They were good and did a good job. They communicated well and kept me informed if they had changed in scheduling. They were respectful of our properties and tried to not damage the yard or the surrounding area.

I called for an estimate. He went out the next day and called with a very reasonable price. I asked him how soon he could get it done and he said he actually had a cancellation the next day and could get it done then. They were there just like they said they would be. Did a great job, cleaned up the whole yard and was finished in less than 2 hours.s s

The bid was given quickly and as I work around the corner from the property they dropped the bid by my work. I gave them the OK and they finished up in great time. All Cleaned up and ready for the upgrade.

Service went great. Arrived around 9am, and was completed and cleaned up by noon. great job and at abuot 1/2 the price of other bids. Yard was cleaned and raked. There were a few small branches which were not picked up, but nothing 10 minutes walking around the yard didn't resolve. Great service, quick response on the bid and getting job completed. Appreciated since trees were down, and leaning on fences and other trees. Only knock on professionalism is that the guys took their t-shirts off during the work, which wasn't a big deal for me (nice view for the ladies), but others may not appreciate.

The service itself was great - they removed a massive tree limb that fell on my deck, as well as the accompanying debris. It was a very urgent matter, as my property is for sale and major damage was done to my deck, and they were able to take care of the limb issue within 24 hrs of calling. My only complaint - the only reason I gave a B for punctuality & professionalism - is because they weren't able to provide a time frame for me (i.e. morning or afternoon), and when I tried to followup to see when they were coming I was unable to get a hold of them. But considering the circumstances they did a wonderful job overall and certainly came through when I needed them.

It was very hot and humid the day they were to do the work. I offered to reschedule but they said they were used to working in the heat and would get the job done. The tree was fairly close to the house and shed, sitting between the two, so they were very careful so nothing came into contact with either. There were three of them and it was obvious they were used to working together. One climbed and cut, one set the limbs aside, and one hauled the limbs to the chipper. I have access to the back yard where the tree was and told them they could bring their equipment across the yard to the back so they wouldn't have to haul the branches to the front. They said thanks but didn't want to damage my lawn, so they proceeded to drag and carry all of it to the driveway where the chipper was. The trunk portions of this tree, I'm sure, weighed several hundred pounds. Then the stump was ground down to about 6 inched below ground level, the excess pieces of wood was taken away, and the ground was leveled. Any branches, leaves, and debris in the yard was cleaned up and taken away. For just a few dollars more they picked up a good sized brush pile and hauled it away. I received a senior discount of 40.00 which more than paid for the extra haul away that was done. I am very pleased with this company. I have used them before with the same outcome. My daughter and son in law had them do some tree removal and were very happy with their work and suggested I call them first when I needed trees removed. I'm glad I took their suggestion. This is the company I will stay with for future tree service.

Elite Tree is a very professional company with good employees and they are insured (very important when hiring someone to do potentially dangerous work on your property). They are always one of the bids I get when I need tree service done. Thanks Jeff!

Jeff's 3 man crew from Elite Tree Service felled a damaged Silver Maple tree in our rear yard within 2 and a half hours of arrival.. They managed to clear branches from many power wires from the main pole to the house without incident. All debri was hauled to their chipper & disposed as mulch. In 92 degree heat of the day they raked the area & cleaned the property before departing.

Excellent experience with everyone employed by this company. Did superior work, removed all debris, super people. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

Everything went well. They did good work, their prices were reasonable, and they were prompt and courteous.

Called in the morning; Elite called me back and scheduled 3-5 pm window to come by for an estimate. Made an estimate that I found satisfactory so accepted on the spot. Work completed following morning by 11 a.m. "Jeff" listened carefully to what I wanted; I listened to his experience and expertise; and I got exactly what I needed. An optimal experience. I thought the price reasonable. I don't have enough info to assert that it was an "A"; as the job was small, I didn't bother with competitive estimates. My "B" on pricing is kind of a place filler.

