Description of Work: They came out the same day after I purchased the Angie's List for diagnostic services. I could have purchased a cheaper one with a limited amount of time for diagnostic services but decided to have my bases covered as I did not know what the issue was. | |The man who came out was pleasant. He said my A/C was old and that it needed a kick starter to help it start. That did not seem right to me because the A/C was working but it was blowing colder air outside . He tried that but it still did not work. He was on the phone a lot with the owner, and I heard him find the problem with his Boss's help. A wire was broken. He spliced the wire and put electrical tape around it. | |He came back with a bill for $89.00 in which I told him that seemed high for a piece of electrical tape (as the Angie's List diagnostic was fully covered already). I asked him were he came up with the amount and he said the owner provided the price. | |I'm grateful they came but if you are going to offer diagnostic deals I don't think you make up the cost difference by charging that much for a 2 minute fix. I brought this up with the company. However, I would consider using them again.
