I was extremely please with the work performed. The craftsmanship and attention detail was unbelievable. What i appreciated was the communication through out the process and the fact that Tom Saner always answered my phone calls day or night. They employ people who take pride in their craft and it shows in their work.

Replaced double sink vanity, lighting, tile floor and expanded our shower, including bench. Craftsmanship on tile work above tub, in shower, and floors, including baseboards, is amazing! Steve and Robert are masters at their craft, which included plumbing and electric. Very responsive to our needs. Tom is very flexible with scheduling. Great guys to work with.

Tom Saner visited our home on April 10 to look at our kitchen, take some measurements, discuss some ideas for a remodel, and told us that he would have a quote for us in about a week. I also sent an email to him later that evening to remind him of one idea that he might have overlooked in preparing his quote. It's now nine months later (January 22) and we have not heard a thing. We have moved on.

At our original meeting when Tom Saner entered our home he immediately handed me his business card, a list of references and had a large three ring binder with photos of completed projects. Instead of just emailing his bid, he returned to our home with his estimate and drawings of the design, photos of faucets, tub, and toilet. When the project started the first thing they did was cover all our furniture in the master bedroom with large sheets of plastic. Drop cloths were placed on the stairs and the bedroom floor every morning and rolled up every night when they finished for the day. They showed up on time every morning, and cleaned up before they left every night. We replaced the tub, toilet, shower, vanity top, sinks, faucets, mirrors, lights, had the walls and ceiling painted and had extra outlets added by the vanity. I couldn't be more pleased with how the bathroom looks! I have already recommended Jim Saner's company to two of my friends that want to remodel their master bathrooms.

We couldn't be more pleased with how our basement turned out. From the first day we met with Tom to share our vision until the last day the crew was at the house, the entire experience was fantastic. Tom was very attentive and listened to what we wanted, what our concerns were, etc. He always had helpful suggestions, but never tried to push us in a certain direction. The crew was equally as great to work with. Robert, Chuck, and Steve are great guys. They were at the house first thing in the morning and never hesitated to explain to us what they would be working on, if they needed anything from us, etc. The end result of the project far exceeded our expectations. The work they did was spot on and looks great. When I need future renovation/remodeling projects done I won't even consider using anyone else. Originally hired for kitchen remodel. Went so well, we hired for our bath and again for our family room remodels. They were always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. The estimates were spot on for the total bill. Ran into unforeseen problems on the bathroom remodel, they worked the weekend to finish the project on date promised. Very pleased with quality of the work and would recommend to anyone for a remodel. Ask for Robert, he is very friendly and honest. Even my cat loved him.

Tom and his crew are very professional. They look out for the interest of the homeowner and not upsell things to increase cost. The quality of the work is great and they work with us on tight schedules.

Our kitchen remodel turned out great ! This was our first experience with a major remodel and we couldn't have had a better experience. Tom drew up plans that worked with our budget and gave us good, workable ideas along with a detailed proposal. We were very pleased with the work done by Robert and Steve. They did a great job , were conscientious and went above and beyond in their work. Additionally, they answered all my questions and were fun to have around the house for a couple of weeks ! Great! Our master bathroom went from a 24-year old "ugly duckling" to a beautiful "swan" without breaking the bank. We purchased a beautiful vanity from Signature Hardware with a quartz top; they installed beautiful wood-plank ceramic tile, a herringbone shower tile pattern to our exact specifications, re-textured our ceilings and installed new lighting, a ceiling fan and fresh paint. JoAnna Gaines would be delighted!

It was ideal. The crew was here when they said they would be, always cleaned up good after each day, was considerate and pleasant to have around while they were here. I will definitely use this company for any future job.

Tom and his team of professionals were excellent to work with. As project manager, Tom is responsive, thorough and most importantly, cares. I interviewed several contractors for the job and Tom stood out with his desire and flexibility to work for my family. With my wife expecting, he made room in his schedule to accommodate ours and wanted to go above and beyond to provide us a bathroom we could be proud of for years to come. His team was prompt, professional and got the job done right. They were helpful with questions we had and finished the project on time and looking great! I would definitely hire them again and recommend that if you are considering a similar project that you throw his team in the hat.

