Jet Stream Guttering

Looks good and keeps the leaves out ... but they did NOT put up the gutters correctly and I have one area at the front of my house that is not catching the water correctly and water is running into my basement. I HAVE CALLED THEM THREE TIMES ... TWICE THEY HAVE PROMISED TO COME OUT AND CORRECT THE ISSUE ... BUT ZERO FOLLOW-UP. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THAT LACK OF FOLLOW-UP TO CORRECT AN ISSUE AND NOT FOLLOWING UP WITH THEIR COMMITMENT TO EVEN COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE SITUATION.

The installation was handled very expertly. The crew was punctual. They handled the installation very efficiently. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. The gutters look great.

It was repair and replacement work.

Gary Argo, the Salesman, was very professional and was not pushy. They were done in a 1/2 day.

The installer did a professional job. He responded to my questions, and did a tidy cleanup.

We were having our house painted and decided to replace the gutters since they were 30 years old. A couple of the painters mentioned Jet Stream Gutters when I asked who they would use. One of them said he just used them to put new gutters on his house. They came out within a few days of me calling them. I received quotes from 4 guttering companies. Jet Stream provided the most detailed quote compared to the others and it was right in the middle of the other quotes. 2 recommendations, detailed quote and a solid price sold me. Rick, the owner, was very good to deal with and when my wife and I made a few changes Rick was very helpful. The Crew showed up on our arranged day and made a few quick adjustments to help us out. Install including the proguard took only a few hours. Everything looks great. Very happy with their whole process and price.

I called four different gutter companies (all chosen from Angie's List ratings) for quotes on replacing all the guttering, downspouts and any rotted fascia board on my house. The highest and lowest quotes were $125 apart. Jet Stream Guttering was the 2nd lowest quote. I chose Jet Stream because of the person they sent to do the quote. Joe was very professional, very prepared and very knowledgeable. He did a very good job of explaining everything that would be done as part of the job, including cleanup and haul-off of all the old gutters and old board. He was the only one who offered me color matching (which I didn't even realize was available) so the only painting needed was some touch up on the exposed part of the pre-primed fascia board after the job was done. He had a paint chip sample that matched really well and it looks great! The new gutters match almost perfectly. The install crew arrived on the day promised and they were early. The were very courteous and they went over the job with me and got the whole job done a lot sooner then I thought they would. Arrived early, finished early and did all the work promised for the quoted price! (They even cleaned out a big bird nest from the rafters behind some of the rotted fascia board before they replaced the board. They could have just left it there to rot behind the new board and I never would of known it was there.) Based on my experience, I can recommend Jet Stream Guttering without hesitation!

Made arraingements for an estimate to replace 30 year old gutters on house. Estimate guy came and we went over entire house and he was very friendly and thorough. He patienly answered all my questions and made some suggestions concerning relocation of some of the downspouts. No pressure, explained my options and left decision to me. I was having wood rot repairs and the house painted at the same time so removal of the old gutters and the hanging of the new had to be coordinated around the other work being done and both Jet Stream and the other contracter handled this well. The day after the house was painted the Jet Stream crew was out and got the new gutters hung in about 3 or 4 hours.The crew was very friendly and professional and the gutters look great. No rain yet so can't tell about performance. All in all a good experience.

I phoned the office for clarification of the estimate. Estimator did not respond professionally to me. Estimator did not know that all customers, regardless of age, deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, whether right or wrong.

We're very pleased with the whole process of having our old, leaky gutters replaced by Jetstream Guttering Corp. From initial contact to set up an estimate to final clean-up of our property after installation, every thing went perfectly and without hassle. The owner Rick Kuebelbeck and his entire crew (Mark who estimated and Joe 1 and Joe 2 who installed) acted professionally and quickly to get this job done for us. The seamless white gutters look great (as much as gutters can look great) and work like they're supposed to. This was our first experience with Jetstream, but it won't be our last should we need their assistance again. A+ experience.

Showed up when scheduled for initial estimate. Provided estimate immediately. Mailed color samples within two days. Scheduled install within 3 days of calling. Showed up on time and completed the work in a few hours. Overall, I'm happy with the service I received. Only evidence they were even there was my new gutters and some dust on the top railing of my deck. I'm guessing when it rains, the water will go where it's supposed to...

I am happy with the work that was done. It was a simple project and they completed it quickly.

Overall good experience.Ironically we had a hailstorm several months later but the gutter was strong enough that we reused it after we replaced the roof.

Called on a Thursday morning to schedule an estimate which was set up for the following day. We'd gotten a couple of other estimates (one was lower, one was higher) but selected Jet Stream based on a recommendation from someone we know and because we liked the people at Jet Stream. Rick and his team were friendly, very knowledgeable, and no-pressure. Work started the following Wednesday and would have been completed in one day had it not been for some unexpected rain. Installation went smoothly and the clean-up was perfect. Extremely satisfied and will definitely use Jet Stream in the future for gutter repair/replacement. Highly recommend.

They were out in March and I would give them an A rating I will use them again in the future.

After a the big hail storm, we had to have our roof and gutters replaced. We contacted Jet Stream Guttering on the advice of our roofers, Infinity Roofing. We received a good estimate for the project and chose them. We chose a heavy duty seamless aluminum guttering that matched the color of our house paint. Throughout the roofing process, Jet Stream kept in contact with us. Rick, the owner, was available to answer any questions whenever we called. After our roof was finished, they put us on their schedule. When they arrived to remove the old guttering and replace it with the new, they were professional, clean and timely. The job was finished completely to our satisfaction. Meanwhile, we had decided to add a screened porch, which would also need a short run of guttering (about 20 feet plus downspout). We spoke to Rick, the Jet Stream owner, to ask if we should just postpone our whole guttering job till the porch was finished in December or have them install the guttering around the house in August and then make another trip for the porch. He kindly said that they would order enough gutter for the porch and install it whenever we were ready. So several months after the initial job, they came out right away when the porch was finished and installed the porch guttering. Again, the project was completed to our satisfaction. We were satisfied with the quality of the work, the clean-up afterwards, and most importantly, with the responsiveness of the company. We would definitely use this company again.

I would recommend Jet Stream for all you gutter needs. They were timely and professional and did a great job. Super to work with and have lots of colors to choose from.
