Very friendly ,explained to me every thing he did.

The service was good. I would recommend them, they were prompt and they did a really good job. There was actually a part that I had to have put in but that was actually above what the service was, so yes I did but that was, came down to 40 units. We scheduled it for that week, but they had a couple of back logs so it took a couple if weeks but it wasn't, a bother. It was still within the month. We actually took up a maintenance contract with them so they are going to be maintaining her heating and air conditioning every year. That will cost us $120, every year.

The service person came at the scheduled time and inspected my heating system. It is an old system so he explained my options to me. He also brought cost estimates for replacement of the heating system as well as the A/C system. The service person was very pleasant and professional.

I called and they were there the same day. As it turned out, I needed a new part for the air conditioner. They subtracted the service call and all I paid for was the part. I was very impressed with the technician - he spent time explaining to me what the problem was and assured me I didn't need a new unit. I would definitely call them again if I need further service.

My experience was fine. I still need to buy a new machine. He was able to look at the unit and fix it for the time being. The unit is quite old.

Sterling Kelley came within the time period I was promised. He was very professional and efficient. He was thorough and advised us of some potential problems of a 14 year old unit and what to watch for. We were given a written check list of all work that was done and were advised what might be needed in the future. We were very impressed and will definitely use again. We have used an expensive local plumbing company in the past and every time were told of several problems that had to be fixed for the unit to continue working. We will call Ideal Air first!

We were pleased overall with Richard and the service, but he showed up nearly an hour after the appt. time. We had made the appt at 8am Saturday to avoid that.

My wife and daughter returned home to find a sweltering house on a hot July afternoon. Even though it was after 6:00 p.m. when I called, Richard called me within 20 minutes of the time I left a message. Within an hour, he was at my house. Richard quickly diagnosed the problem, a failed capacitor, and he had the A/C back up and operational in 10 minutes.

Serviceman showed me corroded piece and showed that it wasn't working to full potential. Replaced the part as advised. He cleaned and cleared all parts of AC and furnace. We are having problems with cooling room above garage. He advised installing damper at some point to help with the cooling of that room.

It turned out very well. He was very professional and thorough. I was impressed by that. He came exactly when he said he would.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did try to sell us something else that we didn't need to do. My husband went ahead and fixed it himself instead of them doing it because it was quite expensive on the price but they did everything else. He was thorough and professional.

Everything went well once he got here. He was late, but did call to say he was running late. Not really a big deal. The service was very good.

I have used them a couple of times. They could not be more polite and punctual. They explain everything as they go along.

They did a fine job. They also are coming today to do the same thing. Price is pretty reasonable. They are very honest and very thorough. They explained things in a professional manner. They tell me what the cause and problem was and why they happened and when they finished explaining it to me I fully understood.

Richard performed a thorough maintenance check of our A/C and blower unit, checked and secured the humidifier, monitored interior cooling levels, and installed a new high quality filter. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and gave a detailed report of what was covered. The cost includes the winter check of our heater unit for the fall of 2013. We have had Ideal Air take care of our unit for the past four years and will continue to use them as their service is outstanding.

Very well, the technician was prompt and efficient. We purchased an annual maintenance contract and a new humidifier. They worked with us to accommodate our schedule.

I was very impressed with the work that was done. The truck and the service Man were extremely clean and professional, I was very impressed. His Name was Sterling and he was very knowledgeable and courtious. He discovered a bad capacitor and recomended replacement and I asked Him about a starter kit that I had heard about from other professionals. He confirmed that it would be a good idea to install the starter kit to help with the capacitor. He took his time and did the job right. When he was in the basement he went above and beyond. We found a drain line that was clogged going from the furnace to the sump pump and he cleared it as well. I was so pleased I signed a years service agreement with them.

The guys who arrived were very courteous and knowlegeable. I have a system that is about 12 years old and I was told I would have to wait for the boss to arrive with the coil to be able to give me price. When said boss arrived I found out the coil and replacement cost would be 750.00 and then the boss proceded to try and sell me a whole new unit. I almost felt like a bait and switch was going on since I was unable to make a decision on them replacing the coil until the boss showed up with it in hand. I would not use them again. I felt a little (or alot) scammed.

It was easy to schedule and a good price because of the deal. As to the work, it seems fine, but it's one of those maintenance things that you wouldn't really know if they did a good job or not. It seems fine, and the work person was professional.
