Our technician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and just as quickly was able to repair our A/C. He also re-checked the pressures in our system and told us that they were normal and not low like a previous technician had told us.

Great. This was their periodic maintenance program. Chris was very diligent in explaining everything he did and made recommendations about the replacement of my filters.

Chris and Logan were professional and courteous. After finishing the furnace checkup, they discussed what they did, what they found and suggested cleaning the humidifier pad. My questions were answered and as I stated they discussed the checkup - they did not just tell me "the work was done and left". It was evident they took their work seriously. Chris completed my air conditioning system checkup this past spring and was pleased to see him return for the furnace.

First, I called after hours so a service picked up and told Chris I had A/C issues. That was frustrating but Chris handled it like a pro. Even though he wasn't a plumber, he stopped the leak. He was nice, professional, communicative and I'd be happy to use him again.

Once they got bought out, their service really deteriorated and it's not what it used to be. They really botched the job. They didn't do a good job on it, so I'll never use them again. They're overpriced and they don't do an adequate job.

Amazing!! We made the first phone call to Neal Harris on Tuesday late afternoon to report our air conditioner wasn't working. They had a technician (Derek) at our home within 3 hours. He arrived at 8 pm on that sweltering, hot evening and said it appeared the compressor had blown on our 15 year old unit. We have had a service contract with Neal Harris for several years and they had serviced our furnace and air conditioner and had made repairs also. We were aware of the issues we were dealing with because of the honesty and integrity of the various service technicians that had been in our home over the years. The next morning (Wednesday) we met with Justin T and he recommended an energy efficient heating and cooling system to meet our needs and budget. He was very knowledgeable and professional and since we had been loyal customers of Neal Harris, made sure we were on their very full schedule for installation on Friday morning. Richard H and another technician arrived promptly Friday morning and began the removal of the old furnace and air conditioner and the installation of the new units. Both technicians were very professional and friendly. We had an unexpected power outage in Liberty that Friday afternoon and even with that unfortunate interruption we were starting to cool off with our brand new air conditioner by the end of the afternoon. Dick Bernard of Neal Harris Service Experts was recommended by a neighbor, and we called Dick and set up an appointment. Dick was easy to reach and on time and spent a lot of time with us explaining all the options, rebates, and equipment. Dick's product knowledge was really great, and he either answered his phone or responded quickly to voice mail or email when we had questions. We got another bid from a competitor and we looked at Consumer Reports and we talked with others, but Dick's product (Lennox), knowledge, and price were all better in our opinion. Dick arranged for prompt installation and the installers arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and courteous, and they finished the installation early. The two new units have been working perfectly during the terrible hot weather we've been having, and the multi-stage units we bought really do a better job with humidity than our old single stage units, just as Dick told us they would. We are very, very satisfied with the entire experience from our first contact with Dick and Neal Harris.

Chris was very thorough and found some issues and explained them in detail. He also had suggestions that will maintain our units longer. He did not have all the parts he needed on the truck but will return tomorrow with them.

To Neal Harris Heating, AC and Plumbing and COSTCO--I'm advising people NOT to use your services. We bought a complete Heating and AC system from you through Costco and all we've had is trouble, techs who couldn't fix anything, and, of course, heating and cooling that only worked for a month or sometimes a couple of weeks at a time. We have tried to reach your management to contact us. Not a lot of luck. Right now, no AC and the tech, who was good but couldn't get the system running, told us we couldn't get anyone else out until after the weekend. So that's no AC on FRI, SAT & SUN and possibly the rest of the week because it's a holiday week. SHAME on you, Neal Harris and COSTCO.

They install was great.. All the technicians were plea sent to work with and very knowagble of their product.

Mr. Ludvicek represented Neal Harris well. He did a great job checking out everything and explaining how the system is supposed to work. My next door neighbor has been having problem with his A/C system and I have been bragging about the quality products & service I received from Neal Harris. While Mr. Ludvicek was here, my neighbor talked to him and left a very positive impression. After Mr. Ludvicek left, my neighbor advised he was going to contact Neal Harris about replacing his A/C. Mr. Ludvicek has provided service to my system in the past and he is always welcome back--I consistently receive great service from him and would recommend him to anyone.

I am writing for the several services we have received from Neal Harris since last summer. Our water heater started to leak and immediately Neal Harris scheduled us the visit. Diagnosis and suggestion were really efficient, and we were given several options to make informed decision. The technician patiently answer small questions and explained pros/cons of each options. We were also interested in whole house water softener/purifier system and we got Halo system installed. Water heater replacement, and Halo system installation went smoothly. After the installation, the technician checked around the plumbing and caught a leak and he fixed it on site as well for us. Another recent visit was for the leak problem. Again, service call was answered and immediately we got a schedule on the same day (actually 20 min). We replaced the 20-yrs old vanity faucets and valves. The problem was solved and the site was cleaned after the work and everything look great. As for the contracted HVAC maintenance, we always got the technician come in on time, and work is done professionally, and received detailed report and explained the check point very clearly. We would use Neal Harris service in any plumbing or HVAC problem.

Unlike other technicians, Chris Hovde took the time to inspect the system well and actually partially disassembled the system to further inspect a potential problem. The work took longer than expected, only because he was thorough. The company needs more technicians like Chris. If you'd like a great job done, ask for him. Further, as a veteran he ensured that a veteran discount be granted when renewing the service contract for another year.
