He picked up my broken lawnmower (one wheel was already off the lawnmower) an had it repaired in just a few days. He delivered it when it was done and placed it back in my shed. He also provided me with information on how to care for my lawnmower. He was very professional and helpful in repairing my lawnmower quickly. Today I received a followup phone call from Brent checking to see if my mower was giving me any more problems. I reported back to him that it worked perfectly when I mowed the yard the previous weekend. I would definitely recommend this place for repairing lawnmowers.

Brent is a technician that works out of his home. His honesty and integrity and attention to detail is simply not obtainable in almost any service industry you can imagine. The advantage to his home workshop is that you don't have to pay the overhead of a storefront, employee payroll, etc. I took my high-end Toro lawn mower in for a tune and oil change but he actually could and start it up when I got there. As it turned that it needed several parts, a new battery, oil exchange tube and everything short of a rebuild. At the end he actually did several things that most repair shops wouldn't bother with including clean the machine completely, provide a folder with serial numbers part numbers and maintenance information and then finally a follow-up phone call a few days later to make sure it was running well. because of how impressive the service was I asked him if he rebuilt any other machines or appliances. Unfortunately he just focuses on lawnmowers and small tractors. I can say that after 40 years of having lawnmowers and tractors repaired I've never had a more attentive detail oriented and speedy service ever. I will never have to ever use anyone else.

He did what he said he was going to do. I would recommend him to others.

He was awesome to work with and was really informative and fair when helping us pick a lawn mower, and for a great price! He included tips and a warranty through the summer on the machine. We are very impressed and pleased with this service. I would highly recommend and plan on returning to him for all our lawn mower needs! :)

Brent was so nice. He had to put up with my temper because I didn't believe him at first when he told me what was wrong with my mower. He showed me how to take better care of my mower and he had it running again, with his jerry-rig in no time. When he ordered the side chute he checked in with me to let me know what the status of the order was. I'm not Christian and I think Brent is, but he didn't hurt anybody with his comment that Jesus is his boss. I'd call him again in half a second if I needed a lawn mower repair.

My experience was really good. He was very knowledgable. He was SO nice - as I am located around the corner from him, he offered to come pick up the lawn mowers. For the time of year and the amount of work that needed to be done on them, I think they were done in a very reasonable amount of time. He was always very responsive to questions and phone calls. Additionally, after they fixed and returned the Craftsman, it ended had a bad carb kit put in it and quite working. Brent came right out and picked it up again and put another carb kit in it and returned it in a very reasonable amount of time. A couple of weeks later, my lawnmower quite working again. Irritated that I have to go back AGAIN to Brent and have him fix it, I called him and let him know what was going on and that I was very unhappy. I left the message on his voicemail and he called me back in less than 10 minutes! Not only that, but he was at my house in less than an hour. It turns out my husband was mowing way too low and it was clogging up the blade, causing the problems. I was so mortified - I gave Brent a huge apology. He was so awesome and patient. He knew it wasn't his work, but went out, fixed it, and educated my husband on how to mow. I will definitely be using him again.

I called and left a message to fix our riding lawn mower. I was excited to have someone come out to service it for the season and repair 2 flat tires. After a few days without hearing from him we finally set up an appointment for him to come out (we agreed sometime on that Saturday he would come by). On the day of the appointment, by noon, I still had not heard from him. I then called to see if he would still be coming and he indicated that it was too cold to come over and work (which I understood). I then set up an appointment for him to come by once the weather got warmer. The second appointment was set for that Saturday at 3pm. At the time of the call, he indicated that we were his first appointment and a priority. The day before the appointment, he cancelled again, this time with no explanation, but wanted me to call back later to set up an additional time to come over. I gave up after this time and have sought help elsewhere. This is in response to the feedback from the provider (below): You are correct, on the day you cancelled we discussed my husband calling you back to set the additional appointment, but at that point after 2 days scheduled to repair the lawnmower, and 2 reschedule requests on your part, I was unable to provide you with the 3rd opportunity to get it done. We unfortunately needed to have our lawnmower repaired for the season and the delay of a couple weeks (between my first call and the last appointment) was unacceptable. Note to Angie's list users, my feedback is based soley on responsiveness and schedulling, I have not seen his quality of work, his pricing, or his professionalism once the appointment is set up.

I went to pick up the mower at the agreed upon time, but it was not quite ready. As a result, they delivered the mower to me at a later time.

He is very good at keeping the cost down by finding used parts. He is very good at being on time, but if he does get delayed, he will call and tell me with a new time to expect him. He is very good at getting any repairs done when he says he will get it fixed. If there is a delay in getting a part of getting the lawnmower fixed, he will call and tell me.

I have been very pleased, he does a very good job! I also think he is very conscientious of his work and tries to please everybody! His price is fair and I don't feel like he overcharges.

We have used him for lawnmower repair and to fix a fan in the past. He does good work, and goes beyond just fixing the lawnmower. He also called us to tell us about things that need to be replaced, and where to buy parts at a reasonable price. He actually brought the mower back to us, and it was ready to be put up for winter. He told us to give him a call when we were ready for spring. I can't think of any deficit that he has.

He is honest, reasonably priced, and he keeps the bad parts to show you what he replaced and why. He also called to let me know an estimate of the repairs before he started them. The lawnmower now runs great!

He is very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have a quick turn around time and he will come pickup equipment that needs to be repair.
