They did an excellent job. They came in and removed their shoes. They loved our dogs. We have had them in again for cleaning on special occasions.

Excellent. I called Thursday afternoon, Ashley walked through Friday and bid about $100 lower than two competitors. They completed the house cleaning Monday afternoon and cleaned the carpets on Tuesday. Very friendly and responsive to the specific things we wanted cleaned.

The gentleman doing the carpets and windows was very nice and quick. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of both the windows and the carpet when he left. He added a few small areas at no extra charge. The cleaning service brought 4 people and did the entire house in a morning. I was satisfied, although did find a few spots I had to touch up after they left on walls etc. Overall, they were very nice to work with, punctual and efficient. Ashley was courteous and prompt, as well as being attentive to the specific's of the job, on her 1st visit to set-up the cleaning. My "house cleaning" will be a repeat every other week [$150 per month - open ended date]. My house is cleaned unsupervised, so I have to trust who ever cleans to do the job [the results is what I am looking for]. On the 1st cleaning [there has only been one [so far] it is what I expected and wanted. TO RECEIVE AN [A] RATING FROM ME WOULD MEAN PERFECTION [and probably a "DEEP CLEANING"] which I have stated I will pay extra for.-----[5/31/2012]-------->This Report has been updated cause they have "helped" with the upkeep of the house for [5] months now, and is doing a great job!

On a Monday morning, I discovered (1) part of the basement was wet from seepage and, an unrelated problem, (2) my slop sink was not draining. For the clean-up, I called US Clean, because they do such a great job on my carpets and I knew they offered a variety of other cleaning services. Sure enough, they were able to come out that same day and take care of the mess. Their worker, Adam, is very efficient, hard-working, and thorough. Because the job turned out to be much smaller than I realized, Adam charged me $60, rather than their usual minimum $99. US Clean is a great company, and does high quality work for very reasonable prices.

Great company. Ashley was very accommodating and professional. The girls did a great job on the cleaning. They were so thorough that they found items in cabinets that we missed in our move out. Carpets look great. We were very impressed. I will definitely recommend them to anybody for house and carpet cleaning.

I hired this company through a "Big Deal" to clean a rental property in preparation for the next tenant. The property had already been clean out and carpets cleaned. I wanted US Clean to wash/wipe down the walls, clean the oven, wash/wipe off the blinds and the clean kitchen and bathrooms. When the crew arrived (late) I was told they did not wash/wipe down walls, nor clean ovens and would only dust the blinds and they would also dust the baseboards. I work near the property so I went to my office while the three crew members worked. When I returned I could smell that some air freshener had been sprayed throughout the property and they told me the garage had been swept out, blinds and light fixtures dusted and kitchen cabinets wiped out but they did not dust the baseboards. I did a quick tour of the property, thanked the crew and returned to work. After I left my office I returned to the property for a better inspection. I don't know what the crew did for the collective 6 hours they were at the property (3 crew members x 2 hours each) but I wouldn't describe it as cleaning. None of the tile floors in the kitchen or bathrooms had been scrubbed, the window blinds were still dusty and the tub and enclosure in the main bathroom was dirty. US Clean failed and this experience was a total waste of money. I cleaned the property myself. I will not use US Clean in the future.

They did a good job. I have no complaints. They got the house pretty clean.

I bought a coupon for $99 because they had a coupon online for housecleaning. I participated in a program through the college that I teach at where there was a teacher who came from Holland. So, she was coming and I knew I was busy. That’s why I chose USClean. They were very nice and professional. I am very picky. Once they left, there were little things that I noticed here and there that they didn’t get; so that kind of bugged me. Their price was pretty good considering how big my house is. They were early, which is great. It would depend if I would use them again. I don’t know what their normal prices are. I would consider them, but I would be a lot more specific on what I want them to do. I will also be a lot more thorough in checking what they have done.

I contacted the owner of USClean to see if we could get them to our house prior to a visit from the grandparents. She was very receptive and set the appointment up for us. USClean came out with the owner and 2 other workers. All 3 ladies were very nice and professional. They even called to see if they could come early as they were ahead of schedule that day. They worked for 2 hours (thus the 6 hours of cleaning equal to 2 hours of cleaning times 3 people). We've never had our house professionally cleaned before so it was nice to have a clean house without any sweat or tears! Bathrooms, carpet, counters, toilets all looked and smelled clean. Hardwoods and ceramic floors were cleaned as well. There were a few spots missed with the dusting, but nothing major. I would have liked to see the hardwood floors on the main floor shine some more, but perhaps that is due to them needing to get buffed out again. We have friends that have a housecleaner that comes in and scrubs the floors by hand and they rave about how they sparkle. Regardless, for what we needed and the price we were very happy. Not sure if we will use again on a consistent basis due to budget, but I would use again to get prepped for holiday party or visitors.

