JT from Neal Harris arrived and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem and showed me the parts that had failed. She gave me the prices for the repair of the two malfunctioning parts. Due to the high cost, she suggested that we might consider a replacement of the furnace instead of the costly repair . When we decided to consider that option, she contacted a representative of Neal Harris who arrived within the hour. To give us time to consider the options, but to also provide us with air conditioning JT hooked up a temporary repair part and had us up and running within a short time. JT explained everything and was efficient and professional

Facing a costly repair to our existing furnace to have it functioning for our a/c, we decided to consider replacing it with a newer model. Our Neal Harris technician, JT, contacted John H. and he arrived at our home within an hour of first contact. After looking at our current unit and assessing our needs, John presented us with our options. He thoroughly explained each furnace option in clear and easy to understand terms; along with the pricing and options for payments. There was never any pressure on his part for us to go with the replacement as opposed to repair our current furnace, nor did he pressure us to consider any particular unit. He left the information with us and told us to contact him with any questions that we might have. When considering a major investment like a furnace, it's nice to have someone who is so knowledgeable and non-pressuring to work with at these times. John was very professional and informative.

The coolant was low - again. J. T. found a leak in the coils. We discussed replacing the coils vs just adding coolant every year. After J.T. explained both options, we decided to replace the coils. She was very patient and professional in answering all of our questions. She displayed a thorough understanding of our heating/cooling system.

Great. Working late at night in the dark, Jeffrey totally fixed the problem. These guys are real pros and will get the job done right. They arrive promptly, when they say they will, and ALWAYS fix the issue. highly recommend.

Great! Chris Hovde was here promptly, when he said he would be here, was courteous & neat, spent plenty of time diagnosing both units, took care to thoroughly clean out both units, totally explained all of the issues, and did an overall super job. These guys are the best.

Houston was very professional and explained step by step how he eliminated possible issues that could have been with HVAC system. Once he did that, he ran tests on the thermostat and determined that the thermostat indeed went bad and explained my options. Very nice, pleasant service technician.

Service was great. They were prompt, no hidden fees, they did not stick me with a dented furnace that arrived first, and went to Home Depot when they needed an extra part. They were extremely professional. I hired them through Costco. I will use them again.

I have a service agreement with Neal Harris for several years and use them. I think they're overpriced, but they're good.

We have them come twice a year for the air and the furnace. In July they come and look at the air conditioner I've used them for probably 25 years.

We recieved a great system at an incredible price. They were able to get the work done in 1 day. From sales to services, all people were very professional and courteous. They explained all of the new tech things with the new system and told me how to get the best comfort for the lowest monthly cost out of my system. And my home feels great!!! So Cozy!

They were punctual. They did everything professional. They did everything correct. I was very happy with them. Their price was great. Our air conditioner just went out and we had to fix that. They were basically out the next day and they did a very good job. I was very happy with that. I would give them an A for this service, but because of the last time that we dealt with them I don't think I would use them again.

A pipe had fallen down and basically what needed to happen was the pipe needed to be put back up. I had them come out and work because of the outside unit and they had put in the humidifier I figured they had worked on my furnace. The guy comes in and he said no we took pictures, we didn't work on the particular part. I said can you fix this. He said I was going to need a new this, that and the other. I asked if he was sure because it just looked like the pipe fell down and just needs to be put back up. He just basically wouldn't listen to anything I had to say and tried to sell me a $1400 or $1800 brand new unit. I was not happy with them, especially after having another guy come in who is certified, took a look at it and said I just needed the pipe hooked up and everything else was fine. I told this provider to go ahead and schedule me for an appointment after he came out to look at it because I don't want to be screwed out of having to wait a week or 2. I called him back and said hold off on the appointment I'm going to get bids. I had another company come in it and he looked at said I was fine. He asked if I was getting heat and I said yes. He said I'm fine. It sounds fine, it looks fine, the only that that is a problem is this pipe needs to be tightened and fixed and put back correctly. He asked why they didn't fix it. I don't understand why they didn't fix it. He just tried to sell me something and refused to actually take a look at how to fix it. So it ended up being a $200 fix as opposed to a $1400-$1800 fix. that just makes me mad. It took the other guy 5 minutes to say you're fine, you just need this. I doubt I would ever use Neal Harris again just because of that. Everything about this experience was an F. I was not happy with them. They were supposed to call me a half an hour beforehand that way if you're at work you have time to get there. I pull up for lunch and he's sitting in front of my house. So it just started off that way. I was not happy.

Two people come out to do the work. It takes them two hours to do the work. The workers treated me very professionally. They are always dressed in uniforms, and are very punctual and do a good job. You would not even know they are here. They wear covering on their shoes, put tarps down where they are working and clean up the area.

I have a continuing plan with them that I pay for monthly and have 2 service check ups a year. One person came out to do the service. He did everything that needed to be done and he done it quickly. He didn't try to over sell anything.

NH "did what they promised from start, performance and closure." It began with Justin Turner. A pleasure from start to finish. Justin has been in the trenches. He brought that unique aspect, experience & knowledge to determine what would best fit my application, budget and needs. I ask many questions and Justin made sure all were answered completely. Made multiple trips to explain everything & finalize. Ryan Butler [plumber] did an outstanding job installing the propane line. Very helpful and patient with questions I had. Techs Jason #351 and Todd #34 brought decades of experience and know how to the installation. Innovative and flexible. Just a top-notch and comprehensive installation. No matter the challenge. Jordan also provided great help and quality as well. One may purchase the best HVAC system available but...without a full quality, comprehensive & appropriate installation...one ends up behind the eight ball from day one.

They're professional and thorough. They do quality work.

They got professional acting service people. I think the prices are a little bit expensive. I pay $189 for both the spring and the fall check.
