Description of Work: I used Ideal Air for my air condition check up last year. They did a great job. I woke up on 11-12-13 and my 2 year old furnace stop working the weather was about 30 degree outside. I call them even those they did not put my furnace in my I was very satisfied if their early work they did for me. They told me the problem was a pressure valve and it should be under warranty . They said they would be glad to order and install it but I should call the company that install it since it should be under warranty and should be no cost. This meant a lot to me since I forgot it was under warranty and they saved me money too.

Description of Work: Service my furnace. He also checked my humidifier and found that the filter was very old and had mold on it. I just bought this house and looked like the previous owner didn't check this at all! He had the spare filters in his truck so the new one was changed. Of course, this cost extra but the price was reasonable. He also offered me a full-year supplies of furnace filters. The price was also reasonable or maybe cheaper than the retail. Note that the full price of the furnace service without Angie's list coupon/deal is $99 so I would to look for the deal before going for this company again.

Description of Work: The serviceman is very punctual, professional and always wears shoe covers when he is in the home. Takes the time to answer questions and explain things. I have signed a maintenance contract with this company based on my experience.

Description of Work: I purchased an offer for $49 for a furnace servicing. The owner arrived on time at the scheduled time and was quite courteous. He explained what he'd do. I purchased a filter (about $30) and signed up for an annual maintenance agreement (about $150 per year, minus the $49 spent on the coupon). I was happy with the service and am glad to know I have Ideal Air on call if anything goes wrong this winter.
