All went well. I should have followed them around to make sure they cleaned each register and return, because I believe they missed one or didn't clean the one in the master bath very well.

With duct cleaning it's hard to tell because it's not like something you can "see". The guy came and it was only one person, he was here for hours. He didn't show me any dirt that he removed though and I can honestly say that I don't notice ANY difference in the dust levels in my home. For me I think it was a total waste of money and time.

It was perfect!! They informed us of rust issues. They were very polite, detailed, on time, made sure everything was back in its place perfectly, they are trustworthy and well worth it!! They took pictures and showed us before and after, educated us on ducts and emailed us additional pictures to see.

Normally a team of two does the work but due to illness, only one tech showed up in the morning, and explained that it would take extra hours for him to complete everything. Shortly thereafter, the company sent over a team of two more techs, so we ended up with three guys doing the work. They were professional, efficient, and left our home neat and clean. When they told me the cost was $30 more than I was originally quoted, the tech called the office and quickly was told to charge the lower price, even though it turns out the price I had been quoted was a mistake on the office's part. Very honorable and honest company!

Outstanding service. Arrived right on time at 8am, and worked until 4:30. The crew was professional, hardworking and extremely clean. We could not be more pleased with the service. I might add that I was shocked at the amount of dirt and debris removed from our ducts.

I was given a window between 12pm & 2pm. They called & 1:55pm & let me know they were on the way. The only reason I am giving a C for Punctuality is because they told me that they were at a job the previous day only a few miles from my home vs having to travel 45 minutes from their first job of the day. Two guys came & worked as a team to clean all the air ducts, & dryer vent. When I went downstairs to check on them, there was a huge mess all over the floor. When I went back down there for final review, they had cleaned it all up. They worked from 2:30 pm to 5:45 pm. This was a very good experience. They did not try to sell me additional stuff. They did their job as good as they could. The price quote of $350 that I received from the lady who scheduled my appointment, was the amount I paid the service man. I am glad that I called them & I would recommend them to anyone else who needs air ducts cleaned.

It went very well. A courtesy call the day before, and a call the day of the cleaning to let me know they were coming was great, and they were right on time. Jeff and Antonio were very professional and explained everything they were going to do, and used booties once they began work. I saw before and after pictures of the main line, and boy, what a difference! They looked shiny and new! They had to cut access panels to run their equipment through, and everything was patched up perfectly. I would definitely recommend them!

They called to confirm the appointment, which I appreciate. They were here when they said they were going to be, right on time. They got right to work and did an excellent job. They were happy to answer any questions that we had. They were polite and took care of all of our concerns. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again. It went very well. The workmen arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They took great care with the furniture and furnishings around the house and wore protective booties over their shoes. They had a well developed system and worked well together to insure that nothing was left undone and that it went smoothly. We have 2 large dogs that couldn't be left outside because they had to leave the gate open for the big vacuum tube. The workmen accepted this and worked with us. The entire process couldn't have gone better. Jeff and Manuel are hard workers and great guys. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It went very well, very impressed. Received a reminder call the day before the appointment. The day of the appointment they arrived right on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. And I was very impressed by their flexibility. Our townhouse is designed with the furnace in a second floor utility closet and has no open main air lines -- their normal access point. But they found a vent directly off of the mail line and were able to make it work. Flexible and adaptive ... impressed. It took about 3 hours and the place was left in great conditions .... just now with a cleaner duct system. In addition to the normal "dust" they also cleaned out a lot of drywall chunks along with pieces of PVC drain pipe and installation instruction papers and a switch box. All from our original construction 10 years ago. If you have a new home, this is highly recommended. I wish we had known and had this done back then. Hopefully this will help reduce the fine dust issue we have always had. Plus better airflow without all the construction "trash" in the vents. Very impressed with these guys. If we ever move again, we'll call them to clean the ducts work before we move in ... guaranteed!

It was excellent. They did a good job. They were timely, refreshed and were responsible.

Arrived a little bit delayed but phoned ahead to set expectations. They arrived on site, laid plastic down to not dirty the house and wore shoe covers. The process took about 5 hours to complete, they showed me the before and after. The biggest thing that was fantastic was that they re-connected the hvac properly in the attic that fed the top floor of the house that was causing poor (if any) air flow. It was a fantastic experience and I'd definitely recommend them!

I had a unique situation in that I had insulation in my return air. It was self inflicted. But I had a new A/C installed but it was having issues cooling the house. We had the group that the A/C company had recommend and they did their work while I was out of town. But the issue continued. I found Midwest Duct cleaning on Angie's List and so I called the owner ( I Think ) and we set up an appointment. I had to postpone it due to being out of town again. They happily rescheduled. Then came to the day. They arrived on time and what should have been a four hour job took six. There was that much that needed to be cleaned. They actually filled a large vacuum with debris. They showed me while they were excavating the junk I had in my return. I knew it was bad but had no idea it was that bad. After they finished and the house has cooled back off,I could tell a difference how much more efficiently our A/C is running now. These people are great, great attitudes, great work and above expectations with results. In today's age of diminishing service.it is good to see a company with an above board work ethic and dedicated to service. Thank you guys, I appreciate it.

Everything went very well. A couple nice gentlemen came to do the work & they did a wonderful job.

I discussed our hvac with this company. They were helpful. However, we decided to go with a Geo thermal system.

I was impressed with the amount of work it took to properly clean my ducts. The two man crew arrived right on time and got to work. The amount of equipment and the hours of labor involved made the cost a bargain. It took over 4 hours working straight through to do the job. The crew showed me the main ducts before and after they were cleaned. Wow what a difference. My ducts had never been cleaned since construction in 1980. Most of the dust, pet hair and dirt went straight into the huge vacuum but some large items were found. Sheet rock scrap as large as 5" by 5", small wood trim pieces and an empty jar or stain. I now question why I waited so long to have this done. I highly recommend this company and the professional crew that did my home. W 89 Cr

I am very pleased with the work performed by Midwest Duct Cleaning. I was easily able to obtain a price quote over the phone and schedule an appointment. The techs who performed the work, Jaziel and Antonio, arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. It had snowed the night before, and they were careful to not track snow or wetness in, using covers for their shoes and even shoveling some snow from our driveway. They were here most of the day doing the work, and appeared to do a very thorough job, cleaning up well as they worked. We had refinished our hardwoods in the fall and knew that there would be a lot of dust in our ductwork, and it sounded like the ducts were pretty dirty. The only issue we had, which was resolved satisfactorily, was that I wasn't completely clear on the pricing based on the quote and information I'd received over the phone. While I would definitely recommend using Midwest Duct Cleaning, I would simply suggest that you are very clear on the pricing and the impact on pricing of the number of vents in your home and make sure that everyone is in agreement on the exact price before the work begins.

Had some time off and hadn't had my ducts cleaned since I moved in, so I decided it was time to have it done. I called to setup the appointment and the provider was able to give me a quote over the phone and set the appt. He noted that the price might change once he saw the house, but he would let me know before doing any services. The provider came out on time and was setup and done inside of 3 hours (I have a condo - 2 bedrooms, 2 main rooms, kitchen, bathroom, utility). He setup a vacuum system in the utility room and cut some holes in the ducting to allow for that to fit - he patched these once he was through, it all looked good to me. He used a wand with multiple hoses attached and sealed off all the other vents as he did each. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional and was able to work around me as I did other things. I was impressed with the service and would use him again if needed.
