Technicians Matt Byrd (#43) and Adam Grasser (#71) were professional, efficient and systematic in their work. We are very pleased with the end result.

The tech, Jeffery, ticket # 199969, called ahead and showed up on time. The AC check & Service was completed and my questions regarding the status of the equipment were answered and additional information that I requested on services was provided and followed up upon by the home office. I'm a big fan of their Plus Agreement and have participated in this plan for many years it is a real value.

The technician ( Jeffery #201240) arrived on time and immediately started the tune up. He answered all of the questions/concerns that I had. He informed me that the UV lamp needed to be replaced on a yearly basis. This was not explained to me when the lamp unit was originally installed. I was informed it only had to be replaced on an as needed basis. I was able to locate the manual and found him to be accurate. He made the necessary checks in the furnace/AC unit and then checked the heat pump. I was very impressed with him due to his being courteous and professional. He also provided suggestions on other future repairs..

For the HVAC, I will use them again. For the plumbing, it took the plumber 3 visits for me to get the plumber to find the leak. He kept insisting there was no leak and making me thinking i was crazy. I had to pay 500 dollars for dehumidification due to this error. However, to there credit, I will say that they didn't charge me for the repair of the leak. They ripped up my check for the repair of the leak. Manager was professional, however, the plumber was the knit whit.

It went extremely well. The inspection was performed by Lora #195178 in a very professional manner and to my complete satisfaction. I have used Neal Harris for years and have always been satisfied with their work.

Jeffrey, the technican whose number is 199194, performed a thorough inspection of the air conditioning system. We also renewed a 1 year maintenance agreement with Neal Harris for 159.00. Jeffrey also rested our CO2 detector, the flue vent and the insulation in our attic. I highly recommend Neal Harris.

The technician Jeffery # 199086 went through all the systems and checked them out. He was very thorough and completely explained what he did. He also showed me some concerns with my aging units. It has been fine. They seem to know what they are doing. The AC is fine.

On a Wednesday, a Service Experts technician during the yearly A/C maintenance informed me that my current system needed R-22 (freon) added and charged again this year (due to a slow leak). He said that the EPA was going to stop allowing the manufacturing of freon, so the price was going up. Because of this and since he said I needed a new fan motor, humidifier filter, interior lead lines (moldy), etc., I decided to get a new A/C system with more efficient filtration. The technician had showed me an Air Bear filter and told me about its benefits and the use of UV lights to keep mold from growing. I asked if a salesman could come out that day, which he did. The salesman told me about the different systems, the Air Bear filters, UV lights, and went over pricing with me. I agreed to get a new system. He took measurements and set up an appointment time. On that Friday, two installers came and installed the new system. They arrived about 9 a.m. and left at about 6 p.m. All of the employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They were polite, answered my questions, and were responsive to my preferences...what time they arrived, not blocking the driveway, cleaned up afterwards, where I wanted the new exterior unit located, etc. They even put a carpet rug down on the stairs to catch dirt from their shoes. They tested the unit, and it seemed to run fine. Since it has been cold and rainy, I haven't used it yet. If needed, I have an extended warranty to cover anything when it gets warmer and I will be using my new A/C unit on a regular basis.

We have been using Neal Harris for the past 12 years for all our heating and air conditioning needs. The service they provide is top notch. Corey ( #196050), technician #254 was the latest technician to come to our home for our Spring tune up. He was the utmost professional technician that we have seen yet. He took extra time to explain what he was doing and why. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Corey seemed to be happy about his job, and it showed in his performance and interaction with me. It is good to know that Neal Harris employs such bright enthusiastic employees. It is just one more reason that I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use Neal Harris for our heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

The technician's name was Jeffrey #198236. He checked the air conditioner portion inside the home in the basement area for filter cleaning and if it needed changed (which it did not), reviewed temperature settings, thermostat control, checked outside unit for pressures, etc. He also cleaned the outside unit with the hose. Updated the books and entered the work done today. I would rate Jeffrey as one of the best techs they have sent to do my service. I will request him as the service person on my next check-up for the heating system in the fall. Not all techs are equal ----Jeffrey is one of the better. He also checked the carbon dioxide detection units I purchased only six months ago. He tested them to be sure they were working properly. Jeffrey was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. That being the reason we would request his services in the fall.

She identified repairs that needed consideration for replacement and gave estimate for cost and option for replacement (ie that if we waited we did not have to be at home for professional to replace parts recommended).

The problem with the leaking AC motor was clearly explained - it could not be determined how long before the old motor might fail. The Tech explained the options and pricing for replacement and approximate time frame for completion. We accepted the recommendation and have scheduled motor replacement. The Neal Harris Service Experts Tech person is Lora # 198726.

Jeffrey #197566 was very knowledgable and thorough with his work. Covererd more areas than any tech before. Even checked attic for CO problems. Gave very good analysis of system. Very professional. I highly recommend him.

Technician Lora #198195 arrived on time, explained what she was going to do and was respectful of my property. Lora explained about the phase out of freon and what that would mean for me in the future. I have been a long time customer of Neal Harris and have always found their technicians to be reliable, trustworthy, friendly, and helpful. I would say that Lora was definitely among the very best. Thank you, Lora, and thank you, Neal Harris. I look forward to many more years of keeping my heating, cooling, and plumbing systems up and running smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

Tech Lora, (#197438), was very professional and efficient during the inspection and tune-up of my air-conditioning unit. She explained every step of the process in a friendly manner and made appropriate recommendations for future safety concerns.

Had an excellent experience all the way around. I have used Neal Harris Service Experts for several years for routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and plumbing. Recently needed major repairs on 2 furnace and AC units. Neal Harris Service Experts quoted repairs vs replacement. Since the existing equipment was 28 years old I elected to replace rather than repair. Brendan Williams was the salesman who came over to go over all of the options. He was very knowledgable and helpful. He quoted several systems from basic systems to top of the line systems. He was able to answer all of my questions and make my decision more informed. I got quotes from 2 other HVAC companies. One of the other quote was also for Lennox equipment and was $3000 more than Service Experts (and didn't offer 10 year warranty on labor as well as parts- which I did get with Neal Harris Service Experts). The other quote was for Trane equipment. It was also more $$ for comparable equipment. The installation of the 2 systems could not have gone better. Matt B, Adam, Andrew, and Shawn D were the 4 installers who installed the 2 systems. They completed the work in 2 days as promised. They hauled off the old equipment, installed the new equipment and cleaned up everything. Very professional install. Much cleaner look that the old system. All of the installers were polite and professional. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. Love the new heater and AC. So much more comfortable than the old. Supposedly will have significant drop in power bills since the furnace is 98% efficient and the AC 23.5 SEER. No data on that yet. The salesman, Brendan, followed up after the install and filled out all of the paperwork for the warranty registration as well as for the Lennox rebates as well as for the government rebates. Made the whole process very easy. Highly recommend Neal Harris Service Experts.!!!
