Arbor Masters

The tree was inspected and they did see evidence of a boring insect, but not the Emerald Ash borer. A systemic injection was given to the trunk of the tree which would kill both the borer they discovered as well as the Emerald Ash borer. This injection will protect the tree for two years. Well worth the price both emotionally and financially. This tree is a good size and looks great. To have it cut down, stump removed and a replacement tree planted would be a lot more than treating the tree.

Dan provided several estimates and visited with me on two occasions. All work was done as discussed. One concern I had was damage to my existing yard and they put down rubber mats to run their equipment over and the damage was minimal. The actual work went well. I spent time watching them and the crew did a great job paying attention to all the details. The finished product looks great and there is not question in my mind on the quality of the work.

Company did not respond to my request for an estimate.

After I was given an estimate I told Arbor Masters to proceed, they said they would get to it in the next week and I didn't need to be home. This kind of concerned me as I didn't know how the bushes would be trimmed or it I should be here to say shorter/taller or ask for shaping of some bushes. Well, I came home from work the following Tuesday and my yard looked like something out of a magazine, it was absolutely beautiful. Made me wish I had hired Arbor Masters before this year. All the bushes looked great trimmed off the fences. It just looks fantastic. Mulch was put everywhere I expected, in fact, their staff moved some garden tools and my hose just so they could mulch in more areas. I am extremely pleased with Tyler's work.

After fighting the weather for two months Grant and his crew led by Napoleon spent two days building a retaining wall in the front side yard and then one in the back yard. Along with other finishing and landscaping tasks their work was exceptional and very thorough. When all through for the day their cleanup of my yard and driveway was the best. I would use them again in a heart-beat. One thing about Grant is that he strives to make the customer happy, even to the extent of having to rework some tasks that we were not originally happy with. He has lots of idea's and suggestions to make your yard look the best on the block.

Arrived on time as promised. Explained what he was going to do and then did the job. Charged what I was quoted.

They were very good to work with and very fair on their prices. They did a great job. The whole thing took about four hours so they were very efficient, quick and prompt. The only thing is that I intended to use them for some other services but somehow we never made a connection to do that. This was the only negative. But, they did a great job.

Unfortunately it took them two weeks to get out to my house to do the estimate. By that time I had already contracted another company to do the work. The price they quoted was higher than than the company I contracted. Chad, the Arborist they sent out was polite and professional. Their probably just really busy this time of year. I would call again for an estimate if the need arises.

They did a rather large planting area with tree's and shrubs last Fall and then finished it up this Spring along with a new planting area in the front of our house. Grant is a great person to work with and had lots of good ideas. Especially since I am landscape deficient. His crew which did all the work was A+ and stayed into the early evening to finish up. They cleaned \up after themselves. Overall, a very good experience with Arbor Masters and I would recommend them to anyone.

A crew of about 6 people came out. I am very happy with the work that they performed. There was even a discrepancy about how they were going to handle a tree and they took input on how to do it. They accepted my suggestion and got the job done.

Grant showed up on time and was very flexible. He prepared lots of plans covering many budgets and we discussed pros and cons. Never any pressure. Work done on time. I was flexible with them with some minor constraints. They did a spectacular job....simple but elegant. Can't wait for spring colors.

Within 24 hours, the company responded to my request with a visit to my home, professional review of the job required, and a written estimate. The three-person crew arrived on time (15 minutes early) and did exactly what I believed they would do. The yard looks fantastic. From start to finish, this was a positive experience and I would gladly use this company again.

Arbor Masters received my business after getting 4 bids to remove a tree which had died in my front yard. They conveniently left me a bid to do the removal of the tree, hauling of the wood, grinding of the stump. When I phoned the company to get details on what would be done and how since I was not home, the person on the phone answered all my questions perfectly. On the day of removal they had shown up, gotten permission from my neighbor to use his driveway, and took care of the tree in just one day. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and called me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied.

on the phone, i asked for an estimate, but when the plumper came out started on the job right away. When i asked him for an estimate he told me that he charge me 75.00 for the first hour and 85.00 for every additional hour. With the problem it will take him about 1 hour to finish. After I agreed for him to start the job, I realized that he does not have the right tool and I had lend him my tool. He shorted cut the job and realize 40 minutes later that he does not have a right parts to fix the problem. He tried to cover up the ground when i found out that the water is still leaking. He spent additional hours to struggle but give a "dirty job" with one of the bolt but the water keep leaking. He got mad and started using bad words and slam tools around. I finally had to ask him to shut off the water, and leave me a unfinshed job.

They were really good. I have no complains at all. The job turned out well. I got two quotes and their quote was good; out of the two, one did not come back and the other one’s quote was high. They did a good job and cleaned up. There were some branches that fell in my neighbor’s house and they didn’t get that. The others who came did not have anything to identify them. These guys had their names written on their shirts and that was really good. I would use them in the future.

Arborist knew the trees on my property and answered a lot of questions. Gave us discount for scheduling when they were doing other work in the area. Crew came on time and trimmed trees exactly as I wanted without supervision. Clean up was great. Highly recommend. I will have them back next year to trim 6 small ornamental trees.

My interaction with them was fine. They were here when they were supposed to be here. I thought that their price was very good. I think it was one of those deals where we kind of get what we pay for. I would not recommend them to others and would not use them in the future.

In at 8:30 am, out at about 3:00 pm, with only the stumps remaining as evidence (stump grinding is a separate operation and crew, so I will submit a separate report). Polite and professional; watching the removal process was like watching a ballet. Update (rather than separate report): Stump grinding took place a few weeks later. He was very careful about not leaving ruts in the grass and reassembling the fence (access to the back yard was tight). An hour and a half or so, and the experience only reinforced my good rating of them. It was $250 for the stump grinding, and worth every cent (stumps were 1-1/2 and 3 feet across).

Lisa promptly came out and provided us an estimate. Agreed to the price and the crew came out within a few days. Despite the fact it was about 100 degrees that day, they did a fantastic job on all six trees. Careful not to disturb the surrounding planting beds and cleaned up to the point that when I came home that evening, I couldn't tell they had been out..except for the beautiful trees they had pruned. Second time I've used these folks and both great experiences.

Lisa provided the estimate and was very easy to work with. I had a couple of additional requests that she happily incorporated. Our communication was open and Lisa was very responsive the entire time. She easily accommodated my schedule. The crew was superb! The trees look great and the yard was cleaned up perfectly -- not a branch, twig or leaf left behind.

Came on day promised (the day after the job was quoted). Did a great job. Removed a lot of thorns and "sucker growth" as well as dead branches on the three very large locus trees. Cleaned up after the job (no small task). A very positive experiance.

We had to delay the work a couple of times due to heavy rain. I was further willing to be flexible because I knew this was a pretty small job for them. We stayed in touch and had clear expectations, so there were no problems. The work has turned out great. I have had a few small patches not growing in from seed very well, but I just found out I have grubs and that may be partly to blame. But we are still talking about small circles, maybe 3 total with 6" diameter. The water shedding performance in the corner of the house is so much better that my neighbor has commented on how the water is moving away from the foundation. I am so impressed that I plan to have them do some more land grading next summer, and will probably contact them to do some tree maintenance very soon.
