet they did not put him anywhere on the agreement and put this all on my credit. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! On August 11th Polestar came and put in the new unit, they excavated the crawl space entry and have yet to come back- 11 days later to fix the entry PLUS they left the old units, cardboard, and all of their trash in the crawl space. I am going to put this message everywhere I can in hopes that no one else gets taken by them!!! Where has customer service and doing a job well, and complete, gone?! Oh, and to top it off, because they haven't fixed the giant hole they left, and it rained a horrendous amount, guess what....it has flooded again and we're not sure if it still works or not!

Can you afford to pay $10 a MINUTE or $600 an HOUR for labor?
