They are satisfactory. I use them because there is not really anyone else available. They bought the company that I used to use so I don't really have any choice. They also have my termite bond so there's nothing I can do.

They originally came for a significant ant problem that they were able to take care of. They are timely, professional and responsive. We have a contract with them.

I had a huge ant problem in my house. They treated the inside and outside of my home. They kept coming out until the ants were gone.

They do a good job, but they are a little expensive. They come out once a month. I believe I have cancelled their services since last month. I have come to the conclusion that I can do the spraying myself. I did not have a problem with them. I think I spent $60 a month on them. They came out on time every month. I did not have to be home when they came out and did the work. I will use them again in the future.

They have been great and always show up on time. We have been very satisfied with them and the service people are very friendly and responsive. If we have problems they come right back out to treat our house again. I have quarterly service and will use them again in the future.

They came for mice control and also the usual extermination. They will come out at anytime inbetween the scheduled services for free if there is a problem. They are always on time.

THE REST OF THE STORY: I'd reported earlier that Terminix neither came nor called on their appointed schedule of 9/26/11, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Until this evening, we'd heard nothing from anyone in the company. Tonight, Wednesday, 9/28/11, at 6:10 PM, their inspector came...no advance phone call...just showed up...nearly three days late! He performed an inspection, then left!

I called Terminix when we discovered extensive damage under the exterior siding of our home. They scheduled an estimate for Monday, 9/26/11, between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00. I'd reviewed Angie's List comments, and despite the one negative, decided to give them a try, since they're a well-known company, and the other comments were at least neutral in nature. I've neither heard from, nor seen their estimator. My time cannot be wasted waiting on someone who hasn't the courtesy to at least call. Extremely disappointed in this company.

They are coming this Thursday. I live in a single family home. They also come whenever I call them to spray inside the house for any kind of little bugs and they are very good about that. It costs $300 or $400 a year. I have had them for two years and it has been a very good experience. They don't bother us on the phone and they also are very receptive and quick to provide the service when we call them if it is not a scheduled visit.

I pay them once the work is done. I spent about $80 or $90 the last time I used them. For that price they spray the outside of the house and inside the house if needed and it is for insects and not termites. I like that they did the work and they kept coming back. All the other major pest control companies were all priced about the same and they all fight for your business.

We have been using them for a very long time. We have a contract for them to come out 4 times a year. They spray the exterior every time and the interior if I ask them to. I spend $90 on each of their visits. I like their professionalism and they show up on time. I have no complaints about them. Their turn around in the guys who come is quite good, but the variety of people they send out are all professional.

I like that I can go online and change the appointments or look at the bills or change the service. I think that they normally do call a day before they come and just remind that they would be coming. They are very professional. Their service is pretty consistent like if they say that they are going to come then they always do and the price is always the same. Their price is compatible to other people that I have used.

I let them go as I got someone with a better price. They were fine. I have no complaints about them apart from the price. I can't compare his pricing with the others. They were very responsive.

I have been using them for a year and a half now. They get rid of the pest that the spray for.

I've had good experience with them and they do good work. They come out every other month because I have a contract with them. They are professional and always clean. They know what they are doing and they examine the whole house. They cover their feet when they come into the house.

I have used them for years. When we bought the home, they did a termite inspection. They came in and took care of a termite problem. I started a contract with them for regular pest control services four times a year. Their technicians are very nice. They always ask if there are indoor problems. You can call them if you have problems, and they'll come out.

The same technician comes each time and he is friendly and very professional. They do a very nice job.

I had termites a few years ago. So, I had signed the annual termite inspection contract with them. Initially, they had set up stations around the perimeter of my house. They used to come out and check the stations regularly. Later, they told me that they would be coming out for annual inspections only. I am not sure if I need them, as they are very expensive. They come out once a year and charge me $350 to check my basement for termites. I am afraid to discontinue with them because I will have to start over with another company. I have maintained the service contracts for the last couple of years. I don?t to get bothered by the termites. So, I continue paying them. They tell me that I can call them any other time I choose, in case I am not comfortable with the time they come out. I guess it is worth it. I just feel like something has happened to them. They used to be very good. Earlier, they used to come out very frequently. All of a sudden, they changed their entire way of working. When I call them, I never get a straight answer. Once, I had to call them six times just to set up an appointment, so that they could inspect my basement. I am not really satisfied with them. I wouldn?t recommend them to anybody. I don?t know what to do. I think I will discontinue with their services from this year. I am not happy with them at all.

I just thought that I needed somebody in this area to take care of bugs and my house because there are enough trees in this wooded area. They do a good job and would use them again in future because they guarantee their job.

I pay annually and I get a small discount for doing it that way. They go around the outside perimeter of the house and use the weather to determine what they put down. I think it has made a difference because I used to try and do it myself, but there are much fewer pests now that they are handling it.
