They are a wonderful company to work with. I already today recommended them to my sister's neighbor. The fallen tree did other damage to my house and the work with those companies did not go as well. What was so refreshing about working with Fence Repair Company was they just did what you asked/hired them to do, and did it right. The same can't be said for the other companies that I have worked with since April on various projects.

It took a few days to get a response from the company, but Kate came out on May 23rd and gave me a quote for the repair and an estimate on how much it would cost to replace with a privacy fence. Spoke with Kate and she mentioned that they were backed up about 8 wks but would get the repair done as soon as possible. I was surprised when I was watering my flower beds weekend before last and noticed that the gate was fixed. They hadn't called to say they were coming or anything. But they were also repairing much sooner than I had anticipated. I assumed it wouldn't get fixed until July. Overall very please with the repair. Will used them when I am ready to put in the privacy fence.

The awesome team from Fence Repair Co. came out to install a new fence at our home. They were on time, professional, competitive in pricing and easy to work with. In addition, they drilled into rock in numerous locations without complaint and stayed long past dinnertime to get the job done. The end result is beautiful and we would highly recommend them!

Their bid was the lowest of three bids, their responsiveness was helpful and timely. The installers were courteous

The estimator and workers were all great. Showed up when they were supposed to, did what they were supposed to. Even did a little extra and added a gate on the side of the house. We really appreciated their hard work, and felt the money was well spent.

I have to say, that the experience for me with this company was a mixed bag. I originally called in March and it took a week for Kate to come out and give me a quote. I had to budget for the expensive repair and called back on April 20th and asked to be put on schedule for the repair. Jeff told me it could take up to 6 weeks for them to get to me, and they weren't kidding. I am sure the weather was holding up many of their projects and delays were inevitable, but 5 weeks later? The communication from this company was horrible. They never called to reassure me that I was not forgotten, never called to give me an estimated repair date, and I had to contact Kate by email to get reassurance that they were indeed going to do the work. Once the day had arrived to do the work, I was very impressed. The professionalism and dedication to their craft was unmistakable. They replaced all 21 posts and did all their work in one day and the quality of the new posts were fantastic. They buried the posts deeper than the original posts and they matched up perfectly with the older posts. They cleaned up their mess when they were leaving and left my yard in the exact state as when they found it. The team that did the work was just superb. Kate and Jeff came over a week and a half later after the job was done to remove the fence braces. As they were backlogged, it took them this long to get back to me. When they came by, they offered to replace the damaged pickets that were missed by the original crew and apologized profusely that they couldn't get back to me sooner. Jeff returned the following week and replaced about 15 damaged pickets. We went around and reviewed the state of the fence, and Jeffs knowledge and professionalism was impressive. There are some other posts that will need to be replaced in a year or two, and I will definitely call The Fence Repair Company to do the job. Other than the lack of communication and responsiveness of this company, I was very happy with the work, and will most assuredly use this company again.

The owner of the company called and came by to give me an estimate the next business day. We were in a long period of rainy days, and they were jobs ahead of mine. She estimated two weeks to get to my job. The rains kept on for days and days. I think it was almost three weeks. The repairs were accomplished in one afternoon. No fence down time to keep my dogs safe.

We needed to get a quote right away for a home we purchased. Kate Perkins from Fence Repair Company came out and was very pleasant and made some helpful recommendations. They are going to do the work but it has not been done yet.

The fencing turned out well overall. However, in the process of digging one of the holes next to the house, they cut an electrical line that runs out to my detached garage. They disclaimed any responsibility for it, but did eventually agree to pay for half of the electrician's bill for fixing it.

They gave a quick response. They came out and gave me an estimate. They were able to get my repair done quickly. I have used them before and I will use them again because they are a great way to have my fence fixed or just repaired.

The cost was reasonable and repairs were completed within the next few days. This company is professional, courteous, and I received a follow up phone call to verify our satisfaction I highly recommend this company and we will use their services again in the future.

We had some problems getting a response/approval from our HOA but once I notified them that Fence Repair was ready to start the work, it went quickly. Fence Repair was willing to wait until I got my okay from HOA. Fence Repair came out two days later and started work. As temperatures had taken a dive, I wasn't sure if they would make it out to start, but they were prompt and worked all day setting up posts. All the work was completed in two days.

It went very well. I had my fence repaired and will definitely use them when I need to replace the entire fence.

Everything was great with the appraisal and the job itself (put in black chain link fence in a very hilly location), but the cleanup was done sloppily. I had to call 3 or 4 separate times to get them to come back out and finish cleaning their mess up and to put a cap on one of the posts that they had forgotten. Several months went by until I finally called the last time and really complained about it. I would use them again because they did the work very quickly and professionally, I would make sure I inspect their work before they leave in the future though so I don't have to try to get them to come back out.

