Horrible , wasted a year with these jokers and still have the same problem, the final straw was when they wanted to be paid for quarterly service and i told them that they would be paid as soon as the made a significant step in problem which they had been hired for, to which they started to give excuse after excuse why their treatment had not worked. after no payment was made corporate contacted me and the most profound statement was made was they could not make this bill go away, in which i replied yea thats true along with the bugs that you were hired to get rid of as well

Do not use this service. First you sign a contact for about $900 for a year. Your credit card is charged monthly. Doubt you could even pay by check. The first year is OK - they do call when they are coming (most of the time) and will offer to do both inside and outside treatment. After the year is up, your monthly amount does go down; but so does the service. They do not call to let you know they are coming, they may or not show up, will not do an inside treatment unless you call to make another appointment and specifically request inside service, you are always put on hold and can not talk to anyone but customer service - do not even ask for a tech. Really all Terminix wants is your credit card and may wander around your house a few times a year.

They did not perform the services we paid them to perform (exculsion services to seal up holes in the house through which mice could come). The service they did actually perform (putting out mouse bait stations) did not go well. The bait stations were placed in the home because they were tamper proof and safe around kids and dogs. However, the mouse bait inside crumbled, leaving somewhere around a teaspoon to a tablespoon of mouse poison on our floor for our toddler and dog to potentially eat. When I called to speak to a manager to get the problems fixed, it took several phone calls to even get a call back. This is literally the worst company I've ever worked with.

We had trouble the last two summers with wasp. We had them come out. They wanted to put us on an annual contract for termites, even though we didn't call for termites. We felt pressured to sign and did. After thinking about it for a few days, we decided it was dumb, so we called and cancelled it. And we had a lot of running around. They took money out of our account even after we cancelled it. I feel like it is a big company and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The pricing was ok, but only if you signed a contract. But the only way it was a deal was if you signed. I will give them this, they will let you cancel at anytime, even though they still took money out of our account when we cancelled. We haven't had any trouble with pest inside, so I have to give them credit for that, but they didn't do anything for the wasp. I even showed them where they were coming in and out. The supervisor that came out told us right where the problem was and what they were going to do about it. The next guy that came out, never even when to where the wasp were and was like bye, see you next month. They came out right on time.

They do a good job. The good thing about having the service plan is if you have the plan and you notice something you call them and within 24 hours they will come to take care of the problem. They do the service during business hours so for me it is hard to get off work to have them do the inside. You can always call them back and they will do the job whenever you are home.

We have a yearly service contract with them. They come out every couple months and spray. They call me ahead of time and say they're due to do our house. They pretty much just do the outside now because my inside, knock on wood because of them, doesn't have bugs. I don't have any pets to take care of anymore so I don't keep track of when they come anymore, they just come and spray. What I like most about their service is that I don't have bugs in my house. We've had them for as many years as we've lived here, so we've had them over 20 years. I've not compared pricing, we've just stuck with them. Quality seems to be great because I have no bugs.

They have us set up on a quarterly service. Not that we have a termite issue, but their solution for the termites seem a little more advanced that what their competitor's knowledge was. The gentleman we came in contact with was very professional and considerate. The service has been pretty good and helpful.

They showed up well over a week after the day they said they were going to. I was promised I would get a call from the manager explain what happened and I did not get a phone call. Then they show up saying my house needs spraying and they did not scheduled with me and I told them to give me a call and no has called.

I have had several experiences with them. They said I had to buy my own bait box. I said they were the company that did that and they said they did not want to put those out. It was not a very... There was no cost, we are on a quarterly contract with them so anytime we need them to come out and service anything they come out as many times as we need. What keeps me is the convenience and the national name recognition. When they treat the house they do a great job. They are very good at responsiveness. They are scheduled to come out between 3-5 today so I have a large window.

I’ve been using Terminix for 30 years. I’m honestly contented with it. They come out quarterly. I pay annually. We’ve been satisfied. I have to rate them towards the top. Without comparing them to somebody else, I can’t say they are the best. The fact that we continue to use them is some indication that we are happy with what we get. We don’t have any insect problems. We don’t have any problems. I think that’s the standard I have to use. I don’t have the best and the worst. They’ve been pretty good about responding. There’s not been a worst case scenario with them. It must be good quality.

It turned out fine as far as I know. They’ve been coming every other month for two years now. I like that it’s easy because I had the ongoing service. If I’m not at home, they’ll do the outside without me having to be there. They always check to see if I have any issues. If I’m at the house, they always asked about that. The guy who came to the door was friendly. I had no issues. I don’t know that they are any different than anybody else.

