I called about slow drains in one of our bathrooms, and I figured that since someone would come out, I'd have them swap out a faucet in that bathroom too. The plumber was very nice, but immediately said that we'd need to call a drain company for the drains and referred me to A-1 in Shawnee. OK...but the slow drains were the reason I called Neal Harris in the first place. So, since I was already going to have to pay $99 for the trip, I just had him do the faucet. I wish they had told me when I booked the job that they don't do drains.

He cleaned it for free. One person came out and it took less than an hour. He was real nice and he left the care cleaner than he came. He showed up on schedule.

He did excellent work. I went through Diamond. That is who I used. I don't get the price. It is between them and Costco. It was excellent quality for all the stuff they did. They were very punctual. The price was beneficial after all the discounts. It came out to be a good price.

They were very professional and they got the job done in a timely manner.

The sales person promised us that services would be included which were not. When the installation team arrived at my home they were downright rude and treated me like I was a complete idiot. When I mentioned what the sales person had promised they laughed and said that was not included. There was no discussion or attempting to contact the sales rep - they just left. A few weeks later, we turned on our air conditioning to find that they had not connected to drainage tubing correctly. It flooded our brand new furnace and out over our basement floor. Again the serviceman was quite rude and said that it was not related to the installation and that I was lucky I didn't get charged for this visit. I will never ever call them again. I've had far better service with a competing company. If you are getting ready to drop 6grand on a new system, please go elsewhere.

The techs (Nick V. #352 and Justin S. #356) showed up promptly, got right to work and finished in just 3 hours. They were professional, friendly, respectful to me, my home and my pets. I would recommend Neal Harris to any of my friends or family. And I would gladly welcome Nick and Justin back into my home.

Jacob S.(#413) , James S. and Kyle S. installed our systems and they could not have been more thoughtful about taking care of our home as if it were their own. When dust from the old system got on the carpet, they immediately pointed it out and arranged for carpet cleaning service. The systems work great and Neal Harris has been wonderful providing follow-up service to ensure we get the rebates to which we are entitled and making sure we are 100% satisfied with the systems. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The team of professionals from Neal Harris provided excellent service throughout the entire process. From the start, Sales Consultant Austin Green was very knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns, and patient as we met at my home 3 times to confirm the scope of work in great detail. On the 3rd visit, Austin was accompanied by the Installation Manager (James) to ensure all challenges of the job scope were handled correctly by the installation crew. The Installation Crew (Todd S., Jordan H., and Justin S.) was fantastic! This team of professionals was skillful, careful, courteous, and very efficient. The installation work inside and outside was excellent. The outside removal and replacement of the AC unit was done very carefully and professionally. The new Lennox AC unit, pad, electrical, and copper lines all look better than what was in place prior. Inside, the furnace, iComfort thermostat, humidifier, gas and water lines, and duct work is PERFECT. Special recognition and compliments to Todd (and James) for the plenum box and PTO's. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! BOTTOM LINE - All of my concerns were addressed and the final product EXCEEDED EXPECTATATIONS! The Neal Harris Team of Service Experts certainly earned this positive review.

Purchase and Install went with a hitch, the only issue was with follow-up for KCPL energy rebate. Two of the people that handled my installation, the salesman and service manager, are no longer with the company, so the paperwork was not submitted. It took several phone calls and e-mails, and many months before I finally received my rebate check.

We have an annual contract that's around $180 for air and heating. Normally we give them "A's" but the guy we had last time wasn't too swift. Not what I call super-great. They've sent out much better ones. They just come in and do their thing. I don't babysit them.

The installers showed up when they were supposed to and were very professional and pleasant to interact with. The salesperson was also very good when explaining our options and answering questions. Techs: Todd S and Adam C 247406

It went very well. The Tech Jason T #351 did an excellent job in getting the job done, supervising his workers, etc. They removed the original gravity furnace from our home and replaced it taking us into the 21st century. They were very knowledgeable and exhibited expertise in the removal of the old furnace.

When my old furnace gave up the ghost, I got bids on replacing it and the old AC and water heater at the same time. Costco had a special deal on, and when I got bids from 3 companies, the Costco option, installed by Neal Harris, was the one that made the most sense. It took a couple of days to get it all done, in part because they found a creative way to route some ductwork to a room that had never had direct heat or AC (it had depended on getting it from the vent in the nearby hallway, supplemented with a room AC). The techs we worked with were Jason T (#351) and Jordan H (#416), and they were solid, and the guy who set it all up was John Cooney. Great job all around.

From the sales consultation to the final installation the communication was good and efficient. The process was explained fully from the beginning and there were no surprises, or extra fees/charges. My installation team: Todd S., Kyle W, Jacob S and Josh S were efficient and punctual. Todd explained the installation in the morning and followed up during the day with updates. The team put down rugs through the house and cleaned up after it was all finished.

We had trouble with my existing wiring, but Jason T and James S came over and got it done. The first group, Alfonso J and Adam, worked all day on a Saturday only to get stopped by one 28 Gauge wire that was shorted. All these guys were very professional. I am extremely happy with my new furnace and AC and would recommend this company to anyone venturing into getting their climate control replaced.

The technician was wonderful but they overbooked him and knew it. His partner was in a training class so they were aware he would be working alone. They told me someone had called in sick, which is why my guy was working alone. My time slot was 8 - 10 am and he arrived at 2. I called twice to see where he was and they misrepresented the wait time twice. I'm not happy with this company's back office.

They man they sent out was bad. He didn't know what he was doing.

Good, thought they were high priced but didn't check around so they may be "normal".

The repairman, whose name is Dalton, came out, checked things out and found that we were low on Freon. He offered a line check to see where the leak is, but waited as we looked through our old receipts to see when we last had it filled. It must be a very slow leak because it was five years ago. We declined the line check (they are about $400) so he just added Freon. That stuff is expensive! Good thing we only need it every 5 years! Dalton was a very nice and professional young man.

Neal Harris changed out a defective condenser and evaporator as part of our cooling system. The technicians arrived on time and was able to complete the service in a reasonable time. The technicians were courteous, they also assisted in identifying areas of the duct work that could be improved upon so that we could maximize the current capability of the new syste

I have worked with them for 25 years and they have always done me right. They were on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves and I have had no problems.
