Description of Work: Ryan Ament at National Bank of Kansas was hands down the best loan handler. He was extremely professional and knew his facts. Ryan went above and beyond, calling on nights and weekends when necessary to get close our loan. We had a need for an urgent loan and closing and Ryan was there every step of the way. Description of Work: Two weeks before closing the bank demanded an extra 5%. Had we known about that requirement we would have borrowed somewhere else. As it was we didn't have time to shop for a new loan. The person apologized profusely, but we still had to come up with an extra $19,000. I refinanced that loan quickly. I don't want to do business with them ever again.
