Description of Work: Spray for pests outside. Rid area around house of wasp nests, check for moles, spiders, etc.

Description of Work: They have been coming out four times a year approximately. We did have a few termites and Terminex was one if few companies that do this service offering a lifetime guarantee with annual fee of approximately $200. They have done a great job and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: Qtrly pest control inside & out (just around the house). We also have the termite plan with the guarantee. This is an additional service which we have had for 12 years. Expensive, I think, but more expensive to change at this point. So we keep renewing. Gives peace of mind.

Description of Work: We had a previous company called EcoPest which we used for 2 years and loved. We never had any infestation of anything. When Terminex bought them out we had problem after problem. They quit treating our yard and we got little black bugs that crawl and mosquitoes. We called and they did show up on time and sprayed around the house again however that didn't help and they won't treat the yard unless it's something like moles. Then the spiders came, they are still here... They've come out to treat again but I keep telling them they must treat the yard (I live in the subs..my yard isn't big) or they just keep coming. After seeing a spider in the basement, our bedroom, and the living room I canceled my service and am looking for something else. On the plus, again they are always prompt, friendly, quick, and follow through..it just doesn't work. Their termite in ground treatment works like a charm and that experience was pleasant all around.
