I was in a pinch, called Ashley Sunday afternoon and her crew was onsite Tuesday to clean up my house. Very prompt and professional. We are going to set up a recurring house clean.

We were very pleased. Attitude during service pleasing, efficient and work well done. The house smelled wonderful!

They showed up, they cleaned and I paid them $160.

Couldn't finish in the time available so came back and finished later for no extra charge. This is a great company!

i used a coupon special for this.......and felt the service (carpet cleaning) was well done.

I hired them to steam clean all the carpet -- 3 rooms, a hallway, and the stairs -- and the living room upholstery. This was the first cleaning for nylon carpet installed approximately 20 months ago, so I also wanted them to fix some minor installation flaws, mostly carpet edges that weren't properly stapled down, and some strings on the stairs. As always, I was looking for a company that uses truck-mounted equipment. Everything went well. They were prompt, polite, and professional. They provided their own water supply in their truck. I noticed they took special care to make sure their equipment didn't bang into the walls and furniture. They did a good job of moving things to get behind and under furniture. One of them stapled the loose edges in place, and the other cut the loose strings. After they left, everything looked really nice and clean, and even the wettest items were completely dry within 24 hours.

All went well. They did a very nice job. Plan on using them again.

Two women came and did an OK job. They left early and were in a hurry to go. They did an OK job and were very pleasant. Sure not interested in doing anything out of the ordinary to make me give them an A rating.

They did a good job. Angie's List had a lot of reviews on them so I based my decision to hire them on the number of reviews they had. They did a good job of getting the spots out; I was not sure they would be able to.

Their president Ashley was very responsive and prompt with the quote, which was very competitive. She was also very flexible with our open house date, and bent over backwards to make their schedule work with ours. They were punctual, with a courtesy call 30 minutes before they got there. Three people cleaned the house (including Ashley). They were all courteous, friendly, respectful of our possessions, and even worked well with the dogs! The whole cleaning took about 3 hours, which was pretty fast for our 2,000 square foot house. They did a very high-quality job, even getting all the dog hair.

I had used this company exclusively until they had a change in ownership. I felt the price was high and used other less expensive cleaners. After the last cleaners failed to get stains out that seemed easy for US Clean I finally called them back. They are absolutely the best carpet cleaner I've ever used. Yes, they are a bit higher in price, but in my experience you get what you pay for. They're worth every penny!

On the day they were supposed to arrive, they were running a couple hours behind. They did call when they were on their way and I provided directions to the house. GPS will NEVER get you to our house so I provided driving instructions. As with just about everyone I've had come to the house, they ignored my instructions and relied on GPS, which got them lost. Anyway when they arrived they got right to work. There was some confusion about some of the cleaning and they didn't clean the oven and missed a bathroom floor. Thus, I ended up cleaning the oven, for which they provided a discount. Due to the circumstances--short notice, getting lost, and the mis-understanding, I may have them back. The owners are very friendly and for the most part did a really nice job on the house. Again, due to the mis-understanding, they gave me a discount on the oven so they were willing to satisfy the customer. While the overall rating is a "B" and they were late for this appointment, It's likely I would use them again. Worth the second chance.

I called US clean. Had an immediate response. A representative came that same day, gave an estimate on the job. He cleaned the kitchen floor that same day! Took the rugs with him with no guarantee that the urine stains could be removed from the white shag. He said that the rugs would be returend within 2 weeks. Two weeks later the rugs were back. To our amazement, the yellow stains were removed from the white shag!!!!! A little oder is present but that is understandable to us. This company is fantastic! We will use them again!!!