There was quick response to my initial phone call requesting an estimate for a new, replacement fence. A thorough measurement of our yard was completed and a few days later we received an E-mail estimate for the replacement fence. They were very pleasant people and we would not hesitate to contact them again. We received a lower bid from another company and decided to proceed with it.

They were prompt about doing an estimate and the actual installers were obviously experienced. We took down the old fence and they put up the new one. They would have done the take down but we wanted to save a little money so we did it. We were very pleased with the work. The only problem we had was with payment. We were told by the lady who did the estimate that we needed to agree with the neighbor about which way the fence faced. So, we got his approval in writing that the fence would be replaced exactly as it had been. We had paid a deposit and the work started. However, before it was finished, someone (a man) from the company came and asked for full payment. My husband paid him so the work could continue but we weren't happy about the way it was handled.

Kate, Mike, and their entire crew were extremely professional. I had my residential property fenced with the powder coated steel fencing. Fencing my yard was a real challenge because of all of the buried cables, telephone lines, and irrigation system. Through no fault of the installers, an irrigation water line was severed. There really wasn't any way to get around it. I would have been happy waiting until next spring to get it repaired but Mike and Kate made arrangements for a repair person to come out and fix it right away. Great service! All work was performed professionally and in a timely manner. The work area was cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. 2 men were assigned to the project and included removal of old fencing and installing new fence. Part of the new fence was relocated from the old location. New fence includes 3 gates, 1 of which is a double gate. All work was done in 2 days and the cleanup was exceptional.

Mike came out for an estimate before Thanksgiving. He measured and gave us an estimate. He said it would be a couple of weeks. There was no down payment. Only something to sign. They didn't come out for about 3/4 more weeks. There was no communication in that time. He said once we saw the utility markers go up, it would be close. I wish they had communicated the job time better, but it was ok with us. When they got here, they worked with me on the borders of the property. First it was one worker (Randall?) then later someone joined. The job was done in a day. The fence is good quality. Not rough on our little children's hands. We are happy with the job.

Very quick response to my inquiry via email and phone message, especially considering it was a holiday weekend (weekend before Christmas). Let me know when they would be by and gave me an accurate estimate of the fence repairs. They were very understanding of our schedule and our neighbors. They fixed everything within the time frame we needed, which was a fairly short turnaround the week of New Years. Would highly recommend and would use again.

With holidays behind me, I?m now taking the time to write an overdue and well-deserved review for the Fence Repair Company. I chose the Fence Repair Company over the other companies that bid on the project (removal and haul away of old fence and installation of new fence) because of the professionalism of Kate Perkins. Kate Perkins provided an estimate, was willing to see that I received a specific type of lock for my gate and was willing to schedule my fence removal and replacement at a time subsequent to removal of two trees from my yard. Additionally, Kate was able to give me an estimate of the time involved to complete the project. The Fence Repair Company?s price was comparable to the other bids I received. On December 4, 2012, the Fence Repair Company team arrived early and stayed late to remove and haul away the old fence and set the posts for the new fence. Thanks to great weather, the project was completed on December 5, 2012. All the team members who worked on the project were professional and courteous. It has been one month since the installation of my fence and it is strong, sturdy and beautiful. I?ve received complements from neighbors on the new fence. Thank you Fence Repair Company for your great work!!

My parents are moving into my neighborhood from out of town. They have a large dog and so needed to add a fence to the house they are purchasing. So, I used Angie's List to research fence installation companies. When we spoke with the Fence Repair Co, Kate was happy to schedule an appointment for an estimate (my parents had to come in from out of town as they were in the process of moving to the new house). The day of the estimate, I believe she was running a little behind, but made sure to call and let us know what was going on. When she arrived, she went over everything with my parents and provided an estimate, which they accepted. She advised that it would be a few weeks until they came out to do the fence, which was fine. She said she would call the utilities to get them to mark the yard and, once we saw that they had been out to call her and she would send the crew out. The crews came out and were done in two days. The fence looks great, the gates hang and move very well, they latch easily. Very happy with the results.

From the start we could tell we were working with a company that cared about our business. They were able to schedule an estimate appointment right away, they provided a fair estimate on the spot (no follow up phone calls necessary!), they were able to provide an accurate start date, they placed the Kansas One-Call utility notification call, and they obtained all of the necessary permits required. The owner and his crew arrived promptly on the first day of work. They reviewed the plans for the fence before the work began, they removed 160 feet of chain link fencing, neatly rolled it and hauled it away, offered to fill holes in our yard with the dirt from the post holes, used qualities materials, and finished the job in a day and a half. We will definitely recommend this company to others.
