When we moved into our house 4 months ago, he re-keyed 5 locks at a very reasonable price. We have several somewhat unusual, "high-end" locks and he was very knowledgeable about all of them. He was on time, clean, and worked quickly. Four months later, the lock on the door to our garage suddenly broke so that we couldn't open the door from either side (this wasn't a door that he had worked on before). We called him that afternoon, but he couldn't come until the next day. When the agreed upon time passed, my wife called him and he profusely apologized that he had misplaced our message, and he came immediately and fixed it. Because he was late, he refused to charge us anything even though he had driven 15 miles one way to our house. Very professional.

I was really pleased with his responsiveness, honesty and quality of work. We plan on using Jim's Locksmith in the future.

It was great! I had to reschedule the time of day for the estimate and they were very flexible in coming at the new time. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice about how to re-key and gave good tips about home security. He came out at the appointed time and did a good job. He even made me more spare keys than I asked for! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

A couple of years ago Jim's Locksmith installed several door locks in our house, including a handle and lock on the front door. They did a good job at a reasonable price in our opinion. Recently, the front door lock began to have problems. We called up and left a message. Soon after on that day we got a call back. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, called to confirm about a 1/2 hour ahead of time, showed up and fixed the front door lock. We asked the price and the answer was there was no charge. They stood behind their work. Also, Mark was a very pleasant guy with whom to work. We highly recommend them.

We selected this company based on its Angies List ratings. We obtained an estimate over the phone based on a service call and the number of locks to be rekeyed. The technicial showed up on time, worked steadily and finished in 45 minutes. I'd use this company again.

We called on Monday, got an estimate, and made an appointment for Wednesday. Mark showed up right on time and was pleasant, polite and professional. He was done in 30 minutes, even though one of our locks needed a little extra attention. And, he was kind to our overly-curious dogs.

I really liked the gentleman that came out however after he finished with all of the locks and I'm signing my bill he tells me my locks won't last long. Sure enough right after he left one of them broke. He came back out on a Sunday and charged me $25 for fixing the lock even though it would have to be replaced. I wish when he first looked at my locks before re-keying he would have notified me of the condition of my locks so that I could have bought new ones. I ended up just buying all new locks at a home improvement store and installing and re-keying myself - was cheaper in the long run.

I was very pleased with his service. He came out promptly and was very nice to work with. He knew what he was doing.

My wife is a therapist and was available only at ten minutes before the hour. Jim's Locksmith arranged to be at my wife's office parking lot at 10 till the next hour. He was there right on time and very professional. He opened the car.

It was an emergency situation, and he agreed to come approximately a half hour after I called the office. He showed up as promised, very punctually. Within an hour's time he had the locks pulled, had gone back to the shop to re-key them, had come back and reinstalled them. I was extremely impressed. His attitude and his professionalism were outstanding. I would definitely used him again, ideally under better circumstances.

I called Jim's Locksmith on Friday and asked if they could come to my house on Monday. They worked me into their schedule and came to my house first thing Monday morning. Mark was actually a few minutes early! Very courteous and professional.

The locksmith arrived right on time, did his work very efficiently, was friendly and professional and offered advice on locks as I have a lot of locks and doors in the house.

After buying doorknob/deadbolt sets from a hardware store and trying to install them myself, I had difficulty and called Jim. He was kind enough to help me with the project and to offer me some hints about the mechanics of the installation. He was very supportive and cordial during the whole process.

Mark arrived on time and completed the work quickly and cleanly. He offered us an economical solution when he could have charged us much more.

I called one day and the work was done the next day.Mark arrived about 5-10 minutes early for the job. The work was done in a professional manner in about an hour. He was personable and efficient and did a great job. I will use them again.

He came promptly, cleaned up, and did a perfect job on our very old door. Our house was built in the teens and the original doorknob that was malfunctioning would leave an enormous hole in the door due to the large box-type thing inside that was part of the mechanism. He installed something I'd never heard of called a wrap-around that completely covered the large hole and lever-style handles on both sides of the bedroom door.

Repairman came right on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently. He did a good job.

Very professional, called in the AM and setup an appointment in the early afternoon, was on time, fixed the lock -- its working great now. Would use again & recommend.

A gentleman by the name of Paul came out. He was prompt, courteous and got all work done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work that he did.

Locksmith technician was 20 minutes early. He repaired all the installation errors/damage that the door supplier had created when installing Baldwin lock-sets on new exterior doors. My exterior door handle no longer slides side to side. The technician also made good recommendations regarding whether we needed a double or single cylinder lock on the back door. He saved us $48! We will definitely use Jim's Locksmith again if necessary. It was a positive experience.

He came out and looked at the doors, gave me an estimate, and came back a few days later and completed the work. He was professional and on-time.

MARK WAS VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO BOTH ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE FINISH I WANTED IN SCHLAGE HARDWARE AND INSTALLED ALL THE HARDWARE IN A LITTLE OVER TWO HOURS. SOME OF THE KNOBS WERE ORIGINAL TO THE HOUSE, SO REPLACING THEM WASN'T EASY. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR RESPONSIVENESS, PROFESSIONALISM, AND SUPERB WORKMANSHIP.