I was introduced to US Clean through an Angie's List Big Deal. I had a few problems scheduling the service; I think they were overwhelmed by the response. After posting a review that I wasn't able to use the service prior to the expiration, I received a call offering to perform the service. The team came out and spent 6 man hours cleaning. The cleaning was okay -- nothing out of the ordinary however I shrugged this off blamed my house (it has been a while since we did a deep clean). With this in mind, I asked US Clean to put us on their schedule every other week. Since this initial visit, we've had US Clean out a few more times. The second visit I asked them to clean a guest bathroom. Upon review of the work it was mediocre. I expected the floor to be scrubbed clean, dust removed from the toilet roll holder, baseboards dusted, etc. They surface cleaned which is nice yet not worth the money charged. I decided to NOT call and complain as I wasn't specific when I asked them to clean the bathroom. So... the next visit I asked for specifics and targeted the work to one room...the kitchen. I asked them to focus on JUST the kitchen area -- floor (baseboards) to ceiling. Specifically I asked them to give the outside of the cabinets and above the cabinets a deep cleaning to remove the dust,grime, etc., clean the counters and outside of appliances. Given that there were 2 people I expected the kitchen to look brand new or at least sparkle. I am disappointed to say that it didn't. They didn't do any of the baseboards, the cabinet faces had visible g*** still attached. (one spot I cleaned myself to make sure it wasn't a ever-lasting stain. it vanished...just g***) I called the company and told them I wasn't satisfied. They came back to my house the next day. I showed them areas they had missed cleaning (visible dust on the top of the cabinets). They did clean. However, and this is the most disappointing part - they wiped the dust off of the cabinets then didn't clean that dirt up. I found remnants of discarded dust bunnies all over my counter tops, on top of the stove vent, and against the baseboards around the kitchen. The end result - I have chosen to discontinue my relationship with US Clean.

They are very thorough. We have 5 pets. The make sure they get any pet accidents, mainly vomit. They do a spectacular job. They are very, very thorough. Carpet cleaners I've had in the past never do a very good job on stairs, but US Clean does an exceptional job on stairs and we have two sets of stairs. They are just all about service. Very pleasant, very congenial, very accommodating. They are just really the best.

I would rate them excellent across the board. They did the work in the time they said it would take. They explained what they were going to do in the beginning & the carpet came back to us as well as we could expect. There was some mold on the back side originally & there were able to get out more of it than they thought they would. I thought the service person was very professional & friendly & I would deal with them again. He did also let me know that because of the holiday there would be a delay in return. They were also very price competitive based on other calls I'd made.

On time, nice and efficient.

They were late, but I?ve yet to have a housecleaning company show up on time when I?ve used an Angie?s list coupon, Groupon, or the like. For $99 they did a decent job, but not worth paying the full price. Nothing in particular wrong, just a feeling of ?that?s it??. In less man-hours I could have done that; since they are professionals, shouldn?t they get more done?

Awesome! There is no odor. The same dog has visited again without any desire to re-mark the rug. US Clean picked up our stinky carpet on time as promised, then when the job was completed, they delivered as promised on time. No wait. We would use them again and highly recommend their service.

The team arrived on time and I had a list of areas that I wanted to make sure they didn't miss, so we went through the list which they also referred to later to make sure they got where I asked. They were efficient and friendly. They cleaned the house from top to bottom excluding blinds and windows. I would use them again for house cleaning.

I purchased a Angie's Deal for US Clean. I attempted to schedule an appointment for services a few times. I left 3 different messages on their voicemail and received one return call. The person on the phone, I can't remember her name but it was one of the owners. She returned the call and told me she was out of town for a wedding and promised to call back for scheduling upon returning to town. I never heard from her. Granted, I could have been more diligent in hunting down them down to perform the service. The deal has since expired and now I am just out the cash. They may be a great cleaning company but their scheduling process lacks follow through.

Gave me an estimate the day after I called. Service performed a few days later. On time & very professional. Job well done. Would highly recommend.

They sent four girls including the owner Ashley. They did a good job - I am thinking of hiring them again. They had a 2hr time limit and cleaned a lot and worked hard. They were polite and easy to talk to. The owner Ashley was very pleasant to work with.

It was the first time I had used them. They were punctual and did a good job. I've had them back two or three times since.
