Description of Work: I scheduled Neal Harris Heating to have my furnace inspected to take advantage of their $79.00 special. The scheduled date was one week after I called and the date was October 20th between 12 & 2 PM. On the day of the appointment, they called to say they would be 2 hours late. A hour later, they called and said that they would need to reschedule and my new appointment date would be November 20th. I informed them that it was too far into the future and I needed an earlier appointment. They eventually said they could arrive on November 7th over 2 weeks later than my original appointment. That was the best they could do. I then told them to cancel.

 + -1 moreNEW 3.5 TON LENNOX AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM INSTALLED. WE WERE ALREADY PREFERRED CUSTOMERS, HAVING THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PACKAGE. OUR 15 YEAR OLD A/C WENT OUT ON THE WEEKEND. WE CALLED MONDAY MORNING AND THERE WAS A TECHNICIAN HERE BY THAT AFTERNOON. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR, AND WE ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE SYSTEM. WE CHOSE THE REPLACEMENT AND THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. EXCELLENT COMPANY. PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS. RECOMMENDED BY NEIGHBORS TWO YEARS AGO WHEN WE MOVED HERE, AND WE ARE GLAD THEY DID. THEY ARE THE BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

TESTING FOUND THE THERMOSTAT WAS OFF FOUR DEGREES AND AS IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, REPLACED IT AT NO COST FOR THE THERMOSTAT. CHARGE WAS ONLY FOR LABOR AND THE SERVICEMAN FURTHER TESTED TO BE SURE ALL WAS WORKING PROPERLY.
