Description of Work: I called them on a Tuesday and was told someone would call me the next morning to set up an appt to come out and give me an estimate. It is now Saturday and they havent called yet. I decided not to call them back. If I have to beg for them to come out and earn my business, I guess they dont need it. I have called someone else on the list.

Description of Work: A very nice gentleman named Mark "I think" came out to check the guttering above where we are experiencing a window leak. Mark told me that the guttering was fine and that the problem is with our roof.
