They didn't show up for 2 appointments over the last 2 years. No call to let me know they were late. I waited 6 hours before a call on one visit. Prices are higher than anyone else. They cancelled my service agreement at my request but still after 2 months have not refunded my money that they promised. Sending emails every 2-3 weeks still no response. Save your money and your time.

They told me it would cost over 2000 dollars to repair my AC and said it would be advisable to replace it instead for 6000-9000 dollars. Thank goodness I called another company that located the issue in 5 minutes and fixed it for under 300. Don’t fall for their scam tactics where they prey on customers by sending out 2 people to double team you into spending major money when a simple repair is all that is needed.

October 2020 reached out to Neal Harris based on reviews and TV ads to service our AC. Decided on the initial call that the cost of a service visit that getting their service plan made sense. Came out and discovered that our AC unit was bad and that our furnace unit was going out as well. They presented a plan for replacement...way too expensive. Compared their purchase option to a competitor and saved thousands of dollars. I asked that they cancel my service plan. Stated they would. I was told there was no charge for today's visit. Later I received a bill $139 questioned it. The person on their call center stated they would look into this for me. I had to follow up three times and was told to hold off paying the bill. Still was not getting a clear answer. Finally, today was told they charged me for a service call and they failed to cancel my service plan...billed me three times. I paid what was essentially for an estimate for repair and was billed three times for their service plan on top. My advice take your business somewhere else. The Advantage Program in my opinion is a Rip Off. You will pay for a furnace for several years, then they will want you to renew the program. Yes it eliminates a big upfront bill. However, its a better investment to refinance your home at a lower rate, pay once and not pay twice as much for HVAC.

In and out in 45 minutes. Tech had all the proper equipment.

The technician was ver professional and friendly. He took time to explain what he would be doing and subsequent to the service, he explained what he did and the condition of my unit. Micheal is very thorough which I like. I would request Micheal Loya again.

Service tech was very efficient. He answered questions and made recommendations for our consideration. The work was timely and will help us evaluate whether to repair or replace the existing furnace.

Went well. Technician David Lickteig gave very good advice and shared some interesting facts that no one ever told me about my HVAC system.

Quotes me $800 for a furnace repair and tried to sell me a new furnace. Santa Fe came out and fixed it for $400 and did not try to upsell me. Neil Harris only wants to sell new equipment, are borderline dishonest. And charged they a hundred bucks! I've heard they've changed a lot since they were purchased by one of the national groups that plays this game.

My heat went out on Sunday. I called on Monday morning and they fit me into the first time slot. The technician came out promptly and fixed the problem. I was very appreciative that they got out there so quickly

They're always prompt. They always call when they're on the way. When they're done they always explain everything they did during the tune-up, whether it's an air conditioning tune-up or a furnace tune-up. I can ask them questions and they will answer it in a way that I understand it.

I have a service contract with them, they come out twice a year. I have a service contract with them, it's like $140 year for each visit, so I guess it's $70. Well, I've been using them for over 25 years. Generally, I've been satisfied with them. They're always prompt.

All services provided went well. Service technicians were professional and clean. They are quick to respond when needed.

The entire team was excellent. The air conditioning went out on a Sunday. The sales consultant was there that afternoon. The installation team was there at 8:30 a.m. the next day, Monday. No problems occurred. The entire unit was up and running in about 6.5 hours. They were conscientious, considerate and clean.
