Description of Work: They cleaned the ductwork on our newly purchased house in Lawrence. They charge a $55 trip charge for coming to Lawrence but in our opinion it was well worth it. The previous owners of the home had large dogs and the ductwork had never been cleaned. They were prompt, communicative and did a very good job. We highly recommend this company. They weren't cheap but sometimes you do get what you're willing to pay for! Duct cleaning is what they do, it isn't a part time job for them.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the dryer duct and replaced the dryer vent with one up to code. It went very well. They duct had never been cleaned for our condos and was very full. The vent was not only non-code, but was packed. My dryer performance improved measurably! They were friendly, efficient, and professional. I have their number for repeat cleaning.

Midwest performed as expected given the high ratings we reviewed. The pricing was based on $350 for up to 20 returns/vents, plus $50 for any areas that could only be accessed via crawlspace. We were charged $50 less than the phone estimate because areas I thought were crawlspace were otherwise accessible. We didn't think that the ducts had ever been cleaned before and we were told they were indeed filthy.
Description of Work: Ducts cleaned throughout 1949 house. Process took about 4 hours start to finish. Two technicians were at the house for the duration.

The guys came at about 8:30 and were done about 2:00pm. They also patched a hole in my attic at no charge but I gave them a case of beer anyway.

The workman was prompt and careful in setting up. The process took about 3 hours for the 14 ducts and the furnace. There was absolutely no cleanup required after wards. He was very prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

The technician worked over 7 hours and did a very professional job. He cleaned the upper ducts through the attic and cut access plates for all basement ducts as well. He cleaned out both furnace, using brushed, vacuum and pressure lines and totally cleaned up after his work. We were very pleased with the quality of work and the technician. It was a pleasure.

Showed up on time and was polite. During the cleaning process he showed the work being done and the difference before and after with a camera. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: Cleaned all ducts and returns on both furnaces and both levels. One was in attic the other was in the basement. Also, took motor out and cleaned motor and inside furnace. Involved a total of 32 ducts.