My house looked shiny after they came! Since they did some deep cleaning for me they couldn't finish the entire house but I was still pleased. I will plan on using them monthly in the future. I will update my report in the future after they have come a few more times but for now I am very pleased. Ashley was able to accommodate my requests about particular cleaning products.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their service but I used a coupon for it. So whatever I paid was a discounted amount but I don’t recall the price. They were very open about the difficulty of cleaning the pet stains that we had. They didn’t try and say that it was not a problem. They were very upfront about how difficult it would be but then they did get them out. So they didn’t make any guarantees just incase they couldn’t get the stains out. They wanted us to know the fact and I appreciated that. They were able to get to us quickly. They shared the name of a product that they used. They didn’t try to make us think it wasn’t something that we couldn’t get a hold of. They were polite and quick. Their price was fair even if I didn’t have a coupon. Their quality of work was good. I will use their services again in the future.

I had a team of 4 young ladies show up (on a Saturday morning), all knowing what they were doing, and working very efficiently, cleaning a good sized home in just over an hour - I am very, very pleased and definitely want to use USClean again in the future.

Two technicians came to my house to give an estimate. Two of the rugs were very stained due to an elderly dog. They removed all five rugs and pads and took them to their shop for cleaning. Because I had my hardwood floors refinished after the rugs were removed, US Clean kept the rugs at their shop until I could have them put down on the new floors. Today the rugs were returned and put in place. They look like new rugs. I was afraid that one rug in particular could not be saved, but it looks great. While he was here, I had the technician clean two chairs and an ottoman.

I must admit that I thought all carpet cleaning services were pretty much the same. Not true! Our carpet is 4 1/2 years old and with our 4 animals and 5 grandchildren, I've had it cleaned 3 times since we had it installed 4 1/2 years ago. However, the job that USClean did (Adam specifically) was FAR superior to the previous 2 times. I am amazed at the difference! Adam was very punctual, polite and professional. I will recommend USClean to any of my friends or family that need their carpets cleaned. I could not be more pleased with the results!!!

US Clean continues to be outstanding at handling the worst stains, especially pet stains. Adam was very efficient at noting what I wanted cleaned, pretreating and cleaning the areas, and handling the paperwork. It all took less than an hour. It is really amazing how good my 17-year-old carpeting looks when US Clean finishes with it. The carpet was barely damp and was dry the next day. It even smelled good! I have used this company many times in the past, and can recommend them very highly.

Unbelievable cleaning service in a GREAT way! We were moving out of our old house and needed it cleaned. We were amazed at their detail to perfection. We told them it didn't have to be a thorough clean but they just that...plus! Carpets looked better than we had seen them in a long time. They dusted in areas we wouldn't have begun to think about. Bathrooms were spotless. Kitchen was beautiful. The hardwood floors turned out great. They spent hours working very hard the whole time. Bottom Line: We loved their service so much we plan on using them in our new house!! Do not hesitate to use USClean, you will not be sorry!

As usual, US Clean did an excellent job. This technician, Adam, seemed especially diligent and careful. He was also punctual, which I deeply appreciate. Of the carpet cleaners in the area I have tried, US Clean does the best work. In particular, they work miracles on pet stains and heavily soiled areas. They leave the carpets almost dry. Their products have a pleasant scent. Their office staff is helpful and eager to make things easy for the customer. I've been using their services for several years and recommend them highly.

We had a graduation party coming up and we has US Clean take over the deep cleaning and we also had one area that we needed the carpets cleaned. We are now planning on using them again the week after Memorial Weekend and plan on keeping them to use every other week on the House Cleaning. We enjoy spending our money on them for it is nice to get a quality job at a reasonable price.

We just moved into a new home. My wife is allergic to cats, and the previous owners had at least 2 of them, so we wanted to get the carpets cleaned. USClean sent out first came out to do an estimate and survey the size of the rooms and types of carpets involved. Kyle was prompt and courteous. An estimate was provided. We went ahead and scheduled the service. They rescheduled it once, but that was ok with me. Kyle arrived right on time along with Adam(?) and they performed the service as requested. I believe it took about 2.5-3 hrs for 3 floors worth of rooms. Floors were pretty much dry when I came home from work near the end of the day. They had locked up when they left as I requested, no problems. I would recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

They not only removed the pet odor and all stains but did things other carpet cleaners had not done, such as pretreating and raking the carpets with a carpet-safe tool. They also educated me on a lot of carpet cleaning facts and helped me to understand that carpet cleaning is a true science, and must be done right to avoid damage. I absolutely reccommend this company. Also, I have used their house cleaning which is above and beyond expectations, but still affordable, then best in town.

The reason I am using USClean again is the fact that the service rep. went beyond his duties to satisfy me. We had previously pulled up a corner of the room to see what was under the carpet (pet stains?) and when I tried to relay it , I had a bubble. USClean stretched the carpet back into place for me where as other cleaning companies did nothing at all. My other reason why I went with this company , is the fact I firmly believe if you do not have the right equipment to do a job then you will not get the outcome that you wanted. USClean has the far most updated equipment and you definitely will see the difference if you have used other carpet cleaning companies. The reason I am having them come back out , is that I now want my basement and the rest of the house cleaned .

It was an overall fabulous experience.

They did a great job. They cleaned the downstairs carpet and a stairway. They were really nice and I enjoyed them.

Our subdivision received a discounted price as a special and it ended up being cheaper than having my living room, dining room, hallway and bedroom cleaned by another company. I was happy with their quality of work and how quickly they got the work finished. I will use them again in the future.
