Mark was very professional and worked with to do only what we needed to have done. Was very reasonable priced. They did a quality work. We would recommend Quality Septic & Sewer, Inc to anyone needing their main sewer line replaced.

The project was completed in a very professional manner. They showed up at scheduled time and was completed within six hours time span. Final project turned out great! Would highly recommend.

They suggested I have a man who specializes in drain cleaning to look at the issue. They use him exclusively (I think) to perform a "look-see" prior to their looking at the problem. The man they recommended told me I did NOT need a new sewer and gave me his recommendations to rid myself of the tree roots. Quality Septic saved me several thousand dollars by sending their front man to verify the need for them to come out and give me an estimate. IF I do need sewer service in the future, Quality is the company I will call. I admire their honesty and also the honesty of the drain cleaner that helped me understand why I didn't need a new sewer at this time.

They inspected the system, but couldn't find the problem. They recommended a plumber they used that could visually inspect the line with a camera. This still didn't ID the problem, so I had the septic tank pumped and inspected (Quality Septic and Sewer did not have the equipment to do either of these). The cause is still not totally identified, but suspect that there may have been some issues with the previous home that was demolished before this one was built. If the problem continues, major excavation will be needed. That is in limbo at the moment. All in all, very satisfied with the services provided. Quality Septic and Sewer has my highest recommendation for customer service, honesty and responsiveness.

Mark called me 2 minutes after I filled out the HomeAdvisor work order, his estimate was less then half of the previous estimate. He started work right when he said he would and worked past sundown to complete the job...Were VERY HAPPY!!

I had a a main sewer line break on a weekend and found Mark and Utilities Excavating through the HomeAdvisor service. His promptness to responding was incredible as he called back while I was still on the phone with HomeAdvisor! He was responsive, professional, efficient and very reasonably priced compared to other estimates I had. He was able to be at my home early on a Monday morning and had the work completed by noon without major disruptions to my day or my yard. I would definitely recommend Mark and Utilities Excavating for any work that someone needed!

When I learned that our main sewer line (clay tile/installed in about 1966) needed to be replaced, I sought 6 estimates. Mark Shepard's pricing was clearly the best value (and one of the lower estimates) because of his expertise. He is the past president of the Kansas Small Flows Assoc., a professional trade organization that maintains standards for septic system contractors. He and his other primary backhoe operator have won state competitions for their ability to deftly operate their equipment. The work was done in April. I wanted to test the line for several months. No problems! Great job!!
