The crew arrived when expected and did an expert job removing the two large trees, using their "cherry picker" after first covering our grass with sheets of plywood so they could drive their truck into the yard. The yard was pristine after they finished. While loading the huge stumps into their truck, a school teacher came by and requested they help her by delivering the stumps to her school for a project of hers. After much negotiation, they agreed to follow her back to her school and unload the stumps she needed. I don't believe they charged her for this, but she was one elated teacher!

Arrived a bit late, but completed the service quickly; excellent clean up after the job was completed.

They were very careful in everything they did so as to not scratch my house. They also cleaned up very nicely after themselves. They came one day and looked at it and came back the next the day to do the job, so the were very responsive and prompt. I have used them before and have always been happy with their work.

The appointment for the estimate was prompt. Initially, I was told when calling for the scheduling that the date was 3 weeks out. I asked to be notified in advance so I could be present during the trimming. Three days later I was notified the morning that they were coming out. I could not be there and they said they would call back. I again called and requested advance notice. I was called about a week later, same day and could not make it. I then called and asked for a specific day. I was given a day but no time. They called the morning of with the estimated time. When the work began, they were efficient, polite, followed the work plan and did a good job cleaning up. I was billed later. I was very pleased with the final results.

I called the company to give me an estimate for work on a willow tree. Over a week passed so I called again for an estimate. I was told the original request had been misplaced. I waited another week and then called another company. Eventually, I received an estimate but it was almost $100 higher. Not only because it was higher, but more because it took so long to get the estimate, I went with another company. I was disappointed because I had used this company before and was happy with the work.

The owner came out about 3-4 weeks ago and gave written, detailed estimated to me. I gave the go ahead for the work. However, we never heard back from their company to schedule the work so I called them and got all of our work scheduled for 8/13 at 10 a.m. They never showed up for, never called and I have left repeated phone calls for someone to call back. You never get a live person, just an answering machine. They have not returned any of our phone calls. My advice is to stay away from these people. They are extremely unreliable.

In my absence, he went ahead and cleaned up my 50 year old white pine too. What an improvement! He just left a bill and was very fast and pleasant, and cleaned up all the mess. I was very pleased, as was my husband. I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job. There was little damage done to the other trees and plants. They did a good cleanup after they were done. They cut the base of the tree to nearly ground level. They ground up most of the roots from the bush. My only concern is if they got all the roots, so it will not grow back. Their price was better than most, and they have coupons.

This is the 1st time anyone has actually climbed in the trees and cut away all the dead limbs. They asked for my input on how much to cut and completed the work to my satisfaction. The trees look great. It took about 4 hours and everything was cleaned up. The crew of 3 men did excellent work and I would hire them again.

Quick estimate and I believe it to be very reasonable. Work was performed on time and as stated. Workers were very courteous. No complaints!

Very responsive. I thought the price was reasonable for the work performed. The crew showed up on time, did the work requested, cleaned up and filled the stump hole with dirt. I'm very satisfied with this job all the way around. It is good to work with folks who do quality work and don't try to overcharge.

I had the estimate within 48 hours. The work was completed very nicely within 3 days. I arranged everything over the phone and never met face to face with anyone. Krista was very nice. I would use them again.

They came right out when I called them for a bid. They showed up the next day at exactly the time they said they would. They took about one hour to complete the work and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up all the debris on the ground, even raking up leaves on the ground.

The estimate was provided within 1 day of calling the company, and the work was done in the timeframe they committed to. The work done was very professional and met all my expectations.

I called for an estimate, Jeff came the same day, and a crew of three started work the next day. They arrived at 9 am to begin and finished around 4:00. This was a large job; and they did good work. They were courteous enough to speak with our four neighbors; asking permission to come onto their property to pick up any "litter" that may have inadvertently fallen there. We were not home most of the time; however, the neighbors were very complimentary about their work ethic and job performed. The price was very reasonable--we received bids from $1200.00 (which did not include the pear trees) to over $6,000.00 for the hedgerow alone. Would we use them again--yes.

Very good. Job was done in a very reasonable amount of time, and work was performed to expectations. Only complaint, and this is admittedly minor, was that the estimate took a few days before I received it.

Excellent response to my call. Came out same day to give me an estimate. Returned next day to do work. Great job on grinding stumps, backfilling and cleanup. My only complaint would be that the tree trimming cuts were not very clean cuts, looked pretty rough - there were saw scuff marks on the trees and frayed wood in few spots. Overall, a very good experience. I would use them again and recommend to others.

The workers were on time and did the job in a timely fashion.

I left for work in the morning and when I returned the tree was gone. There was no mess at all and they removed the roots too. Great job. They have trimmed my trees in the past and always do a great job.

I had other bids done and they were the least expensive and did the most for the money.

Made an appointment with Jeff who later called back to see if he could stop out sooner - not a problem. Jeff advised best course of action, and that he could get a crew out in a week to do the work. A no-pressure, competitive offer. Crew came out day expected, excellent job of removing the maple and clean-up. The box elder was cut back much farther than discussed, hopefully will bounce back in the spring. They also ''forgot'' the 2 extra stumps. Called office, polite and apologetic, arranged to send out someone to grind other stumps. Came out and finished a few days later.

TRAINED, SKILLED PERSONNEL. EXTREMELY NICE OLDER GENTLEMAN IN CHARGE. WORK WAS DONE WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOLLOWING RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE. ELITE WAS TO HAVE CALLED IN ADVANCE TO LET US KNOW WHEN THEY WERE COMING SO WE WOULD BE SURE TO BE HOME. THEY DID NOT CALL, BUT SINCE WE WERE HOME WHEN THEY ARRIVED, IT WAS NOT AN ISSUE. PROFESSIONAL QUALITY WORK PERFORMED SAFELY. WE ARE SATISFIED CUSTOMERS, PLEASED WITH THE PRICE AND RESULTS, AND WE WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

ELITE TREE WAS QUICK TO BE OUT TO ANSWER MY REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR THE TREES TO BE CUT BACK. IT TOOK MYSELF SEVERAL MONTHS TO SCHEDULE THE WORK. I CHOSE ELITE TREE BASED ON OTHER ANGIE'S LIST COMMENTS. THEIR ESTIMATE WAS THE SECOND LEAST EXPENSIVE OF THE 5 I RECEIVED. ONCE I WAS READY TO SCHEDULE SERVICE. I CALLED AND I WAS TOLD UP FRONT IT WOULD BE UP TO 2 WEEKS. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A LITTLE OVER THREE WEEKS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THE FINAL PRICE WAS $75 MORE THAN THE INITIAL QUOTE. I FEEL THE PRICE WAS GREAT FOR ALL THAT WAS COMPLETED. I FELT THEY MORE THAN DID WHAT THEY QUOTED.
