I liked the pricing system of counting the air ducts and you get a price over the phone. The estimate was the price unless you count your ducts wrong.

Description of Work: The ducts were cleaned in our home. There are two furnaces so the price was doubled. They seemed to have done a good job. We are having problems with a lot of dust on our new hard wood floors but it does not appear to have a connection with the duct cleaning. Joseph came out twice to check out the ducts and they seem to be clean. He was quite personable.

The vents were very dirty due to basement foundation work I've had done over the last 20 years. They put all the vent covers back in place, installed a new air filter, and left the place spotless. I should have had this work done a very long time ago.

Description of Work: Scheduled appointment for air duct cleaning and they accommodated a day that I would already be home within the same week of scheduling. Called to confirm the day before. Told the gentlemen would arrive between 8 and 8:30 am and they did. Jose and Eddie Introduced themselves, went right to work and never stopped! They not only cleaned the ducts, but dusted the registers, and vacummed around each area they had been working on. They were all over the house and not one trace of dirt or debris left. They were always careful to clean where they had been. Both were very friendly and very professional. They were here for about 3 hours. Also cleaned the furnace and it looks great! Within the same day I could feel the house was much warmer at a lower temperature, probably because the furnace was so dirty before. Before when the heater kicked on, I could hear it ignite and it was worrying me. After it has been cleaned, I can't even tell when the heater kicks on. It's back to it's quiet self again.

Description of Work: Cleaned vents & return air ducts for heating & A/C. Donna in the office is way on top of things. I had rescheduled a couple of times. The guys showed up on time and got to work. They put little booties over their work boots to keep the carpet clean. . . but then they wore them outside in the snow and dirt. They went about their jobs and were very respectful and accommodating. Toward the end as they were finished up vacuuming the vents I had to show them several that they had missed. When replacing the window pane in the basement window the glass fell out and broke. I have 2 kids, broken glass happens. They took they glass in to be replaced & taped up the window returning the next morning with a new window pane. No big deal. They picked up the big pieces of glass but did not get the little pieces nor vacuum up the mess. After the cleaning my furnace was making a funny whirring noise upon start up. It didn't make the noise before. I called Donna & she arranged to have my. . .

Description of Work: Marlin and Eric came in the morning, after I received an estimate over the phone from the main office, and stayed about 5 hours to complete the job. We have 3 levels, and they were very meticulous about the cleaning, doing a thorough job. I was a little surprised at the amount of time they spent doing the job, but have since learned from some of my friends that faster jobs were done by other companies at their houses, but the work was not done well.
