They do their jobs well. They do what I ask very thoroughly. They do cleanup well. I feel safe around them.

They are just good, they know how to trimmed trees, they always listen to what I want done and the cleaned up was always excellent. I feel very safe with them, the owner hire good people.

They did an excellent job, they clean up after themselves and did exactly what I asked them to do.

I can not imagine this could of gone any smoother under the circumstances, Jeff's bid, Krista's communication, and a good crew turned a bad circumstance in to something positive.

I have used Jeff and Krista's team for almost 10 years. They always provide a detailed list of services at a great price. When Ryan came in at 4500 to remove a tree, Elite was less than half. I will continue to use them as long as we own trees.

My husband and I both took off from work on a Friday afternoon to meet Elite Tree service and discuss our needs. He never showed, so when I called him close to the end of the day to ask if he was on his way he told me he wasn't coming. I asked if he could come early Saturday morning. At the time, his company's website said his Saturday hours began early, I believe 7 AM. He responded very unprofessionally and told me he didn't need our business. We paid another company $2,400 for the work..

They came and we're finished in about 3 hours. The tree looks great. We asked for large wood pieces to be left on property. They were nice enough to cut into 21 inch lengths. Lawn looked great after they left, you would never know the tree had been trimmed.

Very prompt and professional service. Elite is the first and only company I call.

Called on a saturday and someone came out and gave a bid the same day and had the tree out on monday. It was a rather large tree that had partially fallen and was over a power line. They where able to remove it with no problem and did a good job with cleaned up (did not leave a bunch of small branches over the yard). Based on my expectations I thought the price was very reasonable. Would recommened.

Very fair price, they were the best bid, and the best customer service. They came and did the work. They cleaned up after themselves, and even ground down the stump a little further so that I could replant a tree in that location. They were wonderful. Highly recommend.

They arrived on schedule removed 6 trees and ground the stumps left no sign that they were here.

Jeff called as soon as he got my phone number, and came out the next day for an estimate. His crew was there three days later. They were very nice and concerned about doing a good job. They were prompt, efficient, and left everything looking neat and cleaned up. The week after they were here, I had a landscaper out who told me I should have some shrubs removed, so I will be calling them back. We have been using their service for many years.

They are fair priced. They made a mistake the last time and broke one of my patio tables, and I didn’t pay them because I wanted them to respond to it. Then they sent me a late notice and I sent them back saying that they broke my table and they didn’t respond and I am not giving them a late notice so they could sue me and I haven’t heard from them again. I had used them 3-4 times before that and they had taken down huge trees and they were good. So I would say they are worth looking into. They came when they said they were going to come and got the job done. They got some debris in my pool and they left a lot of mess that night but when I got home the next day, it was all cleaned up and my table was broken. They weren’t the most expensive and they weren’t the least expensive. I would say that they were a little above average in price but I trusted them, so I think it was a fair price. I had to wait several weeks the last time.

It went perfect. They do exactly what I ask them to do. They come when they say they will. I have been using them for 10 years or more.

The service was excellent and they were very punctual. They left the are completely renovated. They were fast, dependable, and had a reasonable price.

We got off to a rough start because of the lighting. They came back the next day even in the rain and got the job finished just like he promised. The workers were all polite and professional. At the end, the yard was cleaner than I would have expected. I would highly recommend them.

They were reasonably priced, and performed the service without damaging any of my property. They had a large, efficient crew and did a fine job.

Elite Tree Service workers arrived at my home on Monday, July 7th. Although the company was suppose to call first, it worked out fine because I had other services working at my home the same day. They performed the following work: - removed a large hackberry and ground the stump - shaped and pruned 2 large cedar trees - raised the height on a mulberry tree canopy to 12-15 ft. - removed shrubs, vines and small trees from garden spaces around the house perimeter. - mulched all yard waste and cleaned the yard. They even took the time to rehang a small bird house. They were friendly, respectful of my property, and went beyond what was expected of them to leave my yard in excellent shape. My neighbors even remarked on what a good job they did. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

We've used them before and their prices are always great.

In a word: Awful. In retrospect I'm glad they didn't complete the job because they would have probably destroyed my deck and house. The Elite crew arrived at 9:00 to start the work in my yard, however rather than a knock on the door I just heard chainsaws in the yard. The crew spent less than an hour on our property and I had to speak to them multiple times to discuss issues that I was seeing. The tree that was being removed was very close to my deck and they proceed to drop large limbs on the deck along without putting any plywood down first to protect the deck. Secondly they were dropping huge limbs onto the lawn that resulted in huge divots where they landed. They also backed the chipper onto my lawn and caused a large 4' deep divot off my driveway. Worst of all, one of the workers was cutting large limbs right on the deck with no protection to the deck, whatsoever. When I told him to protect the deck or minimally elevate the branches so that the saw wouldn't cut into the deck, his response was "don't worry I'm a professional". I've used a chainsaw on many an occasion and no matter how skilled an operator you are, saws kick and bind. Without a doubt, at the end of the day there would have been multiple gouges on a deck that is barely a year old. When I talked to the foreman and requested they lay down plywood on the deck, he said he didn't have any and would need to go back to the shop. Mind you, he stated earlier that they would lay down plywood to protect the lawn where they would drive a compact utility loader to haul the larger trunks to the truck. After speaking to the foreman multiple times asking him to request his crew to be more conscientious of our property, he told me that they'd be heading to another job and come back the following day. Needless to say, no one returned the following day and my calls and emails to the office were never returned or responded to. After a week went by, I proceeded to get estimates to finish the job that Elite started. When I mentioned the Elite name to multiple services almost all of them had said that they'd heard of similar experiences with Elite. One went so far as to say that we were lucky they didn't do more damage and we were very lucky that they left the property and didn't return. Do yourself a favor and don't even think of hiring these guys. They're unprofessional, unskilled, unsafe and unresponsive and will probably take down your house/fence/deck/car along with that tree!
