Everything went really well. The person who came out was very professional and courteous. They were just great to work with.

Spoke to him directly on the phone to schedule service, said he would be at my house at 8:00 PM the same evening, showed up at my house at 7:59. Prompt and professional. He made the required repairs and checked the rest of the A/C unit for free. Explained to me in detail precisely what happened, what he did to fix it, and didn't mess around on price. Very friendly - he waived his service fee because he performed the repairs, and guaranteed the work. I highly recommend them, would use them again.

Bought an Angie's list special for an AC tune up. Given a window of 10-11 he showed up after 11 with no phone call. Technician was very nice but didnt seem to do anything. My AC runs constantly and cant get below 81 degrees during the hottest part of the day. The technician said everything was ok. He did not clean off the outside unit and there was literally no change I our AC performance after he left yet their ad claims they can improve performance by "up to 30%"

I called and was able to get service the same day. They called to say they would be late- totally understandable and forgivable given the last-minute appointment. They did show up at the revised time. Work was completed speedily and at a reasonable rate. I dinged them slightly on the "quality" category because they did not replace the 24V wire, just spliced out a bad section. It's not wrong, just not as good as possible. He found a leaking capacitor on the outdoor unit while doing his other work. I dinged them slightly on price since I will have to pay for another service call- he didn't have the correct capacitor with him. (My unit apparently uses an obscure size- he said they carry all the more common parts with them.) Overall a good experience- the person they sent was personable, professional, and courteous. I am already having them back to replace the capacitor. Repeat business is just about the strongest recommendation a person can make!

Called Ideal Air on a recommendation from a friend. They were the third A/C company I called and I am SO GLAD I found them. Very reasonable, personable and I had direct interaction with the owner. He was clearly an expert, answered all my questions and his bid was substantially LESS money for a BETTER system than two other companies had given me. I checked on the installation before, during and after the completion and was completely satisfied with the work and the entire experience! Highly recommended!!!

He did a great job. He worked so efficiently. The most professional A/C guy I have ever met. If I were to need work done again I would definitely use them. The big deal I used for their service was a great value.

A C coils in furnuce was freezing up . Called Ideal , Made appt. for that evening. Service man showed up on time , listened to my story checked feon level ,found it to be low . Added Feon while explaining what the probable cause of low feon was (20 yr.old unit ) ,he filled it up and said we would see how much we had next service in the spring.He even fixed a loose wire that I had caused while cleaning out side unit.He then cut me a bill using my coupon .

The service man sent was very professional, explained pertinent information to me re the furnace. I will definitely call them in the spring when it's time to have the A/C checked.

I love them. They are so good. I just couldn't be more pleased. The overall experience was excellent. I would rate everything an A. I was so pleased that I purchased a year's contract.

Called at 1:00. Serviceman was there by 3:00. He put on "booties" before entering my house. He had problem diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Most of that time was spent waiting for ice to thaw and he cleaned the unit while waiting. I was very pleased, will use them again and recommend them to my best friends.

The air conditioner at one of our duplexes was not functioning properly. Our tenant called on Monday night to let us know. We started calling around on Tuesday morning to find someone to come out an estimate. Ideal Air was the only one that could make the house call that day. Everyone else was going to be later in the week. They came out, assessed the issue and told us we could recharge the unit with freon. They suggested we might need to replace the unit later, but their work should get us through the summer. I appreciated they didn't try to sell me a new unit right a way, but instead fixed the immediate problem to give me time to make a decision. My wife was the one that dealt with them. She said they were dressed in professional manner and dealt with her professionally.

It went very well. They were very professional and extremely courteous. They were clean and took care of my house while they did the work making sure they protected the carpets. They made sure they cleaned everything on the job site. They were very timely. I didn't have any issues with them. It took them a little bit longer to replace the humidifier because they didn't have the right part but they made sure they replaced it before I needed it. I was satisfied with them overall. The owner was the one who came out to do the actual bid and it was good to work with him. He inspected the work and followed up to make sure it was done completely and to my satisfaction. He was easy to work with and it was nice knowing that I was working with a local company that has stakes in their reputation and cares about it.

Richard was excellent at helping to troubleshoot over the phone. Prompt return call to page sent out after hours. Installation without any issues. Excellent service, courteous, and caring follow up for our satisfaction.

Very professional and timely. Workers installed equipment as explained during initial consultation and equipement is performing as promised. Waiting for first utility bills to see if savings meet the amounts indicated during the sales presentation.

I obtained 3 estimates and chose Richard not only because his bid was the lowest but because I sensed his integrity. I was not disappointed. At the last minute a heat pump of higher quality than the one agreed upon became available. Richard passed the savings on to me. I had anticipated an Amana and got a Trane! From start to finish, service was perfect. On actual day of install Richard and his employee worked non-stop- nearly 8 hours. His professionalism cannot be exaggerated. Larger, more well known companies, frankly, do not compare.

We called and spoke to a pleasant person on the phone and we needed them to come out that day. Their appearance and attitude was very pleasant. We explained the problem, they made the necessary repairs. They also inspected the air conditioner too. We will definitely call them again.
