i already explained that above.
Description of Work: i called them to get an estimate for our home carpet cleaning. After the second call they send someone; he gave me an estimate $300.00 more than the two other ones i had for the same service. I picked all three of them from the A rating. The guy did not seem to know there was an 20% off they were offering for Angie's list customers; After that he said they would call me to set up a time for cleaning..did not hear from them them for several days i called them back. Ashey said she did not know about that and would have Sean call me..Sean seemed rude and so sure of himself, did not like his attitude..not using thier business..

First I want to thank you for the oppurtunity to provide a quality service for you, and posting a report (good or bad). I'm sorry that you felt our price was too high, we are not the cheapest company around, but when comparing apples to apples we do offer quality services at fair prices. We did however, give you a detailed estimate that included a full price ($300 more than the competitors) and the Angies list discount ($100 more than our competitors). We feel that our services include a number of steps that are often left out by our competition, which offers better results but takes us longer. We also invest in our employees education in the cleaning industry, this ensures a quality product but not always the lowest price. After completing your free in home estimate you stated you would not be using our service because the others were $100's cheaper, and that was fine. You stated in your report that I was to call you and set up a cleaning appointment, but after speaking with you on the phone after the estimate, I quickly realized it was more about getting USClean to lower our price below the the other bids you received. I'm sorry your experience was not "A" rated. I don't feel that this report is entirely fair and accurate because price kept you from experiencing the exceptional service we offer our clints. Thank you for the oppurtunity.
