The service technician did a very good job.

We would use them again. We have used them multiple times. They are very easy to work with. We like them.

We received next day service, and they were on time. I told them in an email the day before what part was bad. I had to go out of town, so I could not install myself and the weather was freezing. They came out and replaced the part. So far great service. Then the bill. The part was a Honeywell S8670K spark ignitor. I expect them to mark it up, but 500%??? plus the service call fee. It's available on the web for under $100 delivered. Disappointed.

Shawnee heating and cooling was top notch from the beginning. They were one of three quotes I got once we decided to replace our 18yr old HVAC system which had been poorly performing for about a year. Brian, the sales rep and Shawnee Heating and Cooling came highly recommended to me by a friend whom had bought a new HVAC system from them as well. Brian came and gave me a quote on a new system with 2 stage heat and 2 stage cooling as well as a variable speed blower on the furnace for additional comfort and energy savings. He generously gave a cash discount and priced me a system which met my needs without trying to sell me their top of the line system which I didn't need or want to pay for. After getting other quotes which differed in small ways Brian was great about explaining the reasons for their quote and system design and even matched a couple of things I wanted included from their competitors quotes. Brian went above and beyond to show he was willing to earn my business and was the height of professionalism. He also wrote out by hand and custom quote with specifics on the exact make and models I was getting as well as exactly what was included as part of the install. I booked the install for 2 days later without hesitation. Installation day couldn't have gone better. The two installation techs (Jimmy and Brian) showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and quickly got to work removing the old system and installing the new. They did excellent, quick, clean work and were respectful of my house and property the entire time. They were also great about explaining things as they went when I asked questions and allowed me to make small requests for different things as they worked throughout the day. The end result was a fantastic system which runs and operates wonderfully and our comfort is night and day better than our old system. I can't recommend their work strongly enough. It was the top notch experience you expect when you're spending the serious money a new HVAC system demands and Shawnee Heating and Cooling definitely delivered! PS: As a footnote, the more I learned about this company the more I liked. They are a small company with only the one installation team for new systems and a handful of other techs who do service calls. This means your experience will be the same as mine since you're getting the same top notch guys, no technician roulette like with the big companies. Also they only do HVAC, not plumbing and everything else under the sun. This means they are specialists in the HVAC industry and Jimmy the lead installation tech has been doing it a very long time. This is a company you can be use with confidence and peace of mind.

The technician, Tom, arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the problem and work needed,provided a quote and completed the work in a very professional manner. He provided great service and I would definitely recommend this company and will call on the company again if we need repairs to our HVAC.

Brian Schroeder was very quick in getting out to meet with me. The installation technicians (Brian and Jim) were also very quick to get the work done. Nice guys - all of them.

I was selling my house and the buyers home inspector flagged the humidiifiers not working properly. I messages Shawnee HVAC and since it was raining the entire week they were able to schedule the work ASAP and service the humidifiers.

Installation Day: The installation crew arrived shortly after 8 am (Jimmy and a different Brian). The remainder of the morning was spent removing our old furnace, outside A/C unit and support pad, A-coil, Humidifier and thermostat as well as some vent duct work, new A/C pad installation and leveling in preparation for the new systems. They spent the afternoon installing all the new systems which included installing new grounded electrical line to the furnace and 4 wire to the thermostat. Heat and A/C tests were run on our new systems. And finally Jimmy setup and explained the new thermostat in our presence. The crew finished around 5 pm. Their work was efficient, professional, and clean. While we have no knowledge of what a proper system installation should look like we are pleased with the aesthetics of our installation. We have been using the A/C for several days and so far we are satisfied. The true test will come in July and August!

Service tech came out to work on my AC unit. Simple fix just needed a couple pounds of refrigerant to start cooling again. Service did not start out well. When I answered the door the guy was in the middle of a cell phone conversation with his boss. He proceeded to continue to conversation for another couple minutes after I let him into the house. He already rolled in at the last minute of his 2 hour window, so I wasn't impressed. He quickly gassed up the AC unit and went on his way.

The salesman, Brian Schroeder was prompt, friendly, and provided her with a detailed quote explaining the differences in the units. The bid was the bid received for the better unit. The installers were polite and cleaned up their mess. I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

Went very well, we've had them here several times, always knew what they were doing and explained everything.

They've been great. They stay on top of it. They come when they're supposed to. We haven't had any problems. We inherited them with the house. They were already servicing the HVAC in our house so we've kept that.

We have used Shawnee Heating & Cooling and it was wonderful. It was great. They were very prompt, courteous, very informative and everything worked when they were done. I was really happy with them. I actually did a service contract with them to check up on the system during the spring and fall.

The new furnace was installed quickly and has been working great.

Mark was quick, efficient, professional (as always) and demonstrated how to prevent future problems with proper filters, damper positions and cleaning of outdoor unit. He is big on eduction which I as a RN appreciate. Thanks again Mark!

The man who serviced my furnace pressured me into buying a service contract that I later found out offers me nothing more than 10% off parts. The serviceman was rude and smelled of smoke. The owner was rude when i called to ask a question about the service contract. I will never do business with this company again and will not be renewing my "service contract" when it comes due.

Excellent experience. Brian S. did not attempt to sell higher priced units that I didn't need, which I appreciated. Everything was done professionally, including the installation, which looks splendid! The price was more than fair compared to other quotes.

They installed my air conditioner about 2 years ago and I give them an A rating.

The technician fixed my problem in a matter of minutes and took the time to explain exactly how my HVAC system worked. He also went above and beyond my initial request by helping me adjust settings to more efficiently heat my home.

They told us exactly what was wrong with the furnace and fixed it without trying to sell us a furnace. They even came by and explained how our furnace worked and what we needed to do in the future.

Things went really well and they did a good job. The staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They know what they are doing.

They sent Dave to perform a routine check of our heater. He discovered that we had a problem with our humidifier and corrected it. Shawnee Heating and Cooling is always friendly and helpful.

Repairman was extremely courteous and was conscious of cleanliness. Worked efficiently and explained problem, possible solutions, and fees expected. Scheduler was also very courteous and worked hard to help keep my fees/costs low.
