Everything went fine.

They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding work and I was very pleased with their service. They do not suggest unnecessary work to make money. I have used them many times and would recommend them to anyone.

The irrigation went great. Best part of the whole project. The landscaping was a problem, as they kept delaying the project (we were told they were doing a $125k + job in Lakewood at the time) and they did not plant until nearly December. The most expensive plants and evergreens died. We had a devil of a time to get them to replant some of the items, and several were never replaced. Issues came up with how the berm was planted (too high in the berm), and blame was placed on supervisor no longer with the company. The landscape fabric had to be pulled and redone.. We had issues in 2008 with them bidding on mulching and tree trimming projects and they estimated them too low . We were in shock when the billing was rec'd. They are a large firm with several divisions and unless you can find someone who will work with you on a consistent basis to cover all projects, it can be difficult to get return phone calls.

Generally very good; they did have to postpone once because of an injury to a crew person on another job, but were there the next day.

In July, I contacted them for an estimate on the above work, and Lisa was very prompt getting back to me. She was able to come to the house the following week, and in addition to the above requested services, discovered aphids on several other shrubs. It was clear that she loved her job and was extremely knowledgeable. She was a joy to work with and gave several good suggestions. She was also willing to evaluate my amateur trimming of a star magnolia. Even better, she gave me an A+! The bid was reasonable and the work was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks. The crews were very nice and professional, and no debris was left behind. We had a great experience with this company and would use them in the future.

We elected to have the tree braced with cable and rods, even though it was a bit more than removing the tree as it is one of our favorites. The tree has been fine since.

Work was performed in a timely manner. Follow-up was very good. Good materials were used (Rainbird). Everything was left in good condition.

I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK WITHIN A WEEK OF MY ACCEPTING THEIR BID. I HAVE A LOT OF OBSTACLES IN MY BACK YARD AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REMOVING A LARGE MAPLE TREE WITHOUT CAUSING DAMAGE TO ANYTHING ELSE. AND THEY CARTED EVERYTHING OFF WHEN FINISHED AND LEFT NO MESS. THERE WAS ONE TREE THAT WASN'T TRIMMED UP TO MY SATISFACTION AND THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS TO COMPLETE IT. THEY WERE VERY AFFORDABLE FOR THE WORK PERFORMED. I HAD RECEIVED BIDS THAT WERE FOR 3 TIMES AS MUCH. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THE COMPANY REMOVED THE TREE COMPLETELY AND CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS. THEY WERE SOMEWHAT SLOW INITIALLY RETURNING MY CALL. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB, BUT THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO GIVE PROMPT SERVICE.

THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO STOP THE FRUIT BALL GROWTH.

DISPOSED OF THE CUTTINGS AND ARE VERY ATTENTIVE TO CLIENTS NEEDS.
