Description of Work: I had my 25 year old furnace and A/C replaced with much higher efficiency equipment. The install was done very well without rushing and with an emphasis on doing it right. My past year's utility bills show a big decrease in costs and the new equipment is very quiet.

The only problem I have is that I have an annual contract, and I keep on saying just call and automatically renew it. I have to initiate the call each year to renew it. That is the only complaint I have. Once you get on the contract, they are out here quickly. We called them when it was 14 below zero over the New Years holiday and they were out within an hour and repaired it. Everything is great and the price is great. The service is great and their professionalism is great. I called them on Tuesday and they came that same day.
