+ -1 moreELITE TREE DID A TERRIFIC JOB. THEY ARRIVED QUICKLY TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE AND RETURNED PROMPTLY AFTER THE SERVICES WERE REQUESTED. THE SILVER MAPLE THAT WAS REMOVED WAS IN DANGER OF CRACKING AND FALLING ON PROPERTY SO WE WERE GRATEFUL THEY WERE SO QUICK TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE CAREFUL TO NOT DAMAGE ANY PROPERTY AND CLEANED UP THE MESS IN THE YARD FROM TREE DEBRIS. THE WORKMEN WERE POLITE. DESPITE HOW SHOCKED WE WERE AT THE EXPENSE, THEIR QUOTE WAS LESS THAN 1/2 OF THE ESTIMATES PROVIDED BY TWO OTHER COMPANIES. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

I REACHED THEM FINALLY, AND RECEIVED ONE MORE COMMITMENT TO DO THE WORK THE FOLLOWING WEEK. AGAIN THOUGH, HE DIDN'T MEET HIS PROMISE. WHEN MY WIFE SPOKE TO HIM PERSONALLY, HE TRIED TO EXCUSE HIS BEHAVIOR BY SAYING HE HAD BIGGER PROJECTS TO DO, AND THAT HE WASN'T MAKING MUCH PROFIT FROM MY PROJECT, BUT MADE ONE MORE PROMISE, WHICH HE ALSO DIDN'T HONOR & DIDN'T CALL. I'M DISAPPOINTED, & FRUSTRATED BY THE TIME HE MADE ME WASTE.

+ -1 moreI'VE USED ELITE A FEW TIMES AND SOME EXPERIENCES ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS, DEPENDING ON THE CREW. THIS PARTICULAR VISIT WASN'T THE BEST, BUT IT WASN'T HORRIBLE EITHER. THEY DID A NICE JOB OF TRIMMING THE TREES AND REALLY IMPROVED THE LOOK OF THINGS. BUT THERE WAS A LOT OF DEBRIS LEFT IN THE GUTTERS THAT I HAD TO CLEAN OUT AND THE YARD REALLY TOOK A BEATING. THEY DO WARN YOU THAT THEY'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LAWN DAMAGE, SO IT'S NOT LIKE I DIDN'T KNOW THAT WAS A POSSIBILITY, BUT IT SEEMS THERE HAS TO BE SOME WAY TO MAKE THE DAMAGE A LITTLE LESS.