We were satisfied. We pay $90 a quarter. We do not have any trouble with them. Their price is at the ball park when we checked. When they come out, they kill the bugs. Every time we call, they come. They are always on-time. A lot of times we don't even see them. We have been using them for several years now.

It was fine. I'm never there when they come. I don't really see them.

They do a good job. I pay by the year. The technicians are always nice.

Everything is okay with respect to the termites. They tried to sell me some overpriced insulation. The salesman for the insulation was overbearing. He stayed and wouldn't take no for an answer. It was totally overpriced for the whole thing. I had to call twice because they didn't keep the first appointment. They had to come later.

I've had termite control with them for years. I pay yearly. I have a program with them.

The quarterly service itself was ok. About a week later, ants showed up in the kitchen, so I called for the additional service visit which is part of the quarterly agreement. I called on a Tuesday, requesting that, if possible, I would like the service before Saturday, as we had a family wedding that day and many guests were staying at my home. They told me that they would look at their schedule and do their best to get me an appointment, but that they would call me either way to let me know. No one ever called me back until the technician called on Saturday morning at 7:00 am to tell me that he was on his way to spray for the ants. This phone call woke up all of the guests at my house, and needless to say, it was a little late to have the ants sprayed since my guests were already here. I did not appreciate their lack of scheduling follow up as they had promised, and really did not appreciate their calling on the day of the wedding as I had specifically told them not to do that. As a result of this incident, I have cancelled our service after being a customer for 10 years. I have also requested that they not charge me for the last service in May, due to the inconvenience they caused me and the lack of appropriate follow up, as they had promised. I have never been able to reach a resolution as it is impossible to reach anyone at the company other than their national call center. I have spent a total of a few hours on the phone, trying to reach a resolution to this situation, and I have received poor, and sometimes insulting, customer service, to say the least. This service is expensive, and I expect more from a company for that amount of money. I would NOT recommend that anyone get involved with this company, EVER.

Extremely professional service provider. They have been sending the same technician repeatedly which is comforting. He is very thorough and pleasant. Their website is great. A customer service representative that I spoke to to update payment information was helpful, and didn't even transfer me to another person to reschedule a service!

Terminix first sends a representative to measure the space to be treated, an inspection of existing insulation and provides a firm cost along with extensive literature. The service date is also arranged. The application of the insulation is straightforward. Find an electrical outlet (garage is best) for the machine that blows in the insulation; a path for the hose to the attic and space for the technician to access. The attic spaces not to be filled are walled off, i.e., attic fan outlets, light fixtures and the like. The rest is simply blowing in the insulation to the desired level amount throughout the attic. The installation process took about 3 hours. Cleanup was easy. The result is a more uniform temperature throughout the upstairs. Too soon to discern cost savings, but my electric bill was quite a bit less the month after installation. Because of the chemical treatment for bugs, I expect a deterrent affect.

Transferred service after moving. Pamela made the transfer painless and Sean did a thorough initial treatment both inside and outside. Excellent service.

We've been using Terminix for several years. We had a horrible ant infestation that is due to the weed barrier and rock landscaping we have all the way around the house and they have really helped us keep it under control. We've had several technicians over the years, but the two that we've had the past year have been nothing but outstanding. They listen to any issues/concerns we have and really do work hard to try to address them thoroughly. What we love, especially with these annual ant issues that everyone deals with, is that they will come back until the problem is solved and they do it at no charge.

I've had them for about 3 years and they actually took over another business called EcoFirst. Terminix is not as good as the other company was when they had the business. The service wasn't quite as good whereas the other company would come around and look to make sure I didn't have any bees or wasp nests around my house. They would actually spray up and down my house, but Terminix just sprays the perimeter and I actually watched them do it. The other company would spray a certain level of my house, but these guys don't do that. They actually charged me a dollar more when Terminix took over, but either way it doesn't matter. The bugs haven't really been that bad when I've had Terminix around. Their chemical is actually good. They did give me a free termite inspection and they did do it. I don't know if you get what you pay for, but they do their job. You pay them and they come around. They spray like they are supposed and are pretty punctual. There's a few local people around here that I've talked to that would charge me a little bit less for doing the job. I haven't tried it yet because I know these guys and I've had them for so long. I'm just keeping them although they're on the borderline of I may use them or I may not.
