A friend recommended them and the bathrooms look very nice. It was a bath and a half. I didn't get a lot of estimates and the price was fair. The quality was very good but I am noticing a couple of things now. I was in a time crunch and they did both baths within a week. They were punctual and very professional.

I thought he was very honest and competative with his pricing. We ended up going with another company but in hindsight, I believe we did not make the correct decision. We would definately bring him out again to bid on work again (we still have a bathroom to remodel) and would probably hire him.

I have not a single complaint. They are reliable and do excellent work at an excellent price. We just finished one that was $25,000 and this one is about $5,000. He is very professional and very honest. He wants a happy customer and he returns calls. He does an all around wonderful job.

He gave me a quote first. The work went very well. I would tell others to go ahead and use his services.

Jim and his crew were extremely easy to work with and we would definitely work with them again! From Jim explaining the quality of tile we had, to what a good quality tile looks like, to giving us the names and addresses of businesses he recommended for tile: all the details were thought about and explained for the beginning. I thought it spoke to the quality of work Jim does that several of the stores I went into to look at tile, when they asked who I was working with and I said Jim Saner, they all knew who he is! I felt like I was in a small town instead of Kansas City. I was especially impressed the crew guys took time to explain what had caused our ongoing problem and what they were going to do so the shower area would not leak again. They replaced the entire master shower with a new tile, replaced the outdated shower hardware and installed a new Delta TempAssure fixture so the water will be at the right temperature every time! They did a great job in three days time and were extremely professional throughout the process.

The Saners (Tom and Jim, the Saner brothers) were wonderful to work with. They were professional, the bathroom bids were easy to understand with no hidden 'gotchas'. Tom provided us with a list of suggested local companies to select our tile and left an Onyx selection sample ring with us so we could choose what we wanted. The design decisions were ours to make. The work was done with excellent quality, the daily clean-up was thorough and timely. We are thrilled by our new bathrooms and feel like we made an excellent choice with the Saner's. We're asking the Saner's back to remodel our kitchen next year.

I use him constantly; he is wonderful. The kitchen remodel looks terrific. They are absolutely incredible. They do all the remodeling in our rentals and they have been doing it for over 15 years. We have them scheduled for more work. Anytime we have renters leave they go in and do the painting, grouting and fixing up whatever needs to be done. I pick out everything and pay for it; we pay him separately. He is not a bargain; he is middle of the road as far as price. I can go into a house with him and we make a list of the things that need to be done. I then give him a key and I don't have to deal with it until he is done. He solves problems and that is very important to me. They show up when they say they will show up and they don't need hand holding which is very important to me. They can work independently and he is easy to get hold of. They are very good at following up. His price is reasonable for the work that he does and he throws in a lot of freebies.

Jim did a great job. He has lots of experience, so he offered great ideas when we were figuring out the layout. He works with a cabinet maker that was able to match the cabinets in the basement to the rest of our house, which makes it look like the basement has always been finished. We get so many compliments on it. His quote was right in the middle- not the highest, and not the lowest, but we wanted a high-quality job, and we got it. My only complaint would be that the painter he used blared heavy metal while he was working. I was sick and home from work, and had to ask him to turn it down, which he did. The painter did an excellent job, but was not quite as professional as Jim is.

Great. Jim made several visits during the remodeling process to check on everything. His staff did a great job.

Jim was very professional, and made regular visits during the project. His employees were hardworking, skilled and performed above and beyond expectations.

They were very quick to give me an estimate. Their quote was lower than other quotes received. They were able to start the job the next day and came back to finish the job the next business day at 7:30. Repairman showed up exactly when expected. This is a newer home and has a unique, very subtle texture on the ceiling. I have never seen this texture before. The repairman did an amazing job repairing the hole and matching the texture. He was meticulous protecting the floor, woodwork, and surrounding furniture and cleaning up when he left. I found this company on Angie's List, but appreciate they had a link to their own website.

He's very professional, reliable, also helpful in making suggestions. We're always pleased with the results.

The gentleman who did the job was first rate and very reasonable. I made some changes along the way which they were willing to accommodate to. The mechanic was highly skilled and did a top flight job.

I was really impressed with Tom Saner (the designer/rep), the company's responsiveness to questions, their photo album of their previous work, the professionalism and thoroughness of the quote, quality of the cabinets they proposed, and basically everything. If a problem develops with the place I went with for this project, I'll bring in Jim Saner's Home Remodeling without a second thought. Everything about my experience with Tom indicated that they are really a reliable, first-rate operation. ($15,000)

Outstanding! They did a prompt and great job. They cleaned up after the work was completed.
