Description of Work: On July 20, 2016 at 7:30, I contacted the Neal Harris service experts that my air conditioner was not cooling the house. My information was taken. I waited and called at 9:10 and allied again. The person answering the telephone stated they would still be coming. I called again and was told they had tried to call means they wouldn't come. I explained I explained I had not been contacted. Then she stated they couldn't make it. I asked what happened to the twenty-four hour service. The agent just kept saying they couldn't come out now. I am inclined to think that due to my address this company would not help me due to my address. Yes racism is very much alive.

Description of Work: Found another ac/heating for less the price and also a+ FOR HIM. P&l MECHANICAL LLC, plus he worked on the holiday weekend, we found that out when we lived in Tucson, Arizona. Everyone is off for the weekends.

Description of Work: I have had a long term relationship with Neal Harris. They installed my last A/C & Furnace roughly 15 years ago & have maintained it since. My Heat went out Dec 1. The diagnosis was for extensive and costly repairs. They got the unit going again with spare parts until I could discuss options with the sales staff. I ended up replacing both the A/C and furnace with new units. They were easy to work with, professional, courteous, clean and fast. I had the new units installed and everything back to normal the next day. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
