Description of Work: New soles and heels were put on a pair of good shoes I had for about 10 years, Rockports. They look and feel as good as new. I will have a few more good years with them. Also a pair of shoes needed a button replaced. I believe the owner's name was Henry. He was very helpful and said if he couldn't fix them he would not charge. He succeeded on a very "iffy" job. I was very pleased. The shoes were ready when promised and for what was done I felt the price was reasonable.
