He told me what I needed and what it would cost. Everything went well.

It went well. He gave us his honest opinion on work we wanted to have done. He did very good work installing the light fixtures.

Stewart arrived on time with all necessary tools and supplies and finished much faster than he had estimated.

It always goes well with Stewart. He gives us an hosest and informative assessment of what can and should be done with the problem.

We so love Stewart's work that we flew him in from Kansas to Alabama to work on our new house. No one equals his intelligence in figuring out just what needs to be done in any situation. HE IS THE BEST.

I contacted Stewart by phone and discussed him installing a vinyl porch rail system that I was purchasing from Lowe's. Stewart had fixed a closet door for me before and he was meticulous and you can tell he wants to do the job right so I was confident he could do the job. I sent him the info I provided Lowe's and also the installation info via e-mail so he had info on the project before hand. He arrived at 9am as promised and sorted through the material which we discovered that Lowe's has sent a couple incorrect pieces which got worked out when I went back to the store. I think originally the job kind of took a life of it's own; not because of Stewart but because the materials were not quite matching up to the material information sheets. Stewart made the best of it though and got the porch rail system installed. It is very sturdy and looks very nice. I have already had several compliments.

.My experience was positive from beginning to end. I will certainly call Stewart in future for handyman jobs.

Stewart did a great job on the repairs and on the painting. He doesn't take shortcuts and it shows. He is meticulous and thoughtful.He shows up every day and works all day long. We were very pleased with the job that Stewart did and thought that the price was extremely reasonable. The total price included the paint and any wood and supplies. Stewart picked everything up and charged us when he was finished.

Stewart was great. Very professional, prompt and cleaned up after the project was completed. A great guy, would highly recommend.

Stewart came out to check what work was needed to repair my door and deck, then submitted an estimate very quickly. He came out on the day and time scheduled to do the repairs. He finished the repairs quickly and did a good job.

Being a small job it took a while for him to get to it but when it was finished it looked very professional and was exactly what I wanted.

Stewart was prompt and did the work in a timely fashion. He was helpful in explaining what needed to be done and what did not need to be done. I wasn't going to need him to do the dirt portion but when I broke my ankle and wasn't able to do the work, he did it with no hesitation. I will be hiring him again to do other jobs for me.

I called this man for some wood rot repair for some columns on railings to be rebuilt and replaced. He said he gave estimates on Sundays and I explained that I would not be here but my 2 college age girls could show him the project. First off he was an hour and a half late. My daughter called me afterwards and was very frustrated she said he walked out on the one roof and stated, this is not safe to walk on without checking anything and then stated he would not do the work and when she asked if he would like to see the other area he said no, and that was that. She said she was alarmed at how rude he was, and as a side note my children have been raised to be respectful and polite.I called him when I got home and asked if he even noted that the roof was a metal roof it had been inspected and did indeed pass inspection and then my phone went dead. I called back and asked if we were disconnected and he said "no" that he had hung up on me.

He was good. He was responsive and helpful. He was willing to do what I wanted done.

I called and left a message , he kindly returned the call 3 days later, without informing me that he was unable to take new clients. He asked where I lived, he was informed...then asked the exact location of my residence (I informed him it was between 2 major streets). After which he then said (what sounded like a clear screening process on his part) that unfortunately he was weeks out and unable to meet or provide any services. It came across as rude and and demeaning. If in fact he was unable to provide services he should have said so as we started speaking but didn't have the courtesy to do so. He wanted to know what work was warranted and where my residence was located before denying my desire to meet or even offering a quote ....waisting my time.

Stuart does a great job. He's always on time and doesn't waste any time getting the job done. Quality of work is always good.

He was very polite and professional. He did a good job and took his time and did it right. He did good work. I would probably use them again. His price was very fair.

Went very well, right on time and the 3 small projects were done very well. Stewart knows what he is doing and seems very prepared.

I called Stewart Bunn to build a support system inside a TV "cubby hole" so that we could attach mounting hardware for a flat screen TV. Stewart kept saying " well normally you just mount them to a wall". When I continued to explain the setup he finally just said it wasn't worth his time to come out. I disagree, he just didn't want to make any effort to understand the concept. Summary = old curmudgeon that had no interest in listening or dealing with a woman.

I was having a problem on my front door and I tried everything to get it repaired and so I called him and he got the job done. He did a good job.

I called and he refused to bid my job. He said he was backed up 6 weeks. I was willing to wait. He asked for my location a few times. I got the impression that my location was the main reason he didn't want to give me an estimate. At least he was professional and straightforward.
