It went very well with the lender. The associates in both were very knowledgable and the organization made the process streamlined and efficient. We particularly like that they sent a notary who was very organized and profession to our home for the signing of the final documents.

Excellent, everything was done on time. We worked with Jeff and he told everything we had to send him. This was the second time we used National Bank of Kansas City. Jeff answered all our questions and took care of all the paper work.

I have worked with NBKC before and as expected, they did not disappoint to provide excellent service. I checked back in with my previous loan officer, Kirby Hinton, who had received a much deserved promotion, but still took the time to help me get set up and transition me to the loan officer I worked with, Tony McClain. Tony was excellent to work with, answered all my questions and somehow managed to get everything completed even though he was away for the holiday. Kirby and Tony worked hard to help me get the best rate and explain all my options. All of the fees were fair and we ended up closing early. Top notch service from NBKC as always!

They should have better communication. I think they standby what they claim. It was a smooth transaction. They are a decent company to do business with.

It went mostly well. The person who was working on our accounts left and we had someone else pick up the accounts.

I would consider them. I'm still short a little bit on the interest. It wasn't directly their fault but through their process, I'm still short some interest from the prior loan of people. They were satisfactory.

They did fine. They could have more follow-up. Their price and quality of work were good. If I have a need, I'd use them in the future. They are one of the best I've encountered.

We purchased a home with a VA loan through National Bank of Kansas City. Travis Smith far exceeded our expectations and delivered on everything promised. Our rate and terms were by far the best to be found. Travis was excellent in keeping us updated throughout the process and was always professional. We could not be any happier with this experience and will use them again in the future. Also, several people cautioned us against using an "Internet" bank for our home loan. NBOKC is the real deal. Everything was completed within 30 days and ahead of our scheduled closing date. There were no issues and again, this was a VA loan.
