Description of Work: I ordered Neal Harris HVAC services in the spring for AC and fall for furnace check up. This was back in May or so, my AC had frozen up. when they got to my house and we talked for a minute it occurred to me that I still had a home warrenty as we had just moved into this 20yr old home in February. |so, they "saved" my purchase for this fall and next spring, even though they actually did drive to my house. |Not many companies would do that so I'm very impressed.

Description of Work: HVAC inspection and tune up. Service person said I needed a new AC compressor with an estimated cost of $2700 and then suggested it is probably best to just purchase a new AC unit. Used another company to check out the AC compressor and they found no problem with it.

Description of Work: I purchased the service on 7/21 for "Buy One A/C Precision Tune-Up, Get a Furnace Tune-Up FREE!" by Neal Harris Service Experts. The servicemen only did the tune-up for A/C and they declined to do the Furnace Tune-up saying the 99 USD I paid is ONLY for A/C tune-up and does not include the furnace tune-up.

Description of Work: annual checkup of air conditioner. Checkup always is very thorough and professional, but I do wish they would stop trying to sell me things that I can't afford. I know I need insulation in the attic, and I know I need more freon in my air conditioner, but I can only afford what I can afford and it seems like everytime they come, they add more things that I "need" that I can't afford. They're always courteous, professional, but money can only be stretched so far.