Elite Tree Service was contracted by my Realtor to trim trees in the front of my house. I also asked for an Ash tree to be "cleaned up" in the back yard. I was quoted a price of $140.00 - a price I felt was fair to clean the tree up. Elite did the tree work when I was not at the property. I was sent an invoice by email for $140. Upon examining the work I realized they had cut off one low limb of the tree. None of the "clean up" was done. I made a call to the company to express my concern and asked for someone to look at the work that had been done. The owner "Jeff" returned my call. He was immediately hostile. I expressed my concern and he said that not only would he not come over and inspect the work (he was not on the job when the work was done) but if I did not pay him he would go down to the courthouse and file a lien on the property. I asked him if we could work on the problem he said no. He said he puts liens on customers house every day and he would not work with me much less look at the job. I take him at his word. Because I do not want a lien on my home I am paying his bill and contracting with another tree company to complete the work.

I have been very satisfied each time I've Used Elite Tree. The owner arrives at the appointed time, and walks through my yard with me. We discuss my immediate tree pruning needs, as well as longer term needs to keep my trees healthy and attractive. He provides an estimate shortly thereafter, and is able to schedule the tree and shrub work within a short time. His crew is very professional and polite, and cleans up so well I wouldn't know they had been there except for the improvements to my yard. I have recommended them to neighbors, friends and family and all who've used them are very satisfied as well.

I am so impressed by how conscientious and thorough these guys are. Previously, they had removed several small trees and a big elm tree. I told them that I wanted to replace the trees with new trees and so they spent extra time and work to remove the roots and plate - without raising the price. This time, they did a great job removing the smaller trees AND roots plus thoroughly thinning the approximately 80' tall pin oak tree. Damage to lawn and surrounding plants was minimal and clean-up was great!

The owner, Jeff, came out promptly to give me an estimate that was very fair. The quality of the work done was great. The job foreman was courteous, professional, and thorough. I have used Elite on several occassions and the work was always top-notch. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

The last week in Sept., I called 5 companies to get estimates to have 5 dead pines removed from my back yard. All of the companies provided estimates within 2 days, and all of the estimates were left on my door or sent via email. I had one estimate that was about $1,500 higher than the other 4 estimates, and I had one estimate that was about $1,000 less than the others, so these 2 estimates I eliminated right away. I might have considered the lowest bidder, but the person I spoke to on the phone was so unfriendly, I didn't even consider his organization. I called Elite to verify the estimate they provided did included grinding and disposal. Once that was verified by Krista (by the way, she was very helpful and friendly - that's always a plus), we set up a date to have the work done (5 days later-GREAT!). Krista also took care of calling all the necessary companies in order to do a safe dig. The day before the work was to be done, my husband and I decided that we would also like to have 3 redwoods, 1 mulberry and 1 magnolia pruned. I called Krista and she suggested that I talk to the foreman when he does the work the next day. The day of the work (Oct 3), I spoke to the foreman and he gave me a reasonable quote to do the pruning work, so we accepted the offer and they started the work. It did take all day to get the trees removed & grinded and the pruning completed. Most of the cleaning was completed on day one (the only thing left were large logs), but by 6 pm, the foreman spoke to me and confirmed that it was ok to return the next day in order to finish the clean-up. The foreman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I did not really talk to the other two workers. They all remained busy all day (except for lunch). The work was done without damaging a fence that sits behind the trees that were removed. Clean-up so far looks great (I am confident the remaining logs will be removed today, Oct 4). The cost was reasonable. After the clean-up is completed, I will update this review, but I am confident it will remain the same. Oct. 5 - UPDATE. All work is complete and the clean-up was excellent. I have only one complaint about the work: There were a few nicks on the limbs surrounding where the trees had been pruned. However, overall I was satisfied with Elite and would use them again.

Elite was prompt in returning our call. They came out and gave a detailed estimate. Large trees were removed, multiple stumps ground out and the yard left clean and neat. We told them to use our double gate and they worried about our hostas being damaged. We were give a choice of keeping the mulch left from grinding or having it hauled and the holes filled. We did some of each. They were here within less then a week. Very pleased with their work.

Came out to provide an estimate, and were the lowest estimate. We contracted for the work, they performed it promptly and cleaned up completely afterward.

I don't remember the name (owner, I think) arrived at the scheduled time for an estimate which appeared reasonable to me. Work crew arrived when scheduled and worked quickly to remove the tree and grind the stump. All debris was hauled away and they filled in the hole with topsoil. I thought the removal would be an expensive and drawn out process... turned out to be quick and reasonably priced. Will be calling them soon for some tree trimming. I don't like playing phone tag and having to work to get service people to come out... given this, Elite is easy to do business with.