Great. The 2 men who did the work were very competent craftsmen. My son in law and I did the tear out. The Saner men, put in a new ceiling w/ lighting, did drywall, hung cabinets, hooked up plumbing, reinstalled appliances, installed new dishwasher and microwave, put in countertop with back splash and laid new flooring. They did excellent work. Started when they said they would and worked on our kitchen until it was done. Cleaned up as they went, did not add any surprise charges or change their agreed on price. Mr. Saner gave us good design advice and saved us from some bad design choices on our part. The only negative: they were shorted some cabinet parts and it took 2 weeks to get them shipped to Independence. We are completely satisfied and so happy with the results.

the quality of the work they did was very good. Their schedule left something to be desired. Just after we had contracted with him, he had a significant turn over in his employees and it impacted his ability to meet the original schedule. He was upfront about it with us. We worked as best as we could with it but it left a little bit to be desired on the length of time it took to get everything done. The work turned out very well. that was his issue, he had a couple of his craftsmen quit on him. We had agreed on the price, date and everything. After that, some people quit. It was not of his own making/not of his fault. It is not anything that he can actively [prevent in the future. I gave him that grade because it was what it was. I am happy with the work that they did. That impacted us. We had to bathroom out as long as it did. It shouldn't have taken that long but he had difficulty getting people back in. How does he fix not having people quit? There is really no way that he can do that. He was very upfront with us about it. He was very apologetic. He worked to get his people in and out. It was what it was. Compared to other bids we had received, the price was very good. For quality, everything was done very well, very professionally and very nicely done. Whenever we called him, they were very responsive, it falls back to the ability have the people and so I gave him a B on that. When they said they were going to be here, they were here. For punctuality was very good. For professionalism, they were very professional and very apologetic on the schedule issues. The work they did was very well done. I hope that I didn't have that much work done in the future but they would be considered for it.

This is our second experience with Saner Remodeling. We had a bathroom remodel 4 years ago and were so impressed with the work Robert did that we called him back to finish a room in our basement. As with the bathroom remodel, all work was completed extremely well and in a timely manner. Robert and Chuck were personable and professional and made sure that everything was cleaned up along the way and at the completion of the project. I would highly recommend them and would use Jim's crew anytime for additional jobs.

I needed to update my bathroom and Jim gave me some suggestions on what could be done. He offered names of some tile vendors and the one I selected was very informative and helped me to decided which tile I wanted to use. The couple that installed everything were very good and made sure it was to my likeing. Everything went very well. There was an issue with the vanity but Jim resolved to my satisifaction. I would recommend him very highly.

Very nice the first time I talked to them. Did not retun my call when i called back the following week.

It was fine, a few minor complaints but all were fixed to our expectations. They were great to work with if you had any concerns & seemed to listen to you. Cleaned up everything as they went along.

We had Jim bid a complete master bathroom remodel (including tearing everything down to studs and installing new shower, vanity, toilet, flooring, putting up new walls, door, lighting, paint, etc.), and a kitchen makeover (including cabinet refinish, granite countertops, tile back splash, crown molding, all new lighting, refinish of wood floors and hand railing replacement). Jim was always very prompt and very professional. His bid was very detailed and included pictures and information on materials. In the end, it came down to him and one other bid. Jim stayed very competitive and it was a very difficult decision to make!! We did take the other bid, but we would recommend Jim to others and will be in touch with him on future projects.

I called for an estimate and got an answer right away. Jim Saner took all my information and scheduled to come the following week when it was convient for me. He was prompt and discussed the remodel work we wanted to have completed and ran through options and suggestions. He left product samples with us to review until he returned the follwing week with an estimate. The following week we received our estimate in a statement of work and found the price to be reasonable. We gathered several estimates from various contractors from Angie's List and decided to go with another contractor but had a wonderful experience with Jim Saner and company. We will keep them in mind for the future.
