They called to ask if they could come earlier than the scheduled time. Which was great for us! Very nice people and they did a great job. Explained what they did, pointed out the spots they were able to get out and those they were not. The only spots they were not able to get out were ones from the previous tenants (my fault for not letting them know) that were not removable by any means. Carpet came out looking very nice and was not really wet like steam cleaning. Very reasonable prices for whole house cleaning including stairs.

Ryan Christopher, the owner, came himself. He used a new cleaning product which produced genuinely amazing results. The very badly stained family room carpet looks wonderful. This company is far and away the best carpet cleaner I have used. The results have been consistently outstanding. They are friendly and very professional. Each time I use them, they give me a $10.00 discount coupon for my next cleaning. They call before arriving and call if they are going to be a few minutes late. They get right to work and finish the job much more quickly and neatly than others I have used. Their new product is eco-friendly!

They did a great job cleaning the carpets. They got all of the stains out of the carpets. The people were very professional and they showed up on time.

They arrived on time, assessed the areas to be cleaned and documented exactly what they were going to do. It didn't take very long but it was a thorough job. I'm really happy with the results and the company overall.

Scheduled my appointment with Ryan and then thought I would have to reschedule due to a delay with the closing of my house. Everything ended up working out just fine. Ryan was very understanding and allowed me to keep my original appointment. Josh arrived exactly at the scheduled time to clean the carpets in my new house. There were a couple mystery spots that didn't come up, but overall he did a great job and was very fast. It took a little longer to dry than I expected, but it was dry within a few hours.

Oxidry is the only company I have found that can completely clean the worst carpet stains, including bad pet stains. And the carpet stays clean much longer than with any other method. I have pale tan carpeting and it shows everything.

I had a carpet guy that I loved. I was always impressed with his ability to remove stains, mainly dog accidents. After my girl dog peed 4 times in 1 week & my male dog marked his spot right next to hers, I called the previous carpet guy. He was unavailable. I got on Angie's List, called Oxidry & got my appointment set up. When Josh showed up in Cavelier instead of big carpet cleaning van I had my doubts. The machine he used didn't appear to be much different than a rug doctor I could have rented myself. After the cleaning, I thought the carpets smelled worse and still had stains. I called, they came back out and applied a special enzyme (I don't know why they didn't offer me that in the first place) to remove odor. The carpets smell better, but now they're smashed down & won't perk up even after they've dried & been vacuumed. I'm definitely not satisfied or impressed.

Everything went very well! The carpet looks as good as the day we moved into the house last year. There were two gentlemen here and they completed the work in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased and I HIGHLY recommend their services.

The carpets were not lighter at all, which I had hoped. Also I had a couple of areas that needed to be treated due to pet accidents. I think they were probably treated initially, but then they weren't finished. I only say that because I had used the Resolve crystal granules the night before, and had the area been cleaned completely which includes vacuum suction. I still wouldn't be seeing the same crumbs, and Resolve crystals from the night before. The pre-treatment left dark brown spots on the carpet. I did call the owner, Ryan the next day, and he was extremely nice as he has always been. He offered to send the same tech, Tommy back out to clean the couple of areas. From then Tommy and I went spoke regularly to schedule an appt. I did have to move one appt. time to a slightly later time. However, the first time, I waited two hours and he didn't show. I called again and we scheduled an appt. over my lunch hour, and he canceled. From then on, he never called back.

Marlin arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The Oxymagic process brought out the colors nicely. Rugs look good, and these are rugs that see a lot of foot traffic from kids and dogs. Rugs were dry in about a half hour. An added bonus!

Outstanding. As their name says, it was like magic. The heavily soiled carpet looks brand new, and believe me it was just terrible. Arrived on time, got right to work, and finished a little earlier than estimated. I will have them back again and again.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The carpet was relatively new, but needed a good cleaning. After they were done it looked like new again. The process was quick, yet thorough. For the price, it was well worth it and I would use again.

I had high expectations; after talking to the owner, I thought that there would be little of the usual chemical smell from the cleaning, and that this particular method was superb. Although the man who came to clean (not the owner) was pleasant and professional, I was disappointed in the results. I had forgotten to vacuum beforehand, but the man said it wasn't necessary. I also asked about the edge of the rug under the entertainment center, but he said he could reach it. He did an extremely fast job. Seemed TOO fast to me. Afterward, there was still dog and cat hair on the rugs, which he said I could easily vacuum off (I guess I thought the carpets would look cleaner!) The spot under the entertainment center didn't look like it had been done. Also, the chemical smell was pretty much like every other carpet cleaning chemical. Overall, I was not impressed, although the job was not bad.

The woman who performed the work was excellent, thorough and on time. The oxymagic system got my very dirty carpets surprisingly clean. And they were dry very quickly. I would definitely use again.

We called Oxymagic for service that day. We were having company come in a day or so. It was important to get the rugs cleaned really soon. She came out the next day, was prompt, and did a workman-like job. We were pleased with the service and work. She came on time and went right to work. She did a professional job. The reason I gave B for overall was because no one can be perfect.

Marlon called before arriving & arrived a few minutes early. He was well-organized, polite, clean, & neat, as was his equipment. First he inspected the area to be cleaned. If he had time, he agreed to do an additional area in another room. Except for getting hot water from the kitchen faucet, he went directly to work, & kept working until the first area was finished, in about 40 minutes. He cleaned the entire room, rather than just the heavily soiled area. He spent 15 minutes cleaning the soiled area in another room. He charged $55 for the first room. For the second room area, he charged $15, half the $30 one-room fee. Both areas look great. It is 12-year-old W2W pale tan, short plush carpet, much abused by pets. It almost looks new now. These "oxy" products work miracles!! I plan to have them back soon to do the rest of the house.

RYAN CALLED AND WAS ABLE TO COME EARLY. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PERSONABLE. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1998, BUT RYAN OPENED THE BUSINESS IN THE KC AREA MID 2005. THERE ARE NOT EXTRA FRILL SERVICES, SO NO HIGH SALE PRESSURES ON THE PHONE OR WHEN THEY ARRIVE - EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE QUOTED ON THE PHONE. THE INITIAL PHONE CALLS ARE HANDLED BY THE MAIN CENTER IN DENVER, CO. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I FEEL THE PRICE WAS FAIR, AND COMPARABLE TO OTHER CLEANING SERVICES, AND THE SATISFACTION OF KNOWING THE CARPET WILL DRY QUICKLY AND STAY CLEAN LONGER IS WORTH EVERY PENNY.
