Ideal Air Heating & Cooling

Great! The tech found a potential serious but easily solvable problem that would have caused the furnace to quit during operation. He fixed the problem without any extra charge. I appreciate Ideals integrity and fair price.

All went extremely well, asked Richards if he could come over to my home couple of times for just asking questions and he did instead of responding via phone. Very professional company, very good installers and they made sure to show up again in April to check Freon levels before I turned the A/C for free. I high recommend Ideal heating and Cooling for their wonderful services, he even adjusted the installation dates around for me due to my tight schedule, also, thru out the installation, my questions were answered with out showing any frustration.

They are timely when they come out, and they do a complete system check. That is what I like. The only thing that I don't care for is the work done like that, don't sell me stuff. At a point that is great. He wasn't that bad. I told him what I want, and tell me what is wrong. Not tell me to buy another system. Not that I don't need it right now. If its working, its working. The price was a good price. I found some cheaper than that, but they worked for me in years past. They were timely. They were right on time. They seem very professional.

Assume from the beginning to end! All the service men were professional, answered all our questions and concerns, super nice and did an excellent job. Price very reasonable for two new systems. Highly recommend.

Really great service. Were able to come same day as I called. Were prompt and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Very thorough inspection and maintenance call. They found some issues with the furnace from the prior owners and resolved it, making the furnace much more efficient.

The removal and installation were accomplished to our complete satisfaction. Richard, Sterling, Chris and Josh were all on scene at various stages and performed totally professional service. They explained in detail the new system, along with the new venting set up and gave us a lesson on the use of the wireless thermostat. Through the seven years that we have used Ideal Air they have always provided timely, professional and affordable service and materials. We will continue to use them in the future.

Everything was handled through two messages. The technician was on time, friendly and professional. The job took about two hours. No mess, no additional costs, and the unit installed has great reviews. It is installed correctly and only runs when the heater is on. Salesman responded next day to our call. Allowed us sufficient time to get other estimates. This company was $1000 to $2000 lower than the others. Was installed in one day within a week of signing agreement. Very Satisfied with the entire experience.

I sent an inquiry by email. They called the next day and sent a repairman over immediately. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We've had no trouble since it was repaired.

Not much to report. They did their job. My unit is only 2 years old so there wasn't much to go wrong.

That was fine. They did okay. I liked him okay. He was okay but he wanted an extra charge then to come back again and put in a switch and I just couldn't see that.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Ideal Air! From scheduling to installation to follow-up, everyone at the company has been unbelievably polite and friendly. They are prompt with available appointments and flexible about service times. Sterling did a great job on the humidifier installation and secondary furnace adjustments. He was very knowledgeable and didn't even seem to mind when I asked a million questions. It's so nice to know I've found my go-to place for all things HVAC!!!

He gave me some bad information and said it needed to be replaced then another guy came in and said it didn't need to be replaced.

Sterling and his sidekick were both lovely young men, donning their ble booties as they entered. They explained what they were going to do and finished the work in less than the alotted time. I wouldn't hesitate a minute to use them again or to recommend them to anyone. I was working in the yard while Sterling was waiting for the AC to drain. I asked if he would mind attaching my garden hose for me which he gladly did. H also pointed out that I had a defective part and disposed of it. The only reason I gave a B grade on puntcuality was beacause They had cancelled at the last minute the morning before ( due to illness) and arrived half an hour late the following day. In fairness, they did call both mornings with good expainations.

Excellent service, very nice people. We've used them before and are very happy with their service and cost.

Richard has been our provider for seasonal tune ups for about 2 years. He comes in the spring and fall to check condition and working order of AC and furnace. We purchase the subscription option that provides a slightly discounted rate, discounts on additional items needed and priority repair if something breaks later. Richard is punctual and always provides a thorough report after inspecting. For example, this past winter he noted that our (very old) furnace is starting to show signs of wear and alerted us that we should be prepared to replace it soon. My only complaint is that I have asked for quotes on a new furnace and have been slow in receiving them.

I used Angie's List and another source to find references and choose Ideal Air initially for an AC tune up at our home. With the cool spring we have had, I called and re-scheduled the appointment at least twice: it was too cool to run the AC and check if it was operating efficiently. The woman at the office was terrific and helpful each time I called, even when I made a scheduling mistake! Richard came as scheduled and took time to look everything over and perform a thorough cleaning and check-up on our unit. He also wore shoe socks when he entered the house to make sure our floors were not soiled. The AC is running more quietly now and there were no added charges. We are very pleased with this company.

AC technician, Sterling, performed a full system check and inspection on my AC and Furnace. He was professional and thorough. No complaints or concerns. The price with the Angie's List coupon was incredible! I will contact Ideal Air in the future for my AC needs.

We have used Ideal Air many of times in the past and the experience is always pleasant! They are very professional and fairly priced with all they do. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC or just a tune-up!

FINE.... they arrived on time, were friendly, inspected my furnace, did some measurements, cleaned the burners. This service is done to to make sure the furnace is running well prior to the increased use of it in winter.

The service worked out great. After the inspection they actually installed an entire new unit for us. They had a lot of different options and prices. As part of the package we bought they will come out twice a year for the next three years to maintain the unit. They were very polite, prompt, informative and answered all of my questions. It was a very pleasant experience.
